My daughter has been going to the nursery for more than 2 years now . I am extremely happy with her development . She has progressed really well with the help of her teachers . I couldn't be happier with the care and attention my child receives at this nursery. From the moment we walked in, the
staff made us feel welcome, supported, and confident that we had made the right choice. The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely invested in each child's well-being and development . They are really helpful in understanding her needs . The activities are engaging, creative, and perfectly suited for their age.

We're very happy with The Alphabet House nursery! Our son went here first and absolutely loved it, and now our daughter has started attending as well. English is not her first language, but it's amazing how much she has improved, even though she only goes part-time. What we appreciate the most is
how the staff truly listen to our concerns and always do their best to address them. We couldn't be happier with the care and support our children receive here.

We're so happy that we chose this nursery last year! The staff are absolutely amazing - caring, professional, and always so kind with the children. Our daughter loves going to nursery so much that she even asks to go on weekends! We've seen a huge improvement in her speech and confidence since she
started. Truly the best nursery in the area - we couldn't be happier!

My son started at the nursery when he was 15 months old, and the staff helped him settle in so well. He is always happy at nursery and excited to go in the morning, which says a lot about the caring and welcoming environment they provide. Samira, Moriom, and the rest of the team are incredibly
helpful, professional, and kind. Their approach with the children is excellent, and they keep us updated throughout the day, which gives us great peace of mind. Moriom and Samira always take the time to share updates at the end of the day, which we really appreciate. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff for creating such a positive and nurturing atmosphere!

Amazing love how they treat my son, he is now getting all the help need to drive it's now improve so much ever since we put in there previously he was a little Elms and we didn't like it so much that the people didn't help. I feel like he was not getting the right help but here is doing so well and
we love it

I first went for a tour of Alphabet House in Enderby Wharf during the summer of 2024 as I was thinking about my return to work plans. I had been to other nurseries the same week but as soon as I stepped into Alphabet House, they were so warm, loving and attentive towards my daughter. She eventually
joined in October 2024 and the way I felt during the tour has been multiplied by 100 - everyone that works there is brilliant. She is so happy there and I can tell that everyone who works there genuinely loves and cares about her. The communication is excellent - I always know what's happening with her - the staff are brilliant and she is developing really well because of them. The facilities are well throughout according to what the children need and she's always coming home having learnt something new. There's also a wonderful community - the other parents are all really lovely. Thank you Alphabet House for a wonderful experience - I would highly recommend it to anyone!

When my little one started at the nursery, he would only relate to close family members, take off his bib when he wanted to eat and was so withdrawn.
Few months down he relates so well to his peers, older people and people around him. He behaves excitedly during feeding time, sings lots of nursery
rhymes, reads numbers aloud and even blows kisses after a goodbye.
His social behaviour and communication skills have improved significantly. A big thank you to the nursery!

Our 16-month-old son has been at Alphabet House for three months - he is really thriving. The staff and management are excellent. We sent our older son to a nursery closer to home a few years back, and it was not as good. Alphabet really nurtures the children and provides great opportunities for
them to place and learn with peers, as well as providing parents with plenty of useful communication and feedback. Would recommend it to other parents.

My son has been at the nursery for about a year now, and we couldn't be happier. The team are caring and kind and genuinely loves spending time with the children. There are so many activities that are age-appropriate, and my son is thriving here. He comes home happy, singing new songs, and now he
counts and tries to recite the alphabet. He is two and a half, and we are so happy he attends Alphabet.

Caring and loving team, a great place to send my child for three years almost every day. Nursery has been doing extra to meet children's needs and help them grow and flourish. Good choice for extra activities, outside walks, visits to local attractions - we are very happy.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for the last 3 years and has had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff are caring and compassionate and keep me informed with what's going on within the nursery and how my daughter is progressing. The app they use is excellent and lets me know exactly
what they've eaten and any pictures they've taken can also be viewed. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. 5 stars all around.

I am very pleased with the nursery since my daughter started when she was about 9 months old. I was worried about leaving my little one with her new carers but, the staff and management made it easier for us by attending to our requests to help her settle in. The staff and management are very
engaging and caring especially when we give feedback or request adjustments. They make every effort to address these and to keep our little one at ease and comfortable. This personal touch is the reason why we have stayed with them.

My two children have been with the Alphabet House family for the last 8 months and I am so amazed with how much they have progressed as individuals. Not only have they learnt so much through the different activities provided but the staff are amazing and have done so much to help settle both my
children into nursery life. The staff have made a positive impact on both of my children's learning and development as well as their confidence. I am very pleased with all the staff at the Alphabet House Nursery School.
