We feel very happy with the care our son receives at this nursery. His sister attended before him, so we trusted the team, and they continue to deliver. The staff stay friendly, supportive, and fully engaged with our child. They treat him well and help him grow with strong learning activities. The
facilities stay clean and well equipped. The meals give him good variety. The Ofsted Outstanding rating reflects the quality you see every day. Families in the local community speak highly of this place and we do as well.

Such a lovely nursery. The girls have made it so easy for me to transition back to work from maternity leave, they are friendly and warm towards my daughter. She loves going and I'm always greeted with a smile when collecting her. I would definitely recommend.

Busy Bees Ely is fantastic. They have helped our daughter settle in so well, building up the settle sessions so that she felt comfortable starting. She loves it and has got a lot out of it already. Communication during the day is excellent and she is very well cared for, I feel comforted knowing
that she is in such safe hands while I am at work.

All the staff have been so kind and have the very best in mind for our daughter. My daughter has learned so much in such a small amount of time, and is so much more confident these days. She loves going to nursery and can't wait to go, which is a great sign. She's even refusing to do her morning
naps at nursery because it's all just too much fun... She's absolutely having a blast there! The transition process was also fantastic, and we had to get her in quicker than usual and the staff still found a way to transition her nicely and gently.

Amazing and caring staff at the Ely nursery. Go the extra mile to help your child get settled in. Have no complaints at all! Highly recommended, the team deserves all the credit they get! I have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends - and have done so already!

Brilliant nursery. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are so caring and conscientious, my daughter is so happy here and that is testament to the environment and activities they have created. I couldn't recommend it more.

I have been so pleased to have been able to send both my children to such a well organised nursery with staff that really care. My daughter has formed some strong relationships with the staff that care for her throughout her time there and is always excited to go into nursery and see what activities
have been planned for them. The activities are always well thought out for their stage of development and engaging. I have also been particularly impressed with how the nursery have planned for and provided reassurance during settling my son with multiple food allergies. The communication between staff and their knowledge has been excellent. The staff are always happy and pleased to see the children!

We've been very impressed with the creativity and effort that goes into the activities for our little one to play and grow. The nursery goes the extra mile in celebrating significant days from different cultures, and made our little guy feel very special on his birthday. We also appreciate the care
he has received when he is poorly, and the staff are always so warm and friendly!

The best thing about the nursery is the staff. They are happy, and friendly and careful about the children and their development. Staff are as excited as we are in celebrating milestones and all the unique personality traits and quirks we see in our child. As this is our first child, we felt
confident and safe in the knowledge that he would be well looked after. Communication is brilliant. Outdoor space is limited but well utilised.
