My daughter has been going to the nursey since she was 1 and now enjoys after school club, in my opinion this nursey has gone from strength to strength, always trying to improve with phonics and the forest school, great leadership with Alison.

After a difficult time at a previous setting I was anxious sending my sensitive and shy daughter to a new nursery. It's fair to say the progress we have made has surpassed our expectations. Staff gave her the attention required to meet her needs from the start and after only three weeks in she was
walking into the building on her own with no tears and a simple wave over her shoulder with a smile on her face. We didn't get anywhere near this in the 18 months we were at the previous setting.
They contacted me when she was reluctant to eat to understand her safe foods to ensure she ate during the day and it helped put my mind at ease.
She is a big fan of the outdoors so the first school aspect of the pre school setting it think works well. We receive a weekly email listing all activities and meals for the week and it looks like a great varied selection.
She has learnt so much in the first three weeks I'm really look forward to what else she learns whilst at Cracker Jacks!

Since the day we viewed the nursery, for a potential nursery, for my little girl to the present day I have been over the moon with the nursery and what they have been able to offer and support to our family needs. They are friendly caring and help my child thrive to the little independent person she
is becoming. The nursery staff have been there not just for my little girl but when I was made redundant and looked like I would have to pull my child out of their care everyone was so supportive and allowed me to be able to take the time needed to be able to find a new job that would allow my child to stay with them. To supporting my child with the assessments needed to see if she has autism. Love the facilities and the different environment enrichment they are able to provide for every stage of my child's growth. I know my child has very close friends there not just in other children her age but with staff that work at the nursery.

Our little girl has been going to Cracker Jacks since she was 9 months old (nearly 3 now) and she absolutely loves it. The staff are incredible with her development - with minimal turn over - and the soft play is such a fantastic bonus.
Communication has always been brilliant from the senior team.
Can't find a fault even if I wanted to!

Our daughter started at Cracker Jacks in January 2026, and it already feels like she has been there forever! Her favourite parts of Cracker Jacks are the soft play, the slide, the staff and the food!
She has settled in so well, and a big part of that is because of the fabulous team that work
there. Everyone has been so lovely and welcoming to us all!

My daughter attends the baby room and has done for a while now and has massively excelled she loves nursary she will now go to her bag and start smiling and running to the door wanting to leave the house. Her key worker Tia is phenomenal and she is honestly the kindest solo she works hard to keep
the frame works update to what is being met and sends loads of photos threw the app for me to look at in awe I am extremely grateful for the whole nursery for being sooo welcoming and kind to my daughter and myself and my partner I have no bad words for this places absolutely the best nursary in town being able to take the children out for walks especially the babies everyday when they can is also such a massive relief knowing she is getting out of just being in the same space all day if anyone was to ask me for nursery recommendations in st Neots id recommend this one thank you all soo much

My son has been going to Cracker Jacks for the last year, he has developed in himself, his confidence and made good friends whilst at Cracker Jacks, we get regular updates each day from the nursery staff via an app, including some beautiful photos.
My son loves going here, he looks forward to it
most mornings, and is developing good skills and has fun.
Cracker Jacks are flexible as well, so on some occasions when we need a few extra hours they were happy to accommodate.
It's a big nursery with a jungle gym climbing frame for older kids, a back garden as well.

Our daughter has been attending Crackerjacks since she was 9 months old and is now in her final year before heading to school and we couldn't be happier with the care/support/learning environment she has been provided during this time. All staff we have had interaction with have been brilliant. I
feel that this nursery compared to others provides a lot of different resources and activities to make these first years fun & special for both children & parents. Such as organising zoo trips where parents can attend if they wish, Pumpkin farm trips, arranging professional christmas photoshoot for all the children, farm animals/santa to attend nursery, just to name a few. They have there own soft play and forest school on site. Playing/learning outdoors is a big part of their weekly activities, but each week we are sent a weekly sheet of what they will be doing/eating. Meals are freshly prepared/nutritious and a huge hit with my daughter (she often has seconds). Highly recommend Crackerjacks

Our daughter joined the nursery in October last year and is settling in very well, thanks to the wonderful staff who take such great care of her. The children have plenty of activities planned, and they go outside to play whenever possible, which our daughter absolutely loves. Although she's not a
big eater, the staff always go the extra mile to ensure she has something she enjoys. Recently, she started staying longer hours, and it has worked out perfectly.

My son has been attending Crackerjacks since he was a year old, and it has been such a rewarding experience for our family. Now two, he has blossomed into a vocal, playful, and confident little boy, and I credit so much of that growth to the wonderful environment here. I especially appreciate the
daily updates from the team; they provide such a lovely insight into his day and keep me feeling connected to his progress. He truly loves going, and it's a huge peace of mind knowing he's in such capable hands.

Since the first day we stepped into the nursery we find a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere! Alison and her team were very delighted and dedicated to introducing us to all the activities and learning opportunities for our little girl! We never had a second thought about it and we are so glad
for the choice we made!
My little girl started when she was 14 months old and she had an incredible development in her speak in her interactions with other kids, we are so proud and pleased with that ! we are looking forward to see her in the preschool class at Cracker Jack in September.

Both of my boys (5 and 3) have been / continue to attend Cracker Jacks, and my third is set to join the baby room this summer. Our experience of the nursery has always been positive. My children have been continuously well looked after - they have had lots of opportunities for learning and play in a
mix of indoor and outdoor environments. They have gained invaluable developmental and social skills, have received excellent meals, have made lots of friends through the nursery, and forged strong bonds with the staff. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone, and have always felt the staff go above and beyond to support the children in attendance and their families.

Our daughter loves going to crackerjacks and has developed strong bonds with the staff. Particularly Abi who she adores. Hannah is always full of energy and willow loves going into nursery. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. She seems to enjoy the food and activities. She really enjoys going
on the softplay and playing with the dolls. We receive a weekly sheet of the week's activities which are always varied or topical. Our eldest son initially left another local nursery to join crackejacks and we are glad we moved him.

Our daughter has been with Cracker Jacks since she was 9 months old. We are very happy with how the staff have supported her with her development learning through play and making it interesting for her to reach each milestone. They were also very supportive with potty training and we love how we
get photos on the app to update us on how her day is going each time she is there.

My little one had been attending crackerjack's for over 2 years. There's not a day she doesn't enjoy bounces into nursery like it's home from home. She loves all the staff and comes on leaps and bounds. We are now at the age of getting ready for school and hopefully she will continue to attend
before and after school. She has grown up and understood so much already. Every day is so different with certain topics for the week. Weekly emails so you know what they're doing.

As first time parents, we are really pleased we picked Cracker Jacks Eaton Socon. My little one now loves going to nursery, she comes out smiling at the end of the day and she seems to have a lot of fun during the day. The staff are all so good and caring and it's nice to see that my little one
feels safe not just with her key worker, but with the rest of the team as well. Love the daily activities they're doing - very educational and fun at the same time. Love that kids get fresh air every day and they go for walks or play in the garden. Great menu as well - so glad it's not a nursery that serves chicken nuggets and fries on a daily basis, but nutritional meals. My little one enjoys every meal and this is a big plus. One other thing that we liked was the Christmas performance and the fact that babies were included and played a role. We would 100% recommend Cracker Jacks.

From the very first email, the whole process has been absolutely wonderful. As a nervous mum, I was made to feel reassured and supported straight away. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely care about the children. Our little girl absolutely loves attending nursery, is always happy
to go, and has formed a lovely bond with her key worker.
We really appreciate the weekly updates about activities and food - the app is brilliant and always up to date, which is so reassuring as a parent. After visiting several nurseries, this one stood out as the most homely and truly child-centred. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to other families.

I've had 2 children at Cracker Jacks over the past few years and it's an incredibly nursery! They're so attentive and really helpful you solve any problems! My oldest child having Sen needs and being a complex child, they were great with him and helped me through the diagnosis process!

Cracker Jacks is great, our little boy settled in so well from the 1st day he visited. The team are all very friendly and welcoming and very informative and keep us up to date with everything that is going on, activities they're taking part in that week, what's on the menu and any extras going on.
Flo in particular has been an amazing part of our little ones time there and he absolutely adores her and is so excited to see her when he goes in.
The food they eat is all so nutritious and I'm never worried about him going hungry as they have regular snack times.
We are really happy with how well looked after our little one is at Cracker Jacks

Our son is currently in the preschool room and has been at Cracker Jacks since he was 10 months old, and his baby brother has just joined the baby room. We really love the staff at Cracker Jack's, they genuinely care about our little boy and always greet him warmly, know about him and some of the
staff in preschool have been with him since he was baby. The activities he does are varied and good about building life skills such as baking, making soup and crafts. He comes home learning new songs, working on his phonics and chattering about all the things he's done. They do forest school which he loves and also lots of play time in the garden. We have previously fed back some areas we would like to be developed and have felt these were listened too well and the nursery improved lines of communication. Our baby has just started and has settled really well, he has an allergy which is dealt with will and we get a really thorough handover. Overall we love the nursery and are very happy with it!
