I really do recommend the nursery, the staff are always really friendly and direct where to go in the morning and keep me updated when picking up my daughter of how she's been during the day. It's great how they have eased her into toddler group to make sure she feels comfortable and supported her during her time.

My son has been coming to the enchanted forest nursery since 11 Months old, he loves coming & has come on leaps and bounds. The staff work so hard and have built great relationships with my son. The communication is great with his daily activities, meals, naps, progress and general wellbeing. The manager has been especially helpful with guidance with government funding. The building is exceptional with various educational tools in various rooms appropriate for different age groups. The outside area is equally as good with lots of toys, equipment, privacy screens and lots of gated areas for safety. Trusting a nursery with your child is incredibly daunting for any parent - I genuinely cannot fault anyone at the enchanted forest or have ever questioned my sons wellbeing whilst in their care. I have and will recommend this nursery to anybody considering their childcare choices.

The Enchanted Forest Nursery has helped my child develop in every way. They are truly a loving and caring setting and every member of staff go above and beyond. My daughter has been going to this nursery for over a year now and I can never say I have had a negative interaction. The resources are amazing and my daughter loves attending every day she's in.

The way my child has come on since being at this nursery is amazing, the staff are amazing and so nurturing. They do so many different activities to help with development. The food sounds delicious and my little one loves it.

Amazing nursery! So caring and compassionate with our daughter. Staff go above and beyond to make sure there getting the best experiences as possible. Always bringing new adventures and new activities to them. They help them to grow and learn so much and have helped my daughter to progress so much academically and personally with confidence

My daughter absolutely loves going to the Enchanted forest nursery. The staff are so kind, caring, and always make her feel welcome. She's grown in confidence and is learning so much while having fun every day. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and I always feel reassured knowing she's safe and happy. She comes home excited to tell me all about what she's been up to, which is lovely to see. I'd definitely recommend it here to any parent looking for a happy, supportive nursery.

A lot of accidental forms needing to be filled in when my child is collected, which I understand happens with children but not every time a child attends the nursery days (which is causing a concern that my child may not being supervised) I'm upset about meal times they are not nutritional causing children to be hungry when arriving home after nursery, this still hasn't been changed which is upsetting (sandwiches, snacks, no full meals). Clothing/shoes/bags parents are needing to find their children's items, personally pegs are very crowded causing some staff to be unsure which is who's when even labelled. Kids outings are not regular in the afternoons which is a shame as children should get the same treatment through out the day as well as opportunities to go out. Potty training needs more attention as this isn't carried on or encouraged at nursery. More educational games for speech/colour matching/numbers. Staff are amazing but still things aren't to standard.

My little boy attends The Enchanted Forest and has been doing for just over a year, My little man has some support needs and is so happy at nursery . the staff are absolute legends! He has come on so much with their support . He loves going to Nursery I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

An all round incredible nursery, such lovely staff members, they are all so welcoming and friendly. my daughter absolutely loves it there! She's come along so much, they go above and beyond for everyone, highly recommended!

My little one really enjoys going to nursery and she's always very excited to go. Everyone is really good with her. The app they use is very good, we can see everything that goes on with little one from booking to photos to what little one eats and drinks. I'm really happy that we chose The Enchanted Forest to take care of our baby girl.

My little lady (2 years old) has been attending The Enchanted Forest for a little over a year now. Myself and her mama could not be happier with our choice. The team have been amazing, they're always polite and happy to see us and they are currently supporting us with potty training (which is a godsend). Everything is super easy and stress-free. The manager even gave my partner advice on how to apply for our 15-hour free placement. We are always kept informed on any events and they threw an excellent daddy day last summer that I can't wait to compete in again this year. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and she can't wait to tell us all about her adventures.

My son moved from another nursery that closed down suddenly, and the nursery was very prompt on getting me in for a visit and allowing my son to start as soon as I was ready, my son has some complex sen/sensory and development needs and does need more supervision than an average 3-year-old, they have been nothing but supportive and patient and kind to my child and to me as a mother. I would truly recommend this nursery to every parent and I feel safe knowing my boy is looked after and cared for.

My son started at this nursery in May and since then has come on so much, even from one visit a week I've started to notice how much better he eats, he loves to try new things, and he's learning to share and get involved with daily activities. We get sent regular updates through the app and can see he has taken part in lots of messy play, different activities and visits out of the nursery throughout the day. The staff are amazing, you're always made to feel welcome, and there are events on out of nursery hours that children and family are invited to. Overall amazing nursery, would definitely recommend it.

Honestly, I can't believe how amazing this nursery actually is! My daughter aged three started this nursery two months ago, she's ongoing assessment for autism and she's also nonverbal. The staff are so understanding and supportive towards my daughter and myself. They've always tried their best with regard to my daughter and I can't thank them enough. If you're thinking about sending your children to nursery The Enchanted Forest is 100% the best place for you.

My little girl has attended The Enchanted Forest since December 2023 and I could not be happier with her progress. Her speech is amazing, she is counting, singing and learning new things every day. The team have even managed to get her to play in the water (which is a massive achievement). The whole team are so polite, they're always happy and smiling and the children love them. I wouldn't put my daughter anywhere else and the value for money is second to none.

There are no words to explain how amazing The Enchanted Forest Nursery is! My little boy started here at just 9 months old, I've always been kept up to date with what he's eaten and what he's been doing! I especially love the pictures I get sent of him whilst I'm working, he has come on leaps and bounds and loves playing with all the children, he loves all the staff here and will go to any of them we have never had any tears and always goes in smiling and comes out smiling. Staff are so welcoming & friendly. Highly recommend this nursery 100%!

I moved my son here from another nursery that couldn’t handle or meet his needs and requirements since coming he is doing amazing, the staff are so lovely and friendly and understanding of his needs. I feel so at ease when he goes as I know he loves it there he has come out of his shell loads and the nursery staff are all amazing. I would 100000000% recommend this nursery to any mother or father out there. Thanks to all the staff for your amazing time and patience with my son. I also love the fact of the no-shoe policy it keeps the floor clean for the children and he has a limited food diet but they cater for him without any problems nothing is too much trouble for them, they go above and beyond for him. Thankyou.

We absolutely love this nursery and the staff, they have been more than accommodating for us with our circumstances, and nothing is a bother or too much trouble. Couldn’t be happier with our spudding first educational setting!

Absolutely amazing nursery! My little boy cried every time at his previous one but not one tear since coming to Enchanted Forest! He runs in every morning and comes out full of smiles every time! All the staff are amazing with him and couldn’t think of a better place to leave him while I’m working!

My little one really enjoys going to nursery and she's always very excited to go. Everyone is really good with her.
