Our daughter has just left Shapes to start school, having been there since she was 11 months old. I wanted to submit a review because we have been so happy throughout our daughter's time there, in every room from Babies to Pre-school. The nursery environment is so caring and nurturing, from the girls in the rooms to the management staff. I'd especially like to mention the Pre-School staff who worked so hard to prepare the children for school and who made such a fuss of them graduating, with a beautiful ceremony and party. This sort of effort is also reflected across the nursery in the presentation and efforts they make with decorations for seasonal or special events which is also a really nice touch. The chefs are great too, providing delicious meals for the children with such a range. I would recommend Shapes to anyone looking for a nursery.

My daughter has attended Shapes for the past 2 1/2 years and it has been wonderful to see the special connections she has made with all of the staff members in each of the rooms she has been in during her time here. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, they always have time at the end of the day to tell you what your child has been doing, what they have eaten etc. They have been a great support with potty training too. The childrens artwork is always displayed outside of their rooms, and there are often themed days like world book day, space day etc plus the chicks at Easter time which is very cute to see the children interact with them. They have a garden they use regularly throughout the day aswell as their own soft play. I would highly recommend Shapes and I am very grateful my daughter attends here.

My daughter has attended Shapes for 2.5 years. It is a wonderful and caring environment, management and key workers are always available to speak with you, with a genuine interest in our child's wellbeing. We love being able to collect and drop our daughter off directly at her room and watch her settle in with her friends and teachers. Lots of staff members have been working here for a long time and our daughter has formed very strong and positive relationships with both children and staff members over the years.

Shapes Banstead is an excellent nursery. The staff are so lovely and always professional. My daughter has learnt so much, and she especially loves her dance and Spanish classes; she's absolutely loved her time there and will miss it lots when she starts infant school!

My son has been attending Shapes since the age of one and has been there for nearly two years now. The team at Shapes is really wonderful. Two ladies do a great job of overseeing everything and are good at keeping parents up-to-date. During Covid-19, they were great at striking a balanced approach to keeping children and staff safe. Each of the rooms has great nursery staff who are caring and compassionate with the children. I feel that my son is in safe hands with them. In terms of my son's cognitive, social, and emotional development, I feel that the staff has made a huge contribution here. He always goes into and leaves nursery a happy boy. I would happily recommend Shapes to any parent!

We have been sending our son to Shapes for nearly two years now. We (and him) love it there. The facilities are amazing, nothing is dated - like other nurseries we looked at in the local area. The staff have been brilliant, and our son has flourished, whilst in their care. Staff and managers are always on hand and answer any questions/queries promptly. Our son is excited and happy to go to nursery and always comes out with a big smile. Highly recommended!

My daughter started Shapes when she was 10 months old in Feb 2022, and it was the best decision we made! I absolutely loved the nursery when I walked through the doors and knew she would be so happy there, and we weren’t wrong! The place is so bright, colourful and clean, which is really important to me. It also has a soft play onsite, which is a great addition. The ladies in the baby room who look after her are amazing! Picking her up at the end of the day and seeing her smile makes me know it was the right choice.

Cannot say enough positive things! My son absolutely loves it here. Staff are so kind, welcoming and attentive. Great facilities and handy location. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter joined in early 2020 (age 2), and despite Covid, she has thrived at Shapes. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and passionate about caring for the children. Always there to give the kids a hug if they’re upset. If you are nervous about leaving your little one in care, don’t be! My daughter loves being at Shapes, and we will all miss the staff so much when she leaves for school, but so happy we chose this nursery. It is modern, clean and well-run. Children enjoy the food - my daughter often goes back for seconds, and the play area outside and soft play are both fun for the kids. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Cannot say enough good things about Shapes Banstead. The staff are great - so friendly and my son loves the ladies in his room. The facilities seem really clean and well maintained. My son has been attending for just over a year with zero complaints.

This is a fantastic nursery. My son has been attending since he was 18-months-old, and his speech and confidence has grown. He has made a lot of friends and has a good relationship with the teachers. They do different things every day, and I love that they play outside in the fresh air. My child goes to nursery with a smile on his face, and when I pick him up, his smile is still there.

I would highly recommend this nursery. My daughter has been attending for nearly a year now and loves it. She has learnt so much since attending and has gained so much confidence. She now does dance class every Wednesday there which she really enjoys and looks forward to every week. The staff are so lovely and welcoming and couldn’t fault them at all. My daughter has lovely home-cooked meals from the on-site chef which she really enjoys.

My son was only nine months when he started shapes, as a new mother I was extremely nervous leaving him, but the girls were so attentive towards myself and my son. They gave me a little gift of tissues, biscuits and a tea bag all wrapped with a lovely note, not to worry about leaving my boy. These special touches have continued from the staff, although we are in difficult times in the world, the staff have made extra effort to make everything feel normal. My son has never been upset being dropped off at Shapes and is always happy to see the girls who greet at the door. Being a first time mother and first time experiencing my child going into childcare, from all the searching, I have found Shapes nursery is the best by far. The staff are all friendly, they ensure your child’s needs will always be met and will always keep me as the parent in loop on everything. I really recommend Shapes Day Nursery to all parents.

Shapes is a fantastic comprehensive nursery, they came highly recommended and from initial visit through to settling in days they have been amazing, so supportive, informative and reassuring. They have reacted so well during covid, keeping the policies up to date and communicating to the parents which was such an important factor for me. My little boy is so happy there and I have noticed such an improvement in his social and verbal skills. Would and have recommended this nursery to anyone.

My daughter has just started nursery at Shapes and is loving it. All the staff members and the manager have been amazing and have made my daughter and myself feel very comfortable and made the whole process so much easier. My daughter looks forward to nursery now and is always coming home with either stuff she has made or stories of all the things she has played with. I would highly recommend this nursery especially for mums that worry loads as they have made me feel totally at ease.
