All good but the communication by email is not that good and should be improved.

I have two of my children at The Monkey Puzzle, and can honestly say the nursery is incredible. I was so anxious leaving my baby, but the staff are so reassuring, kind and understanding with me. My three year old is always so excited about nursery, and talks about what she does there, her friends
and the nursery workers all the time at home.
I love the family app, and always look forward to the many photos they upload daily.
The fun activities and resources they have are fabulous, I love it that they take the kids on little outings in a wagon, all safely strapped in, with a little high visibility jacket on (so cute). The staff & management, (everyone) are so approachable, kind and knowledgeable.
What I love most about the nursery, is that when I collect my children at the end of the day, the nursery worker explains to me what they have been doing that day, you can see they are passionate, and my children are surrounded by love and kindness there. I couldn't ask for a better nursery.

The nursery is fantastic, very attentive staff. They make the day fun with plenty of activities and meals are always nutritious. The garden facilities are excellent and a great place for the children to get fresh air and play outside. They take them to the park too when the weather allows.

Really lovely staff and helpful. My cousin has really settled and enjoyed his time at this nursery, and I would really recommend it to anyone in the local area!!! The staff really care about each individual child :)

Amazing nursery, welcoming, kind, made us feel incredibly comfortable happy to leave my daughter with these lovely people and my daughter adores the staff, loves going in and has a great day not a single bad thing to say.

Great nursery, my little cousin goes there, when I pick him up he's always happy. He settled very quickly. The staff create amazing activities for the children to grow in their development! The staff are very friendly and support anyway they can.

While this nursery has a clean, attractive environment and a lovely outdoor space, our experience showed it is not equipped to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Our son attended for just over two years from 16 months old, during which time there was an alarming amount of staff
turnover, resulting in little consistency or stability.
As our son's speech delay and additional needs became more apparent, we felt the nursery lacked the training, knowledge, and resources to support him. Behaviours linked to communication difficulties, such as scratching or biting, were treated as issues rather than understood as unmet needs, leaving us feeling judged rather than supported.
Communication was poor throughout; we are still awaiting responses to queries raised over six months ago, despite multiple chases. The nursery also refused to co-sign our son's DLA application and had to be repeatedly chased to support his ASD assessment paperwork, highlighting a lack of understanding

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Monkey Pozzle. Our daughter looks forward to going every morning, and we've seen so much growth in her confidence, social skills, and communication. We especially appreciate the regular updates and photos from the staff, which keep us involved and
reassured. The facility is always clean, secure, and thoughtfully designed for young children.
Highly recommend to any parent looking for a high-quality preschool that feels like a second home.

This was the first time I had ever sent my daughter to a nursery, so it was a big step for us. She started when she was nine months old, and now she is 16 months. I couldn't be happier with everything the nursery has done for her and for us as a family. She is always happy to go in the morning, and
it is clear she truly enjoys her time there. The staff are incredibly attentive, caring, and always ready to help. Knowing she is in such a loving and supportive environment gives me so much peace of mind.

Very glad we chose Monkey Puzzle Cheam for our son. He has flourished and grown in confidence as he has been introduced to new friends and experiences. All the staff looking after him have been caring and sought to make him feel secure and supported. They have nurtured his kindness and curiosity and

Lovely nursery and amazing staff. Great activities for the kids and occasionally they get to go out to parks, which the little ones love. My daughter absolutely loves coming here.

My son loves attending nursery at Monkey Puzzle Cheam. All of the team members are approachable, kind and understanding of any concern or request and always happy to help. My son has really grown in confidence since attending nursery and I can see that he really loves the place and the people that
he his around.
The activities that they do are varied and related to the curriculum, with lots of outdoor and messy play. Feedback provided for the day is very detailed, and handover feedback is also great. Furthermore, they provide a wide range of photos every day, which is nice to see what little ones have been up to. The food provided is varied and healthy, and builds toddlers into confident, independent eaters. My son is thriving at MP Cheam and I am beyond happy with the decision and choice of nursery that we made.

We couldn't be happier with our daughter's experience at this nursery. She absolutely loves going in each day and always comes out smiling. It's clear she feels safe, happy, and well cared for.
The ladies in her room are truly passionate about what they do - you can see it in the way they interact
with the children and the attention they give to each individual child. They've created such a warm, nurturing environment where our daughter is thriving both socially and developmentally.
It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she's in such caring and capable hands. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do!

My daughter has been attending Monkey Puzzle since April. She has settled in well and over the past few months we have seen a positive change in her behaviour, attitude and interactions with others, this is all from the learnings at Monkey Puzzle. The staff are great with her. With the new
management team in place, I can only see this nursery excelling.

My niece joined the nursery at the beginning of June and immediately the staff made her feel comfortable and welcome. She is a shy and anxious child and everyone at the nursery took the time to settle her in slowly, with lots of support and encouragement.

Nice place but needs many improvements as well.
My child is very happy there, but I wished that more services and attention were available as well.

My 10 months old settled in very quickly and it was a relief to see her happy and smiling. She loves her carers. They provide time-to-time updates, which is nice. The nursery has many different areas for babies to explore and play.

My daughter has settled really well at Monkey Puzzle and the staff in the baby room are fantastic, I have yet to meet the new manager and feel the communication with regards to staff turnover could have been better. Overall I am very happy with the nursery and hope my daughter continues to thrive
there.

My daughter started here when she was four months old and absolutely loves it. The staff are fantastic and brilliant with her. I have since increased her days as she enjoys it so much. They are so helpful with keeping me informed about her day, always willing to offer advice and tips and extremely
professional in the services that they offer. I am for my daughter to stay at Monkey Puzzle until she goes to school!
