We couldn't have asked for a better nursery experience for our child. From the very beginning, Tina has been an outstanding manager - always approachable, kind, and incredibly reassuring. She made us feel completely at ease knowing our child was in such capable and caring hands. The preschool team have been wonderful throughout, especially over the past two years. A special mention has to go to Elena, whose warmth, patience, and genuine love for the children truly stood out. She gave our little one so much care and attention that he often preferred being at nursery more than he did at home! It's such a comfort as a parent to see your child so happy and nurtured in their environment. We'll always be grateful to the whole team for giving our child such a positive and loving start to their early years.

We've been so happy with Kids Planet West Bridgeford. They've put us at ease from the first time we met the team and our child loves going there. The team is very professional and always take the time to talk to us about what the little ones have been up to. The activities that are planned every week help with his development and our child is already demonstrating what's he's learned from nursery.

My oldest son has been going to kids planet for nearly 2 years now and my youngest will be going in January.We viewed many nursery's in the local area and kids planet was definitely the right choice.I would and have recommended kids planet to friends who have also sent there kids to the nursery.In 2 years I've not had one problem or concern at all and I'm regularly updated via the app when my son is at nursery.

Both staff and management at Kids Planet West Bridgford are excellent. My son has continuously developed and thrived in their care. Management are very hands on and accessible. Staff know all kids well and greet everyone by name. Food is of great quality and variety as my son tends to eat everything! Staff work with you to ensure they give full support to both kids and parents! Staff communicate throughout the day well and are always very accessible if you want to catch up on your child's development, progress or diet. Overall excellent nursery, would highly recommend.

My two children (1 and 3) attend Kids Planet West Bridgford, and they both started in the baby room at 9 months old. We chose this nursery because we liked the fact it was smaller than some others we had viewed and had a real 'homely' feel. Our experience settling both of our children in to the nursery has been fantastic - the team are attentive, caring and genuinely invested in each child. I see my children picking up new skills weekly, whether that's my son learning new words in the baby room, or my daughter learning about the transition of caterpillar to butterfly in preschool! The team were hugely encouraging and supportive getting my daughter prepared for toilet training, and they were equally championing my son on when he was first learning to walk, sending me videos via the app throughout the day. You can really feel how much the team care about your children and this is what makes this nursery stand out. Keep being amazing!

My daughter loves going to Kids Planet. All the staff are really friendly, caring and always welcoming. The nursery is really clean with a homely feeling. She's always really happy at drop off & pick up and communication throughout the day from the nursery through the app is good. The rooms are well equipped with a wide range of activities for the children.

My daughter started here in the baby room and from the first week, settled so well. Never gets upset at collection or drop-off. The staff know her well and personally helped with all our needs when discussed. We're really pleased with the management and the staff and they have good retention of staff members. The girls who work there work so hard and you can really see this in the activities they put on for the children. My daughter happily goes in each morning and was totally toilet trained at 2 years old, much down to their help. I am grateful for how she has developed and thank the staff for their attentiveness. The menu is varied and they offer fresh fruit snacks and change their menu often. They celebrate lots of events and religious days, which I like her to learn about and this is lovely how much effort they put in. They have an app which is updated throughout the day with photos and what the children eat, how much and just photos of daily activities.

My daughter enjoys attending nursery. I get sent updates when she is at nursery. She loves her teachers and friends at nursery. The nursery have a wide range of activities for the kids and they all look very happy and content when I pick up my daughter from nursery. They engage in both outdoor and indoor activities which is great for development.

Kids Planet West Bridgford is a great nursery. The staff are lovely, very attentive staff and our daughter has bonded with so many of them. They really do go above and beyond and it has a second home feel to it. It's always clean and tidy and the food options are very good! Our daughter really loves going to nursery! Thank you always.

What a wonderful happy place! The outdoor play facilities are excellent, well designed, creative and with so much for little ones to explore. The staff are wonderful, they clearly know each child well and it was second nature for them all to model the manners and behaviours we all want little children to develop. The supervision was excellent and the nurturing of language was embedded in everything they said. Outstanding!

My son has been going to this nursery for almost three years now and I do not have a bad word to say about the whole place. The staff that run all the rooms are friendly, welcoming and clearly care about the children they look after. My son loves going here and regularly talks about all the fun he is having with the other children and staff members. It's not all just about play though, this nursery clearly cares about his development and has helped him make massive strides in all areas of his development from speech to mark-making to interacting with everyone around him. I could not think of a better place to send my child and feel grateful for all the support this nursery has given him and our family over the years.

A great set-up with a team of dedicated passionate staff that care for each child. They treat all children as individuals and always work at development in the child's own pace. They have planned and creative activities to keep them occupied. The nursery uses themes from the outside world (like Olympics week) and build play around this. They have great indoor and outdoor play as well as educational skills! It has a great atmosphere and I am so glad I chose this nursery for my child.

Our daughter has been coming to Kids Planet since she was 9 months old and we are so pleased that we chose this nursery. She has settled in really well and is making great progress in all areas. The staff are all very attentive and welcoming and are extremely accommodating with dietary requirements. We highly recommend Kids Planet West Bridgford.

I have engaged with the nursery for over 5 years as they are now looking after my 2nd grandchild. In that time they have consistently provided professional, friendly and supportive care for the children. The nursery staff are always available and happy to chat about any issues, or just to give a little run down of the nursery day. Both of my grandchildren have thoroughly enjoyed their time at nursery, and have developed socially and educationally from attending the nursery.

My son has been at this nursery for two years now, since he was about 11 months. We have had a wonderful experience of both the baby room and toddler room - staff are knowledgable, approachable and lovely - and always on hand to give the children a reassuring hug should they need one. He is developing brilliantly which I have no doubt is in part due to the play-based learning he enjoys at nursery. He is due to move to the preschool room soon - the transitions from room to room are handled sensitively and give the children plenty of chance to get to know the staff in the next room. Management staff are just as lovely as the room staff - always on hand to answer any questions. Our new baby is already booked to start next spring, knowing he will be so well cared for is reassuring as a parent returning to work!

My grandson attends and loves going. The staff are friendly and couldn't be more helpful and have time for him whenever he needs it and deserve huge praise. He has been to baby group, toddler group and is soon to move to preschool group which I'm sure will be the perfect preparation for infant school. Keep up the great work.

My nephew comes home from nursery really happy. He always talks about the staff in his room in a positive manner. Information from staff members to ourselves is always clear and informative. Really like the app being filled out throughout the day to let us know how he's getting on.

My son has been coming to the nursery since the age of 7 months he is now graduating this year, I have nothing but praise for this nursery, they have helped and supported me in every way possible my son would only sleep in a pram and swing with the fan on they managed to support me with sleeping habits, they have supported me with potty training and fully got my son into big boy pants! The staff have always been great with listening and looking after! I highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for comfort love and support this is the nursery for that!

From the moment we first visited Kids Planet West Bridgeford, we knew it would be a fantastic place for our daughter to learn and grow. In the time she has been there, that initial feeling has been proven correct 10-fold. Having visited many other nurseries, Kids Planet West Bridgeford never feels crowded or chaotic. Our daughter loves going to nursery and this is no small part thanks to the incredible team and setup at Kid Planet. Alongside the incredibly well-thought-out spaces and activities, she's had amazing extra experiences such as meeting Cupcake the pony who came to visit the nursery! One of the most rewarding aspects of being a parent is seeing your child develop and learn new skills. Kids Planet West Bridgeford has made this development a regular occurrence, with our daughter quickly learning to put toys back, wash her hands etc. The staff and environment have given her such confidence. It's truly given her an amazing start to her early learning and we can only recommend.

Our daughter started at Kids Planet West Bridgford in March 2024 and we couldn't be happier with the care she has received since starting. We had a number of stay and play sessions alongside settling-in sessions which really helped get our little girl comfortable in the nursery environment. The nursery is a lovely space with lots of well-thought-out activities for the children to get involved with - our little girl especially loves playing outside (something she gets to do daily - weather permitting). All of the staff are friendly and helpful - they care about our daughter and her development. Due to a change of personal circumstances, we will sadly be moving to another nursery soon - if we could pick the nursery up and move it closer to home we absolutely would!
