Monkey Puzzle Greenford has been absolutely amazing from the very start. When my son joined the baby room, the staff made us feel so comfortable and supported. They were kind, patient, and genuinely caring. You could tell they loved what they do and really took the time to get to know each child. The communication was always great too. We were updated throughout the day with photos and notes, which meant so much, especially in those early weeks when everything feels new and emotional. The management team were also really approachable and understanding, it honestly felt like being part of a big, warm family. We were so sad when we had to leave because of a house move. If we could have taken Monkey Puzzle Greenford with us, we would have. They gave our little one such a lovely start, and we'll always be grateful for that.

Amazing Experience - Highly Recommend! We had such a wonderful experience with this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive with my children. My kids didn't know English when they started, but the care and effort from the team helped them feel comfortable and confident. It was amazing to see them come home every day with new words and growing communication skills. The nursery offers a great variety of activities and games that kept the children excited and engaged. One of the biggest highlights for us was the Spanish lessons - my child absolutely loved them! He looked forward to every Wednesday because it meant learning Spanish, which quickly became his favorite day of the week. I can't thank the staff enough for the love and attention they gave my children. It made a big difference in their development and happiness. I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for their little ones.

My daughter has been going to MonkeyPuzzle Greenford for over a year and she loves it. It is a joy to see her genuinely excited to go to nursery, despite her strong attachment to us parents. I want to thank all the MonkeyPuzzle team for their hard work and their dedication to the children every single day. Most days she comes home with one of her crafts, so proud of herself for making it. We also get to see what she is up to during the day, thanks to the app the nursery uses. Our daughter is definitely thriving and we don't take it for granted!

We've had such a wonderful experience with Monkey Puzzle in Greenford over the past year. Like many parents, we were nervous about sending our son to nursery for the first time, and I spent a lot of time researching options. From the very beginning, it was clear just how much the manager and her team genuinely care for the children. They've created such a nurturing, fun, and supportive environment - it honestly feels like a second family. Our son absolutely loves going in each day, and it's been amazing to watch his language and social skills flourish. His days are full of enriching activities, and I completely trust the team - not just with his wellbeing, but also in supporting his early development in such a thoughtful, encouraging way. We feel so lucky to have found Monkey Puzzle and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where their child will be cared for, supported, and truly thrive.

Monkey puzzle Greenford are an amazing team that truly take care of the children. My son started when he was 12 months and the level of care and attention he received was amazing. He has learned and grown so much through his journey with them from baby room to toddlers. Everytime I pick up my son the teachers and the nursery manger are so kind, warm and loving. It doesn't feel like they are just there to look after the kids they really invest in them and help them reach their full potential. Monkey puzzle Greenford are a family and I couldn't recommend them enough to families looking for nursery. My son has grown into a sweet, smart, young boy thanks to them!

As a parent, choosing the right nursery was one of the most important decisions I've had to make, and was very emotional! Enrolling our child at monkey puzzle has been one of the best decisions we've made. From the moment we first walked through the doors, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine love for children. The manager has been amazing & was super supportive with the settling period. It's clear they treat every child as an individual, nurturing their unique personality.

Absolutely amazing Monkey Puzzle Day Greenford Nursery! They go above and beyond for every child! They provide an amazing childcare service with professional and dedicated staff, where the children come first and always return home happy and excited. The ladies are always very friendly and welcoming and answer every question you have. The rooms are very clean, bright and comfortable. Everyday different activities, the kids cannot be bored there for sure. It definitely deserves more than 5 stars. They really care about child safety, they always call you to confirm that you agreed for your child to be picked up by someone else (even is on the list). We will miss them all so much. I recommend them from the bottom of my heart.

Monkey Puzzle Greenford were absolutely brilliant with our son. He thoroughly enjoyed his time there and thrived under the care of staff in the baby, toddler and pre-school rooms. I would definitely recommend the nursery.

My son attended Monkey Puzzle Greenford from when he was 1-3 years old, we only left the nursery as we were moving out of the area. We were really sad that we had to move nursery as he was so happy there. His development was excellent and the staff were so caring and professional. The staff are excellent, extraordinarily kind and loving to the kids. One staff member made a goodbye card specifically from her to my son as she was so sad to see him go.

Truly a wonderful place for kids...the best in the area. From the beginning, it is felt that the atmosphere is full of understanding, respect and a positive attitude towards a child and parents. Monkey Puzzle Greenford presents very high standards, a variety of activities for little ones, invitations to parents to take part in common sessions like gardening day, teachers with positive attitude and great engagement, management with heart to do their best...always helpful. graduation day...speechless. Thank you Monkey Puzzle for having us...we miss you already!

My child has attended Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery since June 2023 and settled in quite quickly despite it being her first experience of a nursery setting. This is truly a testament to the staff at Monkey Puzzle, who are very warm and welcoming with both parents and babies. They have been very communicative from the start, building a relationship with my child and ensuring I am updated each and every day with her progress. It is a great environment for children to grow, great facilities and excellent care. I highly recommend Monkey Puzzle.

We had the absolute best experience with the staff at Monkey Puzzle. Our little one was 12 months old when she started and this was her very first experience of the nursery setting. She adjusted quickly and the staff at Monkey Puzzle were very communicative, kind and patient with us as we navigated the process. We never imagined we would feel so happy and content with a childcare provider. Each member of staff developed their own relationship with our little one. They have great activities for kids and mark a range of cultural and religious celebrations. The food is nutritious and cooked on-site. The only reason we left Monkey Puzzle was because we left the UK. Overall we would really recommend this childcare setting.

My child has attended Monkey Puzzle for the last 11 months, at first like all parents I was apprehensive about leaving my child in a new environment, however, the managers and staff made me feel at easy, comfortable and with peace of mind about leaving my baby every morning. Fast forward to now and my baby has now progressed to the next stage and into the toddler class. I have watched him learn and grow and go on to develop bonds with his teachers and other children in his room. Within the nursery my child is safe and more importantly he is happy. When he was part of the baby room, he was content and happy to go every morning (there were more tears from me at the beginning) with his key person and the other members of the team. Now he is part of the toddler room, he can’t get out of his pushchair fast enough to get to class and join his friends. From my experience I would highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Greenford to any parent!

My child has been attending for 2 years. We initially put him into nursery to develop his social skills. Happy to say that he gained confidence by attending nursery. Monkey Puzzle offers a wide variety of food. He’s vegetarian and eats and tries a lot of food when there. They have great facilities and large rooms. Highly recommend for parents looking for a nursery in the Greenford area.

A great nurturing environment, my son loves coming to nursery each day and when not there talks about his peers and minders with lots of joy. The team are excellent, providing a high level of care and are always on hand when needed. Highly recommend!

My son started with Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery when he was a year old. As he was so young, I was so anxious about how he would be in a new environment. Surprisingly, he settled in quite quickly. Since then, every time I drop him off he quickly goes to the staff and is so excited to start his day that he hurries to kiss me goodbye. I can see the progress with his speech and social skills and for this I am very happy with our choice of nursery. The staff and manager are so supportive and accommodating with our requests. I can also see how much they care about my son's wellbeing. The nursery is clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend Monkey Puzzle to everyone.

My daughter has been going here for a year now and absolutely adores it. The staff are extraordinarily caring and it shows: she speaks about them all the time at home in the most positive way and she loves them dearly. As a parent I feel informed, supported and also feel like the nursery is a very friendly setting for me and my child. The facilities are also really lovely, which contrasted quite significantly to some other nurseries in the area as their toys, furniture and other facilities are all of such a good spec and quality. I honestly could not recommend this nursery enough.

At 2 years and 3 months (and a lockdown baby), my son was still very clingy to me and scared of the outside world when we joined Monkey Puzzle. As a first-time anxious Mum, the thought of leaving my son anywhere without me was very very difficult but the staff at Monkey Puzzle were so patient with us both and gave us the time and understanding that we both needed. I was impressed with the nursery from the outset. It was very clean and very well thought out. But it's the staff that make the nursery the fantastic place that it is. Every single member of staff has been so kind and accommodating. My son is a different boy from the one who started Monkey Puzzle a year ago. He's gone from crying every morning to happily attending each day and even telling me he misses Monkey Puzzle on the weekends! There is no peace of mind like knowing your child is in a safe, supportive, nurturing and loving environment. Thank you Monkey Puzzle!

My son is a lockdown baby and I was worried for his social skills hence I decided to put him in nursery early to gain some skills. It took him a long time to adapt and to start enjoying it fully as he had not been able to go anywhere. Gradually I could see a positive change in him i.e he would not sit down to eat at home and now he does. Nursery has been a positive influence on him and I’m so pleased the staff have done an incredible job at settling him in. My son knows all the staff there and they have all contributed to his settling in this is evident as when I drop him off he knows all the staff. Also, the nursery is constantly clean and the safety of the children is always ensured. I know I can relax when I send my son and equally he also enjoys going now.

I have been sending my daughter for over a year now and I look forward to send my second child as well soon. The ground and management staff, together with the owners are very caring and professional. As my daughter's first 2 years were impacted by Covid, she was clingy to us and had not had much social interaction. Since she joined the nursery, I have seen lots of positive changes in her behaviour, social skills, self-feeding ability, phonics, nursery rhymes and potty training amongst others. The daily activities they do at the nursery as well are amazing. The environment is very homely to the children, the attention to detail and safety of the children is their utmost priority which gives us, as parents, comfort knowing our child is in good hands. I will also like to highlight they take food allergies seriously and any affected children do not feel left out, their needs are catered and food prepared with all precautions. I highly recommend this nursery.
