I'm so grateful to the Jemima Puddleducks team for the love, attentiveness and kindness they have shown my son since he started. They've made me feel supported and at ease from day one and it's clear how much my son enjoys his time there knowing his happy and well cared for so well means the world - thank you for everything you do!

Our child has been attending Jemima Puddle Ducks (Baby Room) for the last 9 months. Every day she comes home a more confident, active and engaging young person. With my wife's recent diagnosis of a brain tumour the staff has just been incredible with all the support they have given us as a family - going out of their way throughout treatment to provide us with extra support - from kind words when we needed it most to supporting me wife with play with our child in a supported environment. They have just been incredible in our hour of need. The staff at Maggie's also helped us when our child developed an allergy to milk at a young age with fantastic approaches to help with her food and were so quick to adapt at day to day nursery with food changes. They really are the best nursery there is!

Our daughter has been attending this nursery since she was one year old, and we've watched her grow more confident and independent with each passing year. We have no doubt that much of this is thanks to the care and support she has received at nursery. With each room transition-when we expected tears-our child has only loved it more. This past year, especially with the Early Years team, she has thrived. Exploring the forest and enjoying all the outdoor facilities has been an amazing experience for her. We never have any sad drop-offs, as she absolutely loves all the staff at Maggie's. It means so much to us as parents that every member of staff knows and recognises my child, making us feel reassured that she is in safe and loving hands. Although my child will be sad to leave nursery, she'll be back for all the summer fun days-and she'll be so excited when her baby sister begins her journey here too!

Fantastic care. Great education. She loves to come to nursery. We love the focus on the children being kind and sociable. Our daughter has had a far superior experience here than her brother had at another setting .

The staff here are amazing and go above and beyond. The facilities are amazing and always being improved. My child loves his time here and the learning is based around the children and their developmental level which they can adjust for the children making everyone's experience better

Superb private nursery in which we've seen our child develop, blossom and grow into a fantastic and well round young lady. The staff can't do enough and the facilities are second to none. Get a place here, out first born went to another nursery and it don't even come close to the professionalism and service provided at Maggie's. Simply superb.

I have no hesitation in recommending Maggie's to any parent looking to for the right setting for their child/ren. My daughter started when she was 14 months, when I went back to work, and has grown and developed throughout her time with the amazing staff at the nursery, and they are now helping her to get ready to start school in September! From learning to speak, recognising and writing her name, learning to count, to developing key behavioural skills through playing independently and with other children in her group, to exploring the forest (including work in the cabin and teepee if the weather is too wet for being in the fresh air) and looking after the animals who are a big part of the nursery. I love the level of communication the nursery has with parents to support with development at home, as well as providing support (incl. workshops) in terms of behaviour/potty training etc. Professional but friendly and caring - its like home from home for my daughter.

We've always found the nursery to be brilliant. Both of our children now go here and they both thoroughly enjoy it. I recently attended a Mother's Day event with my eldest which was absolutely fantastic. A great mix of activities to bond with my son in his environment. He loved showing me all of the things he likes to do at nursery and giving me a tour of the amazing outside space. One of many well organised events. Highly recommend to anyone looking for childcare.

My son is cared for in the Puddle-Duck room. As a first time Mum, I was very nervous leaving my baby to go back to work. The first key worker I met has been outstanding. She made me feel at ease and my son became fond of her very quickly. He has now been at Maggies for over 3 months and loves all the staff there and has developed in himself massively. He always has a huge smile on his face at pick ups because he has so much fun here. Thank you to all the girls for your hard work!

One of the best nurseries around. Amazing staff who really care for the kids and take the time to get to know them. Very good grounds and activities offered including woodwork that my son loves. Cannot fault them, thank you all for the amazing job you do !

Absolutely fantastic nursery, friendly and kind staff. Everyone always has a smile on their faces and nothing is every too much. They listen and take note of your child's routine, which puts your mind at ease as a parent. They are extremely amazing with the children. My little girl walks into nursery waving goodbye to either myself or her Daddy and is so happy going in. Also when she comes out she is so happy and smiley, showing she has had the best day. The facilities are second to none and I haven't seen another nursery close by which offers anything similar. Hand on heart the best decision we've made choosing this nursery. A massive shoutout to the Jemima Puddleducks ladies, you are honestly the best!

Our son has attended Maggies since he was 7 months old and the level of care he's received in both rooms so far has been outstanding. He makes wonderful relationships with the ladies looking after him and his development has really shone through. He goes in happy and comes out happy and that's really given us confidence as parents that he really enjoys his days at nursery. In addition to that, the environment, and indoor and outdoor spaces are beyond compare and it really feels a very special place and community to be part of.

Maggie's have been brilliant with our son. He has really flourished there and enjoys going, learning a lot socially, educationally and loves the staff. We moved out of area but still go. The outside space is wonderful as are the room themes

Maggie's Day Nursery and Forest School is a very special place. We have seen our son flourish at nursery; he genuinely loves his time there. He is very happy and confident at nursery and is making strong friendships with other children and has a great relationship with staff. Everyone in the team is passionate about ensuring children have the best and most enjoyable learning experience. They maintain strong communication with us as parents and create a welcoming environment for everyone. The nursery has an amazing range of toys and learning materials. Our son loves being outside and the nursery has large grounds for outdoor play. The Forest School is exceptional.

My son started in June 2024 when he was 9 months old and is now moving up to the next class. The baby room has been brilliant for his growth and milestones. The staff really go above and beyond and are so nurturing towards our children. They create amazing bonds, they are helpful, attentive and really are a credit to Maggie's nursery. My son would be dropped off with a smile and put his arms out to every member of staff ready to start his day which makes it so comforting for a parent knowing they are happy and safe in the environment. He's so much more confident, learnt to crawl, walk and is developing everyday which I know the nursery has supported with that so thank-you. Shout out to Lou (she's amazing, friendly, full of energy and was a big part of my little boys time in the baby room) so thank-you!!

Our experience with Children's 1st has been really good from day 1. All the staff are friendly and have built positive relationships with our son. His development has come along leaps and bounds and I cannot thank the team enough for providing a safe space for him to learn and grow into his personality more whilst he is in their care.

Ever since our son started at Maggie's in July, we have had nothing but positive experiences. All staff truly care about the children and this is so evident through the way they look after them, the nursery itself and the provision they provide. Communication with parents is effective and clear. The staff have always been incredibly helpful and go above and beyond, every day. Our son settled in really quickly and loves going to nursery. We would recommend Maggie's to everyone!

My daughter has been at Maggie's since September 2023. I knew the moment I went to view the setting that it would be the one to support my daughter in flourishing into a little girl. As a teacher myself, when I saw the nursery in action and the activities and establishment that they had set up was second to none. My daughter has come on in leaps and bounds and to see her excel in her development, primarily thanks to those at Maggie's, is so wonderful. Her daily achievements and developmental milestones are continuously being achieved. The staff throughout the establishment are warm, welcoming and loving and seeing her grow as she has progressed through the different rooms is amazing. I honestly recommend the nursery to every mother and expectant mother I know and I will continue to use the establishment for my future children which I am hopeful for. Thank you all, you're worth your weight in gold.
