My son has been attending nursery now for just over 6 months and he has settled in so well, the nursery itself is bright and clean the children have lots of toys and activities to play with, and the staff are amazing they all know the name of each child they are all friendly and helpful and you can
tell they enjoy what they do, and Nicky my son's key worker is just fab! We love her I would recommend this nursery to anyone

I couldn't fault this nursery. All the ladies are so kind and loving to my daughter. Kelly the manager and Lauren are so helpful always.
I wouldnt send my children anywhere eles.
On the days my daughter doesnt attend shes upset as shes loves it so much.

My child has attended Busy Bees Lichfield since October 25, and to say he has come along in leaps and bounds would be an understatement.
We have received an incredible amount of support from the nursery, including help with referrals and valuable advice on how to support my child with his speech
delay, support we had previously struggled to access.The care and understanding shown have made a huge difference to both my child and our family.
The staff are always engaging with the children and providing a range of activities to support their development which you can follow along with on the app. Management are also very approachable and always available to talk to, with their office conveniently located at the entrance.
After just a few months my child greets the staff with hugs and if that doesn't provide reassurance, I don't know what does.
I highly recommend this nursery to parents and carers with reassurance that the children are well fed, cared for and nurtured in this setting.

My daughter has been attending Busy Bees Lichfield for around two and a half years and she absolutely loves it. She has always been very settled and is genuinely happy going in each day.
The staff are consistently welcoming and caring, and she has built wonderful bonds with the team in her room as
well as lovely friendships with the other children. There is always a fantastic range of activities available, and her key person is incredibly supportive, working closely with her in areas where I feel she may need a little extra help.
The nursery also offers a great variety of food, and I always know that she is well fed and looked after while she's there.
The building itself is modern and bright with calming furnishings all around. Management are very knowledgeable and I know that any query I have will be sorted out straight away.
She has grown into such a confident little girl, and I have Busy Bees to thank for that!

Busy Bees Lichfield is a friendly environment where we feel safe to leave both of our children. We visited a few nurseries and this nursery had a calm, relaxed, comfy feel. Not to mention clean. We got 'the feeling' straight away that this was the nursery for us.
All the keyworkers have been
approachable and most importantly interested in our children and able to connect with them building strong bonds to ensure they feel at home and safe.
The managers at the nursery, Kelly & Laura both help and support when needed. Communication is key and this nursery communicates everything we require to ensure we are happy and aware

I am very happy I have chosen this nursery for my child. As a single working mom I find very helpful the days when my child is in the nursery, I know he is safe, which for me it is the most important thing and that he is happy and he learns new things.
I found the staff very professional, kind and
helpful, my child almost always runs for a hug or comfort with them, which means he feels cosy and safe being there.
I also find the activities interesting. I really hope he learns to speak English as good as he speaks his native language and I hope I always see him happy as I noticed he is at the nursery.

We are currently nearly 2 years into our busy bees journey and I am still as satisfied with the level of care my son is receiving as I was when he first started.
He has moved rooms and still the family friendly atmosphere of the amazing girls who work there does not stop.
We are that happy with
the nursery we have enrolled our new baby for January 2027 when she will be 9 months old.
I would recommend Kelly and the team at Busy Bees to anyone who asks of a great Nursery in Lichfield.

Busy Bees have made my child feel so welcome. I'm so pleased with how well he has settled in to this nursery, and that's down to the friendly, caring and kind nature of the staff. I have received great communication and love hearing about all the fun activities he gets up to. The building is modern
and always clean. Very happy I chose this nursery and would highly recommend.

Busy bees are excellent we could not rate them any higher. My son is 3.5 and has been here since he was around 20 months old.
I have never felt like he was just a number at the nursery, every member of staff knows us and greet us happily. We are updated regularly throughout his session and they
treat him like the individual that he is, there's no one size fits all approach to his learning or development.
The food the children get is always healthy and nutritional, and even if he refuses (he's a little fussy), he's offered an alternative to ensure he's not hungry.
My son enjoys the many enrichment activities on offer and he loves his key worker

Our son initially struggled to settle in, but the staff at Busy Bees were absolutely amazing. They were so supportive, patient, and understanding with both him and us as parents - nothing was ever too much trouble. They took the time to get to know him, helping him feel comfortable and happy.
We can
see how much he's grown in confidence thanks to the caring and dedicated team. We're so grateful for all their kindness and support - we couldn't have asked for a better start for him

All the staff at Busy Bees have been fantastic with our son since he started here at the beginning of June.
His settling in sessions were well structured, all the team show genuine warmth & care for all the children in the rooms. In particular, his key worker was fantastic at ensuring he felt
supported during his first few weeks. The activities they organise are engaging & interactive, plus the menu is healthy & balanced.
The app is great so we have full visibility of his day, including food & sleep, plus it's lovely receiving photos of him smiling and enjoying himself when he's there.
I'd absolutely recommend Busy Bees to both friends/family and prospective parents.

I am so pleased with Busy Bees Lichfield and their care for my son, he has been there since he was 9 months old and I've always felt relaxed leaving him every day knowing he is so happy and loves the environment. The staff are all so lovely and friendly and genuinely care for him and his
development. It's so clean and tidy and the food menu is always something amazing! His social skills and speech have developed so quickly particularly since he's recently moved into the rising twos room.

I've been really impressed with the Busy Bees Lichfield team who worked with my daughter to settle in. Every day they clearly made an effort to help her feel more comfortable. They had calls with me to talk about what she likes, suggested things we could do to ease the transition, prepared foods
that made her feel at home, and were always so friendly with all the staff greeting her by name on our way in and out each day. Now that she has settled in, the staff continue to work on her development, including crawling/standing skills, verbalisation, fine motor skills, and even on reducing her dummy use. They know what activities she likes, and it's very clear to me how much fun she is having at nursery now.
The following makes Busy Bees LF stand out to me: naptimes are child-led and there is not pressure for her to conform to group naptimes, the individualised approach to settling in, and collaboration with parents. I also appreciate that app updates come throughout the day vs at the end.

My daughter came to this nursery following the closure of one of the branches. Since starting in June 2024 she absolutely blossomed after a few weeks. The staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond for the children and for the parents. I would highly recommend this setting for any child.

My son transferred to Busy Bees Lichfield from another Busy Bees setting nearly 12 months ago. The staff were extremely supportive in helping my son through this transition period. They took the time to get to know him, his likes and his interests and he has settled so well. I'm beyond pleased!
Since joining, I've noticed a great development in his language skills and the words he chooses to use - in particular his adjectives. He has also developed a greater understanding of the world, understanding why we do certain things or why certain things happen. Often now asking the question "why?" and becoming more and more curious each day. The staff are excellent!
We love the inside-outside flow of the room as he loves being outside on bikes, looking for insects and running around.
We're so delighted with his transition, and our youngest is due to start in the next few weeks. We are excited for his journey and would have no hesitation recommending Busy Bees Lichfield to other parents.

My daughter recently started Busy Bees and from the start was a very warm welcome from all staff. My daughter has settled in lovely and I already feel that all her needs will be supported. It's lovely to see her pictures on the app and to hear what she's been doing during the day. I feel so relaxed
knowing she's in safe hands, would recommend Busy Bees without a doubt to all parents. I can only thank all the staff for all their hard work.

My child moved from Busy Bees Walsall due to its closing, the staff took their time to make sure he was okay, involved him in all activities, and made his settling-in period as easy as possible. The place is well run and each and every staff member are brilliant with each child. Clean and
well-maintained nursery.
The staff have taken their time in supporting my son in his learning and development and since joining in June we have seen a huge improvement.

Impeccable care provided for my child from Busy Bees! And now she can talk more she's telling me more and more of what she has been up to at nursery. Even though she's only there for one day a week, it's lovely to hear her talking about the staff with such fondness.

We love Busy Bees. The nursery workers there truly care for my daughter and really invest their time in her. They know her almost as well as we do and it shows. They are really accommodating for her health issues and truly listen when we need to relay a new instruction given to us by her doctors.
My daughter runs into nursery laughing and smiling and when she spots where we are when the car door opens, her face lights up. She eats great meals there and creates lovely artwork for us to hang up proudly. We would never change nurseries and when we choose to grow our family we will certainly be choosing Busy Bees.

Busy Bees Lichfield has been absolutely amazing with my daughter. She started at 8 weeks old due to me having to return to work, they supported our routine at home and put my mind at ease with her being so young.
My daughter has grown and developed so much over the last year all down to the staff
at Busy Bees.
I couldn't recommend them any more, the best decision we ever made to send her there.
