Cracker Jacks is great, our little boy settled in so well from the 1st day he visited. The team are all very friendly and welcoming and very informative and keep us up to date with everything that is going on, activities they're taking part in that week, what's on the menu and any extras going on.
Flo in particular has been an amazing part of our little ones time there and he absolutely adores her and is so excited to see her when he goes in.
The food they eat is all so nutritious and I'm never worried about him going hungry as they have regular snack times.
We are really happy with how well looked after our little one is at Cracker Jacks

Our son is currently in the preschool room and has been at Cracker Jacks since he was 10 months old, and his baby brother has just joined the baby room. We really love the staff at Cracker Jack's, they genuinely care about our little boy and always greet him warmly, know about him and some of the
staff in preschool have been with him since he was baby. The activities he does are varied and good about building life skills such as baking, making soup and crafts. He comes home learning new songs, working on his phonics and chattering about all the things he's done. They do forest school which he loves and also lots of play time in the garden. We have previously fed back some areas we would like to be developed and have felt these were listened too well and the nursery improved lines of communication. Our baby has just started and has settled really well, he has an allergy which is dealt with will and we get a really thorough handover. Overall we love the nursery and are very happy with it!

We recently moved house and joined crackerjacks nursery, and honestly we couldn't be happier! Both my children (age 3 & 1) absolutely love going to nursery.
At our previous nursery my 3 year old cried at every drop off, now at Crackerjacks, he actually asks to go and walks in happily with no
tears - which says everything!
Both children have settled in so well and the staff are incredibly lovely, caring and supportive. It's such a relief knowing they're in such a positive, nurturing environment.

So glad we picked Cracker Jacks. I was incredibly nervous for my first baby to start nursery especially dealing with postpartum anxiety but I had nothing to worry about. The staff are absolutely brilliant and attentive and really get to know your child. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery
and asks to even go on her days off! They are constantly doing activities and she has learnt so much since starting. Her keyworker Flo as amazing with her and my daughter constantly asks for her so it goes to show and good their bond is ! A great nursery and cant wait for our second baby to start too !

We have been using Crackerjacks for the last 5yrs and all our children have been, starting at 10 months and staying through the pre-school. The staff are lovely and its evident they really care about all the children. They have a soft play which is a definite bonus and they do so many different
activities, and outings which I have been able to join for. The nursery have a varied menu and easily cater for our dairy-free needs, and each of our children miraculously eat everything they won't eat at home, so it must be good! The forest school sessions are a big hit. We get regular updates and pictures on the app so we can see what they are up to, and the staff have been really supportive with any issues we have had. My children always come out with big smiles at the end of the day. I would always recommend them.

Both my children started Cracker Jacks just before Christmas 2025, they have settled in so nicely and all the staff are amazing with them. I am so glad I chose this nursery for my babies. The bond my kids have with their key workers in particular is so lovely to see, the staff do genuinely care for
each and every child. Would recommend to anyone with babies and young children to get them ready for big school! The activities and meals provided to them are educational and nutritional, they also take everything on board regarding routines and home life etc. Lovely place with the added bonus of the soft play on site which my toddler loves!

My child has been attending Cracker Jacks Nursery and we have had a really positive experience. The staff are friendly, approachable, and genuinely care about the children, which is very reassuring as a parent. Communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates on the parent app that help
us feel involved in our child's day. The nursery is always clean and well maintained, and we really appreciate the good range of balanced, healthy meals provided. We feel confident leaving our child in their care, and our child has settled in well and is very happy there.

My little girl is due to start school in September and has been at crackerjacks since the baby room, each room has nurtured her and have always given her the best care. All of the staff have such a kind heart and you can see that they put their all into the day ahead! my child is thriving both
physically and educational and Alison is going above and beyond to help her get ready for the transition to school! I have spoken to the staff about a few things and they have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I am so happy that we chose crackerjacks it is definitely my first choice of setting and I would recommend them to anyone. I love the fact that they have their very own forest school space and go out there every day!

Crackerjacks is the best nursery for my little boy , he has come on leaps and bounds since starting crackerjacks , the staff are the most kindest loveliest people and they generally care about child.
My child loves all the staff there and when they do Handovers they are always do detailed in
there information . There activities are very good and educational and my child speech has come along way . He started there at 10 months and now 1 and half and I couldn't recommend a better nursery .

Our son has attended Cracker Jacks since he was 10 months old. Being a first-time mum I was incredibly nervous leaving him for a whole day however my fears were soon put at ease. The staff were brilliant, patient and caring. I could see how positive his experience was there with his development and
social interaction. They’re always doing fun and interesting activities to keep the children engaged and it’s lovely seeing the pictures throughout the day. He’s now 1.5 years old and is absolutely thriving, he runs up to the door at drop off excited for his day ahead. It’s a pleasure to see as a parent how comfortable and happy he is in another space. He eats well there and we are kept informed of when he has substitutes due to dietary preference. Cannot recommend them enough.

My 1.5-year-old son attends Cracker Jacks Day Nursery and he absolutely loves it. He is comfortable with all the nursery workers, not just the ones in the baby room, as since he started in September 2023, they have all made an effort to get to know him.
Each day involves various different
activities: messy play/soft play/outdoor time etc., which my son very much enjoys.
My son has an allergy to eggs but the nursery always tries to give him an allergy-free version of the same food (so he doesn't feel as though he is missing out) and where this isn't possible, they provide him with an alternative.
The nursery has also been excellent in accommodating any special requests we've made and respond promptly to emails and queries.
The nursery uses an app where they upload pictures, provide daily food/nappy/sleep logs and also developmental achievements/progress. I look forward to these updates throughout the day!
I 100% recommend this nursery to other parents.

My son goes to Cracker Jacks after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays, he absolutely loves it, all the different activities and soft play. He also goes to club in the holidays. He always says what an amazing time he has and he never wants to leave. The staff are so friendly and have catered to him
when he couldn't have milk. Also great communication, as a mother I am so happy when my son comes home and tells me all the amazing things he has done and that he has lots of fun with his friends and the staff. As a mother, I am over the moon with everything at Cracker Jacks, thank you.

Our son has been at Cracker Jacks for over 2 years now and loves it. We feel really well supported by the nursery and preschool staff there and they've established great relationships with our son and ourselves. Our son has thrived there and made a lot of close friends!

My son and daughter have been attending Cracker Jacks for a few months, my son is 2 and has come on leaps and bounds with his speech and confidence. He is so settled and walks in most days with a smile, the staff are so lovely and I feel very reassured with him being there. My daughter attends
before and after school, she has so much fun in the soft play and then safely is taken and picked up from school meaning we only have one place to drop and pick the children up from!

I cannot recommend this nursery enough.
My little one has been going for nearly a whole year and she absolutely loves it.
Her and I are always welcomed with a smile in the morning her key worker is amazing with her and they all love her.
We love the smiles from the ladies in the morning.
And
the chef makes lovely homemade meals for them to eat.
The other ladies are excellent with her too.
Everyone makes it feel like a home from home.
Keep up the excellent work we love coming and my little one absolutely loves coming.

My little girl started Cracker Jacks in January 2024 and all the staff have been great at helping her to settle in without any issues. They are very approachable and always happy to answer any questions I have. My daughter seems to really enjoy her days at Cracker Jacks which helps me to be
reassured she’s in the best care. They also have an app where they update you throughout the day with meals, naps and even a few pictures. I’m very happy with the service and care we are receiving at Cracker Jacks and hope my little one has years of fun to come!

My son has settled so well at Cracker Jacks, all the staff are so warm and kind. Before starting at 9/10 months old we’d had a difficult start to weaning, the staff and environment really supported him to pick this up soon after joining. He’s thrived developmentally and so pleased I chose Cracker

My daughter has been going to Cracker Jacks for a couple of years and has been going from strength to strength. She was shy at first but with the help and support from the staff she has become so confident and really enjoys going to nursery. They do loads of engaging activities and I think it's
great that they get to do little walks to local shops to see animals, which my little one loves. You get regular updates throughout the day with the app showing what they've eaten and been up to, with the odd picture here and there to see how they're getting on. I think the nursery is great and the staff are absolutely amazing!

Can’t fault Cracker Jacks at all. Our daughter is really happy there and has formed great bonds with the staff. Communication between myself and the nursery is really easy and they are quick to respond if I ever have a query.
