Rachael is literally the greatest with our little girl Amelia. Our daughter loves spending time with Rachel which is so reassuring as a parent! We cannot speak highly enough of her or the nursery itself.

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our daughter receives at this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It's clear that they truly love what they do, and that makes all the difference.
Communication with parents is excellent. We're
regularly updated on her progress, daily activities, and any important information. It gives us real peace of mind knowing she is happy, settled, and so well looked after.

The staff have been amazing and very caring with my daughter. They provide us with a constant update with a report at the end of the day with some pictures. My daughter enjoys all the activities on offer. They include a wide range of activities. They pick up on clues my daughter has been unwell when
there has been a change in behaviour or when she has a fever and have been prompt in keeping me updated. Highly recommended, I am so happy with N Family Club. Thank you all.

Caring, attentive staff, genuinely invested in the children's development. Stimulating environment with plenty of engaging activities that support learning through play.
We are being kept informed during the day about activities, meals and milestones.

The nursery is well organised and clearly set up with the children's needs in mind. The staff are welcoming and supportive and my daughter's key worker in particular has been excellent. They have taken genuine time and care to help her settle in, which has made the transition much easier for both
her and us. I feel confident that she is looked after in a safe, structured and positive environment and overall we've had a good experience so far.

Our son has settled into Cove so well. We are delighted with our key worker and feel she has taken the time to get to know him. Feedback at the end of the day is excellent from his key worker although can be less detailed if rooms are merged at the end of the day and not given by someone who has
been with him. We love the posts and photos that are sent- a highlight when at work!

The staff at N Family are incredibly friendly and truly amazing. When my son first joined, he struggled with separation anxiety, but the care and support he received made such a difference. Since starting at 11 months old, I've seen incredible progress in him - his confidence and speech have come on
so much, and I was honestly amazed.
There were some room changes at the nursery which I was initially nervous about, as my son usually takes a long time to adjust. However, the staff handled the transition so beautifully that he settled in straight away. Now he can't wait to get out the door in the morning to go to nursery, which says it all.
I'm so grateful to N Family for everything they do for the children every day. They put so much care into supporting each child's development while also making sure they're happy, engaged, and having fun.
It really is the best nursery I've ever come across

Our son has been at the nursery since September last year and the nursery is very good. He moved rooms just after Christmas and we were anxious and nervous about how this would impact him so soon after joining as he had formed a good relationship with his keyworkers. However his new keyworkers,
Bella and Safiya have been amazing. They worked exceptionally hard to make sure he settled in his new surroundings and he bonded with them very quickly and he really loves going to nursery and spending time with them.

Our son enjoys the nursery and we are very happy with everything the nursery offers. The nursery does trips to Richmond park and the kids use their atelier for painting and making some art work. The kids spend fair time outside which was a big plus for us. The staff is very attentive and positive.
We would definitely recommend the nursery.

Was a few admin issues initially before our child joined the nursery eg misalignment of their start date which made us worried as you want to trust your childcare providers organisation. Additionally we were under the impression there was quite a few babies in the class, only to discover it was just
one other baby.
However since they joined those concerns have gone. They have had a thrilling time and loves being at the nursery. To waive my second concern above, the two baby classes often merge so our little one gets exposure to more babies.

Such a lovely nursery with tentative staff and knowledgeable management. Lots of activities going on lately and we like the daily updates on their app. We love sending our son there. They have a great garden space which is a bonus compared to other nurseries. Coffee in the morning is a highlight of
the day for us busy parents.

This nursery was very unorganised and inconsistent. This goes for management, staff, posts, quality of education, looking after my child's belongings and so on. Some staff were friendly, but possibly just not getting the correct training as they just weren't professional enough. Our child was fine
here, but there's a lot of change needed so wouldn't recommend it.

Our 16-month enrolment saw 5 management changes and 4 departing room leaders/key workers. Financial issues persist-we were incorrectly billed multiple times, and after partial reimbursement, head office wrongly demanded we return funds they still owe us after 5 months, though they later apologised.
While current staff remain dedicated to children and families, frequent personnel changes have disrupted relationships and service quality. The pre-school's mixed-age arrangement (children starting September 2025/2026) means activities aren't optimally tailored to developmental stages, and their program requires constant parental prompting.
Advice to Prospective Parents: Room staff are wonderful and considerate of children's needs with excellent parent communication. However, be prepared to monitor billing statements, maintain detailed records, and expect administrative turnover affecting care consistency. You'll need to advocate for promised activities to ensure they happen for your child.

N Family is a wonderful nursery and goes out of their way to make sure the kids are cared for and developed. Over the past month, they have arranged for farm animals to visit the nursery, took the kids on trips to the playground and put together creative games and activities for the children.

We have loved our experience with N Kingston so far. Our 13-month-old is thriving. She's settled in well after three weeks and we adore seeing the updates of the activities her group does in the Cove. Her key workers are so caring, considerate and communicative. She is using more words and eating
way better in only three weeks since she started. We love seeing the wholesome menu our baby gets fed and the variety of activities and play she does in her days there. The nursery has surpassed our expectations in every way. No feedback just praise!

I'm very happy with N Family Club Kingston. The staff in the Rainforest room are always friendly, and they build genuine relationships with each child. I'm also confident my daughter is kept engaged with developmental activities relevant to her age. I receive thorough daily reports and pictures of
daily activities and any accidents or issues are promptly communicated and dealt with.

I could not be happier with my N experience so far! The teachers are all amazing and spend so much time and care to make sure that my son has a great time every day, as well as ensuring that his development is constantly being encouraged. I love the daily updates that we get so we know what he's
been up to and can see how happy he is. All the staff are lovely and my son beams at them all, even the ones who are not in his room.
I could not recommend this nursery enough, choosing where to send your child is a huge responsibility and I am delighted we went with N Family Club.

My daughter loves N Family Kingston and is thriving and happy there. She has been going since she turned 1, and has settled in really well. She is meeting all her developmental targets and is being socialised well with her peers.
She adores her key worker and those working in her current room.
However, I do have concerns about her moving down to her next room, because that room has a huge amount of children. Perhaps the children in that room can be split between 2 rooms?

We like this nursery because they have great activities, their daily reports with photos are detailed but concise, the outdoor facilities are good and the app is a great way to communicate. Extra activities such are library visits, park visits and farm visits are perfect! My child is very happy to
go to the nursery.

Lovely and friendly staff that seem genuinely caring and interested in our child and his wellbeing and progress. The facilities are also great and the parent room and morning snacks are a bonus. The only minus is the high staff turnover.
