What a lovely nursery this is , it has great facilities in a fantastic setting. Our granddaughter is thriving , she has swimming lessons , ballet , forest school, PE music and lots of different activities throughout the day.
The staff are brilliant and very caring they send regular updates and
photos which are lovely to see.
Highly recommended.

We were impressed when viewing the nursery and booked it 10 months in advance, to ensure we started in September. By then, we were a little more anxious about how our child would transition from their first nursery. However, the process was really positive, and it's the best decision we made. I feel
as if our child has been challenged in a safe and creative way. As parents, we feel less anxious about transitioning to school now. The swimming lessons have been fantastic, as well as the forest school. I feel as if there's a lot of exposure to develop new skills.

An absolutely brilliant nursery. Very well managed with clear communication on policies and upcoming events and regular app updates.
The staff are brilliant and really know the children well. The activities organised are varied and fun and the children have great access to safe outside play.

Our daughter has absolutely thrived at St. Francis Preschool. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly caring and enthusiastic, which helped her settle in so quickly. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and it's clear that each child is given individual attention thanks to the small
group learning.
The range of activities on offer is simply outstanding - from swimming lessons, ballet, forest school, PE lessons, and music, to the many creative and educational opportunities woven into each day. The food is excellent, and we've noticed such positive changes in our daughter's speech, independence, and confidence since she joined. She looks forward to preschool every day and adores her key worker.
What really sets St. Francis apart is how preschool children are part of the wider school community and benefit from the beautiful facilities the school has to offer. We have looked at other preschools in town, but there is truly no comparison.

An absolutely amazing nursery! Our daughter, currently 20 months, has been going to St Francis in Letchworth since she turned 1 and we are beyond thrilled with how it's going. All of the teachers are fantastic (specific shout out to Elaine and Jayanga) and she absolutely loves all of them. Her
development has been outstanding, and I put so much of that down to the activities they do with the children and the environment. We - and she! - feel safe and happy leaving our daughter there when we drop off and we know that she will learn and do so much (and eat very well!).
We cannot recommend this nursery enough; it's was the best decision we made choosing St Francis.

My 11 month old daughter has just started at the nursery, and I couldn't recommend them enough. The team in the Acorn Room have been so caring, reassuring and kind. I was very nervous when my daughter first started, but the team are always on hand to message us to reassure, send any info that we
need and have just been incredible. Now she's settled, my daughter is loving nursery more and more every day. The Admin team are also great and always helpful. This nursery is such a dream, I am so grateful we are able to send our daughter there!

Our son has just finished his time here, and has had the best time. He had a varied programme of activities including forest school, which he loved, and PE, Music and French lessons from staff in the main school. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the regular updates on the app are
brilliant and great to see regular photos of what they are getting up too. It was brilliant that they also took part in sports day, a lovely event to see them all having fun together!

This nursery offers everything; Ballet, Swimming, PE, French, music, forest school all in one place. It has vast grounds and huge resources and brings out the best in each child. I've noticed my daughter's language skills improve within the first month of her attending. The staff are attentive,
kind caring and go the extra mile , weekly newsletters, inclusion into the other years with assemblies and special events.
It's an incredible nursery and recommend to all

Our child has been at St Francis now for a little over 2 months after not enjoying her previous nursery. She is thriving here. The staff are all incredibly helpful and have taken extra care to ensure that she has settled well. Her development has come along really well and the flexibility of the
team has meant that she has grown in confidence week by week.

This is a fantastic nursery, with great facilities and a wide range of 'extra-curricular' activities that most nurseries don't offer, such as swimming, music, french, and forestry. We feel this is much better preparation for a school environment than other childcare providers.
Meals are varied and
good quality, with updates on child's intake provided via the app. Regular updates of child's progress, including photos, are provided via said app, and the staff are easily contactable via the messaging feature.
Our daughter loves the nursery and the staff, and will be upset to leave when she reaches school age!

We are so pleased with the care our son has received since starting at St Francis Nursery over a year ago. The teaching and opportunities available have enabled him to flourish. He is so excited to attend which is very reassuring to see. Although all staff are fabulous we would like to give a
special mention to the staff in the Sunflower Room, they always make time to speak to us if we have any questions and to fill us in on his day and have also been extremely supportive in helping us to prepare our son for the arrival of his new sibling. We would highly recommend.

Overall, this is a great nursery and I'm really happy with the care my sons receive. The manager is always available and responsive, which is reassuring. They take feedback from parents seriously and do their best to act on it.
I'd like to give a special mention to the Forest Room team, every staff
member is extremely caring, attentive, and lovely. I often receive wonderful updates from the staff with pictures and detailed descriptions of the activities my son is involved in.
My child especially adores one staff member in particular who is such a sweet and caring individual. I've seen him running excitedly toward her, and she lovingly picked him up and hugged him. Moments like these really highlight the warmth and dedication of the staff.
Thank you to the entire team for creating such a nurturing environment for my little one.

My son has been attending St Francis College Nursery for the past 2 months and his development has skyrocketed. From mobility to speech I am seeing him excel and I believe it's mainly down to the care he is getting at nursery. The staff are exceptional. I never have to worry if he is getting the
right care and attention, the daily updates give me a lot of assurance and he's always in a good mood when I pick him up!

Fantastic nursery!
Our daughter has been here since opening and she has excelled! The staff are friendly, caring and forthcoming. The environment is playful and nurturing. They do lots of activities throughout the day and we are sent updates regularly. I feel my daughter is very safe and very well
looked after and she returns home happy and full of life every day that she attends. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely amazing staff! My 3-year-old son was getting really upset at drop-off and didn't want to go in. The staff went above and beyond to make sure he was settled and even found out the cause of the problem keeping me in the loop all the time. Not only is there no more tears he now asks to go to
nursery. I also love all the different activities St Francis has to offer I'd definitely recommend it.

Our son has been going to St Francis Nursery since July '24 and we have been really happy with how he has settled so far and also how quickly he settled. All of the staff are really friendly, helpful, and caring and they are always really fast to respond to any messages I send on the app. The
communication via the app is great and we get constant updates during the day. We also get photos uploaded which is so lovely to see what he is doing and to see his happy little face.
He has also been developing so well and progressing really quickly with different skills, which I am sure is due to the staff and activities they do at St Francis.
The facilities are good too as the nursery has use of the main school's facilities like the swimming pool etc. which is great that it is included in the nursery fee.
I am really happy that we decided to send our son here, thank you!

Our baby loves being dropped off at nursery which makes us happy and confident in her being well cared for. Her stay is made so enjoyable by all the staff but in particular her core carer. She's happy when she comes home and she has developed since being there. Recommend.

Our daughter has been going to St Francis for the past year and we've been really pleased with St Francis. They're very communicative, giving you updates throughout the day, which we've noticed has increased recently which has been a pleasant surprise. We've also noticed a great deal of learnings
and new skills our daughter has picked up which has been lovely to see. We have even recommended St Francis to friends and would thoroughly recommend it to any prospective parents.
