Fixby house nursery have outstanding childcare resources, both my children adore attending and come home to excitedly tell me about what they have done in their days. They enable new experiences, promote imaginative play and build on learning through play.
The staff are kind, fun and build great
relationships with the children in a safe and encouraging environment.

Fixby House has been absolutely amazing, and we couldn't be happier with the care and environment it provides. From the very beginning, the staff have been welcoming, kind, and incredibly supportive, making the transition feel smooth and reassuring.
Roman has settled in so well, which speaks
volumes about the nurturing atmosphere at Fixby House. He clearly feels safe, comfortable, and understood, and it's been wonderful to see how happy and relaxed he is there. The team go above and beyond to ensure each individual feels valued and cared for, and their dedication truly shines through in everything they do.
The home itself is warm, well-maintained, and has a genuine family feel. Communication has been excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured about Roman's wellbeing and progress.
We are so grateful to everyone at Fixby House for the positive impact they have had. It's clear that this is a place where childrenare genuinely cared for, and we would highly recommend

My son has attended Fixby House since November 2024 when he joined the baby room. From the initial visit, stay and play and introductory visits the team have been excellent. The communication is fantastic, the app is great to see what has been happening through the day. Staff are always happy to
give a summary of how he has been which is really reassuring, especially when he first started. The facilities are really good, there is a wide range of activities and resources. My son was so teary when he first started but he soon looked forward to nursery. I can tell the relationships are positive across the staff team as it doesn't matter who greets him in the morning he is always happy to go with them. He loves nursery, his speech, language improves every day and I know that is due to the wonderful nursery team encouraging play, learning and development.

My daughter has been attending Fixby House for almost a year and a half. In that time, I've been so impressed by the standard of care. My daughter recently had an accident at home and all the staff were so caring and accommodating of her needs, including implementing a robust risk assessment on her
return. The staff genuinely seem to care and express an interest in the children and always provide detailed run downs of how the day has been which I appreciate. This includes management. The facilities are clean and there is loads for them to do, including plenty outdoor space and group activities including art and messy play. My daughter has learnt so much since starting there and talks fondly about the things she has done. I love the extra touches like visits from Santa and the Easter bunny, pantomimes and other special visitors. The menus sound and look delicious and it's clear that this is well thought out to meet their nutritional needs and encourage the children to try new things.

My daughter attended Fixby House for 3 years and had the most fantastic time. From day one she had so much fun and built up such good relationships with all the staff. She came on leaps and bounds, especially with her social skills and confidence. You could tell all the staff genuinely cared about
her.
Recently, we enrolled my son to start. Immediately the staff have taken the time to get to know him and make both him and us feel comfortable. You can see watching the staff care for the children that they really love them and I feel so reassured knowing my baby will be getting so much love and care.
Could not ask for a better nursery for my children.

My son currently goes to this nursery. I can't fault it. The staff are always happy and friendly. Always communicate via app or in person. The manager charley is fast at replying to any email you send, always happy to help and support I'm really grateful I found this nursery.

I can't speak highly enough of Fixby House and everyone that works there. Our son has been going there for about 18 months and our daughter will be starting later in the year. The staff are so committed to supporting his development and creating a safe space for him to learn, grow and play. He
absolutely loves going to nursery, I barely get a goodbye when I drop him off because he can't wait to get in there! I love how varied but healthy the food is as well. These guys are worth their weight in gold and I can't imagine sending my kids anywhere else

My child goes here, and they are fantastic with the children and always give updates on how they get on with the day, with overall progress and Development. They even make the food and looks lovely and healthy from all the pictures they post. Lovely staff and would definitely recommend.

We had a look around so many nurseries for our two boys and we liked this one the most and now so glad we chose this one. Our friends also chose here and recommend it a lot to our wider group, the staff are lovely and we feel happy that the children are safe and enjoy every day there. They never
want to leave! Great updates throughout the day and we're always able to contact them quickly should we need to. 100% recommend :)

Two of my children go to this nursery and absolutely love it here! They tell me how nice the staff members are to them. The choice of meals they offer are very nutritious and have a massive variety of different foods. The staff are lovely and always communicating how the children's days have been .
I couldn't recommend this nursery enough you won't be disappointed if you send your little ones here! A safe warm environment and I can't wait for my little girl to go here soon too.

Highly recommend Fixby House Nursery if you're after a diverse, safe and fun environment for your little one. It's clean, educational and perfectly set up for growing/developing children. My child has no issues with going there, and it's nice to see them grow with the support of a friendly team. All
the staff are great, and they are also inclusive of all cultures/children's needs.

My little girl started at Fixby House in June as I went back to work. I was apprehensive about putting her into nursery as she is so young (9m) and I wad hearing lots of bad stories coming out of nurseries recently which hasn't helped. However the staff at Fixby House really do care about your
children, she has settled in so well, in such a short amount of time and is genuinely excited to see her key workers in the mornings and get inside to have some fun! The meals are lovely and varied and they are always doing fun activities, which they send pictures of daily to let you see your baby/child having fun with their friends. It's honestly eased my worries so much seeing how relaxed and happy she is to arrive in a morning and seeing them equally excited to see her. Thank you all at Fixby House!

My little boy has been at Fixby House since he just turned 1, and I cannot believe the progress he has shown and how confident he has become since starting. The staff are absolute angels, and he loves coming to nursery. I couldn't recommend them enough!!

Initially, when I first started taking my son to nursery, I was very nervous and anxious, especially with him being little. The team were really supportive and understanding of my feelings/worries, offering lots of reassurance.
I get regular updates and I'm confident that my little boy is safe and
happy at nursery. The team complete excellent activities daily and have trips out from the nursery which enhances your little ones' development. My son was showing no signs of crawling until he started nursery and I believe they have worked so hard to encourage this. Special thanks to the team and the under-two-room girls for always making me feel comfortable and always giving me a thorough handover of my son.

My son has been here since he was 16 months old and he is thriving at nursery and really developing with the help of the lovely staff! We have decided to keep him in Fixby House for preschool and not move across to the school's nursery as he is happy and settled. Fantastic team and feel my son is
greatly cared for there and enjoys his little trips to the park and woods! Thank you team

A fantastic nursery with very welcoming and nice staff, always feel comfortable leaving my child and never have had an issue. Do amazing food as well!
100% would recommend. Good opening hours which work well for parents working early or late (7-6)

My son loves coming to nursery here, I particularly love the amount of time he spends outdoors, and the different activities he does. He's settled in really well and always has a brilliant day. I would recommend this nursery to other parents all the staff are friendly and approachable too.

My little girl attends Fixby House one day a week and has done so since January. Although she is only there one day a week she settled in so quickly and this is down to the fantastic staff there. They regularly update parents using the app and offer so many exciting opportunities for the children
(like park/forest trips). The meals all sound amazing and I love that the children are given home-cooked food.

Wonderful place to have your child in from baby to a toddler. Very happy with my daughter being there as she loves all sort of plays. Staff are always very helpful and will sort out any issues, they work above and beyond. Thank you very much Fixby House team.

Having heard friends' negative experiences at other nurseries, I feel compelled to let everyone know what a fantastic experience my son had at Fixby House Nursery. My son’s confidence and his development came on so much during his time here and I can’t thank the wonderful staff enough. Both myself
and my son will miss the nursery so much, now that he has started school.
