We are delighted with our daughter's nursery. She has been there 7 months now since she was 9 months old and it's been fantastic to see how they have helped her grow and develop over this time. She settled in so quickly and doesn't look back when I drop her off! I love the pictures they take and can
see she's clearly having fun with the activities they put on. The nursery ensures they have outdoor time, even if it's a bit wet, which I think is really good and our daughter loves being outside. The menu is brilliant, she eats almost everything they give her! They have been very accommodating in our use of reusable nappies and early potty training. The staff are incredibly friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the children; when our girl has learned something new they are genuinely excited when they tell us. The manager greets you at the door at drop off every morning and she is bright and bubbly and our daughter has a big smile for her when we arrive.

Brilliant nursery, they are so understanding and supportive. They have always listened to concerns and reassured me if needed, and they work with parents to better support the children. My little one loves nursery so much she will randomly get her little backpack on days she's not attending nursery
and walk to the door.

Since my son has started in July 2025 we have had such a positive experience and he has settled in very well. There is always a welcoming hello and smile to greet him when I drop him off. The staff are so friendly and genuinely caring. If I have any questions or want to know how he is doing I know
the lovely manager/deputy manager is just a phone call away. He eats well whilst he's there and always asks for more. He loves all the activities the staff prepare (especially any cooking and seeing the guinea pigs). It's so nice the nursery has a garden as he loves being outside! The daily updates on the app are good and we look forward to seeing the photos they have taken of him during the week. We're very pleased with the care and support they provide and feel he is well looked after when he attends. We are excited for him to carry on his journey all the way to preschool!

This is my frist child and frist ever nursery. Im pleased that my little girl is so happy at Mottershead and seeing how settled she is in the baby room. She's forming new relationships, its lovely to see with all the staff. They are very helpful, will go above and beyond to make you feel confident
to leave your child in there care. Such a lovely nursery the team are so welcoming and very friendly.

We have been attending since Oct 25, our experience has absolutely surpassed expectations. A smaller setting with a genuine home from home feeling. Consistent, attentive signals have built my trust and confidence here; stay + play to build familiarity early, extra support during settles, open
communication + flexibility to help me adjust, how they share specific learning and anecdotes about my daughter at handovers, the patience shown when I called daily to check on her + the same reassuring, trusted staff that I drop her off to every day. The updates received at the end of every week are brilliant and I see my daughter doing a huge range of creative, indoor and outdoor activities, engaged + smiling. Chloe the manager is exceptional + makes Fiora smile every time she sees her! She leads a truly wonderful team who demonstrate they care deeply, they have made it easy to trust them. Fiora now gets excited when we arrive, thank you for keeping her so safe + for looking after her so well.

My daughter has been attending Mottershead nursery since late August (specifically the baby room). I can't praise this nursery enough. I have found the 'return to work' transition quite difficult. My daughter was with a previous nursery and I felt anxious for most of the day. We changed nursery to
Mottershead and I feel at total ease. The team are incredibly friendly, caring and understanding. The nursery feels like an extension of our family - truly amazing. My daughter loves exploring outside and she eats better than we do! It feels like home and we could not be happier. What a fantastic nursery, thank you!!

We've had a fantastic experience with this nursery so far. From the very beginning, my son was made to feel at ease and settled in much quicker than I expected. The staff are warm, caring, and clearly great with children - my son is always happy to see them and enjoys his time there.
We also really
appreciate the day-to-day updates through the app. It's great to see what he's been up to and gives us real peace of mind. The handovers at drop-off and pick-up are always thorough, and we feel fully informed and confident that he's in good hands

As a first-time mum, the anxiety of leaving your baby with either people is undescribable. Old Station Nursery was the only place after viewing I felt that anxiety ease. I knew straight away it was the place for my boy to start with his journey. They are friendly, supportive, understanding and show
my little boy kindness. I have no regrets choosing Old Station Nursery.

My little boy has attended since November and his development and communication has come on leaps and bounds!
The nursery staff are all very welcoming and lovely and very patient with the little ones! my little boy took some time to settle at first and now practically runs into nursery! The
children are constantly occupied with different activities and messy trays and it's so lovely to have the app to see photos of all the things your little one has got up to!!
Before choosing this nursery I visited 7 other childcare settings and this one was by far my favourite.

Both our children are currently at Old Station Road Mottershead, one is in preschool, and the other is in the baby room. Both children are really happy at nursery and have built positive relationships with the staff. The staff are wonderful, and we can see that many genuinely care and love our
children. We always feel confident that our children are completely safe and will be beautifully cared for.
The manager is so helpful, caring and extremely approachable. She is a real asset! She makes it so easy to communicate our needs and will respond very quickly. The teams in both rooms are brilliant.
The chef also works really hard in the kitchen and offers a great selection of nutritious food!
The new space outside is great, and my preschooler loves how much outside time there is!

We couldn't be happier with our son's nursery. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and dedicated, creating a warm and welcoming environment where every day is both fun and enriching.
Since joining, our son has absolutely thrived and his confidence has grown. He's made wonderful friendships, and
he's learning so much every day. The activities are always engaging and well thought out, and it's clear that the team genuinely cares about the children's happiness and development.
The building itself is fantastic, both inside and out, providing a safe, bright, and stimulating space for the children to learn and play.
Communication with the nursery is excellent, and as parents, it's so reassuring to know he is in such safe and loving hands.
We highly recommend this nursery.

Outstanding Nursery - Highly Recommended!
Our daughter has thrived at The Old Station Nursery at Mottershead Drive. The communication with parents is exceptional, with regular updates and full transparency. The nursery is clean, safe, and secure, with caring, approachable staff who genuinely
prioritise the children's well-being.
Since joining, our daughter has come on leaps and bounds, thanks to fantastic social interaction with staff and children. The new garden with wood chippings provides a great, safe outdoor space. The structured routine includes healthy meals, regular nappy changes, and flexible drop-off/pick-up times.
A special shout-out to the manager and our daughter's primary learner for their incredible care and support! Staff qualifications are easily accessible, and while cost is average, the care is worth it. If I had to nitpick, a small improvement would be local CCTV for staff use only to improve reassurance. that aside l, Highly recommend this nursery!

My daughter has been attending the Old Station Nursery since July.
I was very nervous about leaving my little Velcro baby to begin with as we had never spent a day apart. The settling sessions offered were a brilliant help and within just a couple of weeks, she had really started to adjust to
nursery and being without mummy. Her relationship with all of the ladies in the baby room has continued to grow ever since and she is now super confident with all of them and cannot wait to get through the door to see them all and her friends. Especially her key worker who is her absolute bestie!

My 3 year old has been attending this nursery since 2024. Before he joined he didn't really speak much but his speech has came on amazingly! He's such a little confident boy now because of nursery. The staff are so lovely and I don't think there is a better nursery out there.

My son has been at Mottershead Drive for almost a year now in the baby room & he has always been so settled and always happy to go in - the happy, smiley greetings from the staff at the door every morning also go a long way! He talks about all of the baby room staff at home & his speech has come
along so much recently. You can really tell they spend the time to carefully plan the activities around each individual child's interests to help them develop. He will be settling in the older room over the next few months, so I just wanted to say thank you to the AMAZING baby room staff for everything you've done! :)

My daughter has attended OSN Mottershead Drive for about a year now and she absolutely loves it. You're always guaranteed a friendly happy welcome every morning with lovely upbeat members of staff. There is a wide range of activities for her to do and to keep her occupied throughout the day. She has
made lots of friends at nursery and it has a real homely vibe to it too. The outside garden area is fantastic and has lots of things for them to do no matter what the weather. I'm so happy we chose this setting for our daughter to thrive in. The staff are second to none- the loveliest, friendliest and most caring team, they really are an asset to the OSN brand.

My sons been attending the nursery for 2 years now, starting in the baby room and now in ore-school & I can honestly say we couldn't be happier. The nursery is such a welcoming, friendly & FUN place. They're always doing multiple activities everyday from learning to pure fun! My son loves it & every

We have been really pleased with our experience at Mottershead Drive, Old Station Nursery. The staff have been fantastic, taking the time to get to know our daughter, and we can see that they genuinely care for and listen to her. This has really helped her settle in and enjoy her time at nursery.
One small area for improvement would be cleanliness, particularly regarding outdoor shoes being worn inside the children's area.

Our son has attended Mottershead Drive since July 2024, we have been extremely happy with all of the staff we have encountered. They are all extremely friendly and happy and make you feel at ease from day 1. Everyone we have dealt with knows our son's name and makes us feel very welcome. I have
recommended Mottershead Drive to friends who also love it.
