After a year of maternity leave, I was very nervous sending my child to nursery. I didn't know what to expect and I just wanted the transition to be pain free and give me confidence. The staff at House on the Dials immediately put me at ease. They are caring and diligent and have always gone above
and beyond in their professionalism. This sector does not get the recognition it deserves. My children are happy to go in and that's been one of many signs that we chose the right nursery.

Our son settled in very quickly and is happy and excited to come to nursery. He seems to have a really good bond with his key worker, other staff, and the other children. All interactions we have had with staff have been positive and highly professional. It is lovely to see our son's continued and
rapid development at nursery, bringing home new words, etc.

Great nursery with great and caring staff. Our son absolutely loves it there! Although there isn't a lot of outside space, they make the most of the space that's there and the kids will go outside on days where the weather permits it, and they will also occasionally take the kids to a nearby park. I
occasionally walk past the nursery during the day and you can always hear the kids laughing and having a great time. I would definitely recommend this nursery to friends and family!

I'm thrilled with my baby daughter's nursery. Her key worker is fantastic and truly caring, which makes a huge difference. The range of activities keeps her engaged, and it's impressive how much she's learned already. The food is lovely, and the staff are kind and attentive. I highly recommend this
nursery for any parent seeking a nurturing environment for their child.

Hi, my child has thrived at nursery House on The Dials since starting at the age of 9 month , the staff are incredibly warm, friendly, my son has blossomed in their learning, especially with the structured activities and the encouragement from all the teachers and the nursery manager , the
communication is excellent,

Both of our children have attended this nursery. One from baby to school and one from baby until now. Our key workers have been very consistent throughout, the staffing has barely changed since 2020. The Manager is just lovely too. The professionalism of this smaller family run nursery impresses us.
Our children have loved coming to nursery and have been excited with all the activities and well resourced rooms.
We have ways been welcomed into the nursery which is beautiful, calm and clean, being able to go inside was really important to us as we were there since covid and many nurseries didn't start having parents in again after that.

The care and staff were great but found the management failed to address our concerns and were poor communicators. We felt that the nursery met expectations for the care of our child but that promises made by email weren't kept and there was a lot of contradictions throughout.
