We love Good Manors for both our children. The kids come home always happy and excited to tell us about their day. The staff are brilliant. We always comment on how well they understand our children based on the hangovers we get, as the observations they provide always include the slight nuances we
understand and relate to about our children.

Our daughter started in the baby room at the beginning of December and we couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. The ladies are all so lovely, kind and genuinely caring, and incredibly thorough in everything they do. Our daughter gets so excited to go in and see the staff, which says it
all, and she's settled in amazingly well in such a short space of time. We love getting the updates throughout the day and knowing she's enjoying a great mix of food, play and learning - it's made such a difference to me knowing she's having a great day while I'm at work and feeling so much less stressed. Picking her up is always a pleasure; the ladies always have such lovely things to say, let you know anything you need to, and always make time for you, even though they must have so many other things to be doing. We feel very lucky to have found such a brilliant, nurturing team so close to home!

The most professional, friendly and supportive team. They always go above and beyond to support wherever they can, always having time to listen. Claire, Jodie & Kirsty were incredibly supportive with my older son's transition to school. I can't thank them enough as he's now thriving at school! My
younger son is thriving and has secure bonds with all the team at the nursery, always happy to go in for the day.

We couldn't be happier with the care our twins receive at Good Manors, Queenswood Lodge. From the start, the management team and staff have been warm, professional, and incredibly supportive. Communication is excellent, and we always feel reassured that our children are in safe hands. The staff are
nurturing, patient, and attentive, creating a fun, safe, and stimulating environment where it's clear they genuinely care. Our twins have developed such lovely relationships with their key workers, and the progress they've made socially, emotionally, and developmentally has been amazing. We're impressed by the wide range of activities and the way individuality is celebrated. The nursery has helped our twins grow in confidence and independence, and they are always excited to go in. We are truly grateful to the whole team for their dedication and kindness-Good Manors Queenswood Lodge is a fantastic nursery and we are so lucky to have found it!

My son really enjoys going to nursery and always comes back home happy and is happy to go again the next day. The staff are all very attentive to the children and very friendly and professional when dealing with me and other parents. The events that they run for families such as Father's Day and
Mother's Day all seem to be well received and enjoyed by all.

We've always loved nursery experiences. She always learns something new and we are always so impressed with the staff and their great relationships with the children and parents. We really love the mix of food that is provided and it offers great variety.

Only good things to say about this nursery! My daughter has been going here since she was 11 months old and she LOVES it here! She refers to the staff here as her friends and she gets excited to go every week!
They always do what's best for her and she's developing so well within their care. Never
any tears at drop off and she's always wanting to show me the toys on collection with all the delay tactics as she doesn't want to come home. Not the cheapest nursery in the area but you definitely get what you pay for here and my child's happiness is worth every penny!

We love Good Manors, especially my son's key worker and the room leader. My son adores coming to nursery and we are so thrilled with the 2 girls I have mentioned. He has formed a bond with them which is so lovely to see. Every time we come back from picking him up we say that those two are in the
right jobs and how amazing they are. Thank you to all the staff in the baby room! And the excellent managers who run the nursery.

The Mother's Day event has shown me how well my baby is being cared for. I have taken him upstairs for tea. When I turned around to leave and baby started to cry, a member of staff was immediately there comforting my baby and giving cuddles.

A fantastic nursery with brilliant and caring staff.
The food is always of fantastic quality and the welcome from the staff at drop-off is always warm and friendly. The children have a great learning experience and I've noticed a real positive increase in my children's development.

All the staff go above and beyond to make the experience for the children an enjoyable one, with excellent activities and a variety of meals throughout the day to provide a balanced diet. The staff are all engaging, willing to share updates of what has happened during the day and nothing ever seems
too much trouble. Additional parent events such as Mother's/Father's Day and Christmas Carol Service are also a nice addition, bringing parents and children together. Thank you to all the staff at Good Manors Day Nursery.

My daughter started in January 2023 and loves it. The staff are fantastic, always warm and welcoming and happy to go over everything and anything. The well-thought-out activities done every day have helped my little one to develop her skills and grow her confidence. The management staff are
extremely helpful and kind, and always open to suggestions and comments. I highly recommend based on the care my child receives and give the nursery, staff and facilities five stars.

My eldest child started half days at Good Manors Day Nursery in February 2022 in preschool. I was very happy with her care, all the staff in the class were amazing. My youngest daughter joined half days in July 2023 in babies room and is now in Tweenies, there have been a lot of staff changes and I
haven't found the staff as attentive as the preschool room. The management is extremely helpful and kind.
Fast forward two years and there have been five price increases, charges for 'enhancements' that my children have never received and they have now made it mandatory to have a full day so they can still get as much money out of you as possible. The Old Station Nursery are not interested in satisfying their customers or customer retention, they are, sadly, only interested in money.

Good Manors is a wonderful nursery. The staff are warm, welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The building is beautifully maintained and I especially love the garden. The food is healthy, nutritious, and always thoroughly enjoyed by my son. My son is always excited to go to nursery in the
morning and is full of wonderful stories from the day when we pick him up. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough.

My little one has only just started at Good Manors but am really happy we chose this nursery. All the staff are very friendly and I feel comfortable leaving my son in their care for the day. The room he is in is lovely with a great outside space too. Lots of different activities to keep him occupied
and a great variety of meals/food as well (which he thoroughly enjoys!)

We absolutely love Good Manors Nursery. My youngest has been there since it opened and has grown in confidence and ability since going. She runs in the door as she loves it so much.
Great facilities, she particularly likes being in the garden. Staff are attentive, warm and caring.

My son has been coming to the nursery since 2021 - at first, he was very shy, but now he’s a different child. All the staff have really helped him gain so much confidence - so happy we chose Good Manors Day Nursery! I’d recommend this nursery to anyone! All the staff are so understanding and

Good Manors Day Nursery Queenswood Lodge is great. A warm welcome every morning. The staff are always smiling and attentive.
My little one loves going here and always comes home with a smile on his face.
We moved here after not settling into our first nursery and I’m so glad we did!
My son
started in the babies room and he is now in the pre school room and I have loved seeing him flourish.
The food/menus are great and varied - like most children he seems to like chef’s food more than mummies!
