Our year at Brunswick Nursery has been a truly wonderful. The staff are incredible and genuinely passionate about early education. One of the most unique aspects is the stability of the team - there's been no staff turnover and no agency workers, which is rare in Cambridge and speaks volumes about
the culture of the place. Each day, the same familiar face greets our son, creating a calm, consistent environment that helps children feel safe and settled. The staff plan an incredible range of creative activities - they watch tadpoles develop, chicks hatching, climb ladders and make soup, for example. Our son has grown so much in confidence and communication since joining, and we've felt fully supported every step. We could not recommend this nursery more highly.
