My child started pre school in September, he has excelled in toilet training which I am beyond proud of. The staff Mia and Mattie have communicated well at every hand over to ensure I am kept up to date. I have been impressed by the introduction of the extra curriculum activities. This was given as
feedback to the nursery and they have quickly acted upon it. They are kind and responsive and they ensure my child has had a good day.

Our little boy started at Kids Planet in January and from day 1 has absolutely loved it! There is so much for them to do and he is always coming home with big smile on his face as well as a full tummy! There is lots of outdoor space for the little ones to run around and explore in the fresh air. All
the staff that work here are so lovely and the team that look after our son are very caring and provide lots of comfort and reassurance if ever he has a wobble. Isla, Clare, Ruby and Ewelina in particular have really got to know him and there are always plenty of cuddles. Amelia the Manager is fantastic, always approachable and makes you feel informed and supported. We are so happy with our choice in sending our baby here and would recommend this nursery to any parent.

Both our daughters have been really happy at Kids Planet Walton. The team in the pre-school room in-particular has a number of team members that are true asset to the nursery. Our daughter showed some noise sensitivity challenges and the room leader was really dedicated to understanding it better,
testing a few scenarios and using games and other methods to great tools for her to help (as well as a parent consultation)- we were so impressed with the attention that went into this one issue. The baby room team are also absolutely lovely and our 1yr old settled so quickly and when she started talking, she would talk about the room leaders and friends in the room all the time- it was clear she was so happy there. The management team have had a rough ride recently but I am confident they have the dedication and commitment to the nursery to turn things around.

Both my children have had great experiences at nursery. The pre-school set my daughter up perfectly for reception, preparing her by encouraging phonix and writing, helping her interact with the whole class to make a wider social group, and increasing her confidence to put her hand up and ask
questions. She really came out of her shell in their care which made the transition much easier than we thought it would be. My son is currently in the toddler room and is also thriving. He adores the staff in his room and he runs into nursery each morning. They've been great at spotting areas where he can develop - we're actively working together to ensure he has consistency in techniques to help him both at nursery and at home. They're also brilliant at encouraging his strengths and coming up with activities that match his interests. He feels so safe there. The last year in particular we've seen staff respond well to feedback and improvements made to things we didn't even think needed fixing!

Kids planet has been lovely at welcoming our baby to their nursery. The staff are friendly and kind, and very helpful with any questions. Most importantly, it is easy to see how much our daughter enjoys going there. We are very grateful to the staff for taking care of her so well.

Our youngest (1.5 years) has been at Kids Planet for coming on a year, and she has absolutely thrived. The team are friendly, caring and highly professional. We get fantastic updates on her day to day activities through the app, and lovely pieces of work brought home.
Our eldest also attended from
1 years old until school and the nursery built a fantastic foundation for entering the schooling system.
We would and do recommend the nursery to others in the area - it truly is a wonderful place!

My daughter started attending the nursery in September 2025, and we are very pleased with how well she is thriving there. From the beginning, she has developed strong bonds with both the other children and the educators. She is treated with kindness and care, and the environment is warm, supportive,
and reassuring. It is clear that she feels happy and secure, which gives us great confidence and peace of mind as parents.

My son really enjoyed going to this preschool and always felt happy and comfortable there. The teachers were very involved and provided a wide range of engaging activities, with a strong focus on supporting each child's individual needs as well as working closely with parents.
The nursery has
recently gone through changes in ownership and staffing, which were handled to the best of their abilities, although at times this did result in information being shared with limited notice.
One aspect I particularly appreciated was having both male and female teachers in my child's classroom, which created a well-rounded and inclusive learning environment.

Both my children have attended this nursery and I have always felt that they are well looked after and cared for by the staff. The staff always give a detailed report at the end of the day. The manager, Amelia, is doing a great job and I have no doubt that the nursery will thrive under her

The staff at Perfect Start make a real effort to create an environment the children genuinely enjoy and thrive in. Speaking for our own daughter, she had a fantastic experience in Babies 1 when she first joined, the team in that room worked tirelessly to work out how best to build a relationship
with her and she soon became inseparable from them. When she moved up into Babies 2, it was such a positive and easy transition - the team in there genuinely care about the children and it really shows in the relationships the children have with each of them. She learns so much on a day to day, her confidence, development and language improve on a daily basis it seems - no doubt, down to the hard work of the staff. She thoroughly enjoys her time at nursery - often not wanting to leave on pick up and she has made some real friendships with other children and the staff who look after her. From management level down, everyone goes the extra mile - highly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery!

My daughter has settled in really well at the nursery and we are pleased with the care provided by her key workers. The team has adapted very professionally to the medicines and monitoring required for her heart condition so we feel comfortable leaving her 3 times a week. I would definitely
recommend this nursery to others.

We can not speak highly enough about Perfect Start Day Nursery and our experience there over the past 18 months.
Most notably - the staff are caring, empathetic, personable and have taken the time to understand and nurture our child’s specific behaviour and needs. They treat our child as an
individual and ensure that he is given the best opportunity possible to thrive in the environment.
All of the staff have taken the time to develop a genuine and meaningful relationship with our child - meaning that he is calm and confident being left there daily.
The activity in the classroom is engaging, purposeful and ever-changing and as such is able to keep our child entertained whilst continuing to progress his developmental needs. The outdoor activity is a particular highlight.
The staff have continued to foster relationships with other children - meaning our child has made friends and looks forward to going to school daily.
A massive thank you to all of the staff at Perfect Start Nursery.

We could not recommend Perfect Start Walton highly enough.
We initially selected Perfect Start due to its caring family feel, friendly staff, great facilities and good value for money. During our first tour of the nursery, the manager knew every child by name and would greet children with a hug -
a memory that stuck with us! Needless to say, Perfect Start has lived up to our expectations - and more.
Our little boy joined at 1 year old and is quite a shy little boy and was quite emotional at first. However the staff have been nothing but patient, caring and understanding and given our son so much love and care to help him settle.
5 months later and our son is thriving! He’s moved up a room and is so happy when we pick him up, always keen to show off his latest skills and tricks.
The staff genuinely seem to care about our little boy and the children and it is so touching to see.
Could not recommend more highly!

Our son loves Perfect Start - he's been there for 4 months now and just moved into a new room. The team are great, his move to the new room was managed really well and our son is very happy! I would highly recommend it.

Our daughter was one of the first to join the nursery when she started. The facilities are great and the staff are too. The most important thing is the happiness of your child and she was always happy there. In fact, she would at times cry because she didn't want to leave. There have been a few
superstars for us who have been her key workers over the time she has been with The Perfect Start. The ladies were creative, caring and loving. Our daughter had a real affection for them. All the staff though are great and I have no hesitation in recommending the nursery to parents on the search for a new nursery. Thank you from my family and I. You will be missed.

We have nothing but praise for Perfect Start in Walton and their care of our daughter since 2021. Having just turned one, she was still only able to crawl, but soon settled in and gained confidence around classmates. Teachers are attentive, with a good ratio of child to carer, so we've been very
happy with the care and attention received, and the bonds she's developed with staff and her peers. Having progressed through 3 classes, where age groups are kept small, we're convinced nursery has hugely accelerated her walking, talking, social skills and general confidence. At drop-off, the team are always very welcoming, and when we collect, they always provide us with a detailed update of her day, including what she ate, how much sleep she's had, and who she's been having mischief with! She usually has so much fun that she doesn't want to leave when we're ready to go! Perfect Start is the perfect nursery for your child to be well cared for and motivated to explore their own strengths.

Our daughter has been at this Nursery for a year and a half and has grown so much because of it. She has so many lovely friends and the staff are a delight. She is always learning new things and has never come home upset. We recommend Perfect Start very highly.

Our daughter has been going to Perfect Start Day Nursery Walton-on-Thames for almost a year, she's incredibly happy there and has been from Day 1. It's a welcoming environment with superb team members, and our daughter has loved every stage of it. We've seen her confidence grow as she's moved from
the babies room through to the older babies and now into toddlers. The entire staff, from management to room leaders through to the wider team are kind, caring, accommodating and proactive. It's reassuring to feel such confidence in a team and see their commitment every day in action, it's a seriously joyful place to walk into and for our family to feel a part of, and I'd recommend this team to any parent.
