My daughter attends this nursery in baby room and I must say she is very loved by the staff every time I drop her off she just runs into the room as she knows she's in safe hands all the staff are incredible the hand overs they do are so lovely with great detail. The baby room staff are so alert and
so caring I'm so happy I've decided for my daughter to go to this nursery she's improved so much here since she's been here she's learned a words she's learnt how to do things her self and I thank the nursery for all of this. I would most definitely recommend this nursery it is amazing

We withdrew our daughter after 2-3 weeks in the baby room due to several serious concerns. Communication was consistently poor, and although the manager was kind, she seemed overwhelmed. I witnessed staff shouting at babies on multiple occasions, telling them to 'stop crying' instead of comforting
them. Our feeding instructions were ignored, and our 5-6-month-old was given age-2 milk without consent.
The final incident was a major safeguarding issue: our daughter was put down for a nap and left unsupervised with no monitoring in place. We were informed that CCTV confirmed she was alone for a concerning amount of time before staff returned to find her crying. This was formally reported to the local authorities. While the building and outdoor areas are good, our experience in the baby room was extremely concerning, and I urge parents to look closely before choosing this nursery.

Our family has been using Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Battersea for more than three years and we have been so happy with the experience!
Our eldest child started in the toddler room before going into pre-school there, while our youngest child has gone right through, from the baby room to pre-school,
which they leave this week now they are ready for school!
What makes Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Battersea special is the team. They are led well and there is a real sense of teamwork which fosters a welcoming, safe, compassionate environment for children and their parents.
It is clear the team have a strong desire for every child to grow, develop and be the best version of themselves - as learners and as people. The team has had our children’s backs throughout our time there.
We are sad to be leaving but will be sure to pop in from time to time to say hello as it is a special place with special people providing a strong foundation. We highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Battersea.

My son loves Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Battersea, he adores his teachers. He loves his friends. Everyone is so friendly. I have very good communication with management and staff. They encourage him and support in all developments. Just lovely and safe place.

My 19 month old daughter started attending this nursery in February and she loves it. She never looks back when I drop her off in the morning, I can feel it’s a happy place where she plays, makes her first friendships and becomes more independent. The staff is very friendly and caring, and the
pictures they send me at the end of each session just make my day! Thank you Monkey Puzzle family!

My fourteen month old daughter loves going to nursery every day to see her friends and the lovely caring staff at Monkey Puzzle Battersea. She has been there for seven months - she was the youngest in the nursery when she started and has absolutely thrived there. The team have been extremely helpful
with advice and support with weaning, introducing solids and more. We would highly recommend this nursery - the staff really care about the children and the children absolutely love their time there.

My daughter has attended Monkey Puzzle since she was eleven months old and I do not have one complaint. My daughter is very clingy, however, she is so happy to go off and play and feels happy when she sees the staff. I receive daily updates and pictures regarding activities, nap times, meals and
nappy changes. The staff look happy and are very friendly. I highly recommend this nursery!

The manager and the team are tremendous!
We have had our two daughters in for three years now and are still amazed at how great the teachers are on a daily basis.
They're so caring and know our girls so well that they can spot whenever anything is wrong and let us know immediately and our
daughters are learning at an amazing pace.
So grateful for this nursery and its teachers!

Our son has been going there since he was 10 months and he loves it, since January 2022. We put him at another kindergarten just for him to prepare for school. We combined it with Monkey Puzzle at the same time. The other kindergarten was the most awful nursery. We withdrew him a couple of months
after. Our son is now thriving in Monkey Puzzle. They have been wonderful and very supportive in challenging times. I would highly recommend it.

All the staff are super friendly and the activities that my child does, she really enjoys. I wanted her at this nursery and I'm so glad I managed to get her in. Her speech has improved so much since being there.

Friendly and flexible with lots of smiley, happy babies. Very good at catering to individual dietary requirements. Lots of time outside spent playing - so the children get plenty of fresh air. Purpose-built nursery building which is fresh, clean and the rooms are spacious.

Lovely nursery, lovely staff who know all the children and their needs and can look after them in the best way possible. There is a lovely little garden that children get to enjoy daily, very secure and only accessible from the inside of the nursery. Children learn a lot daily and are led to respect
each other while developing their own personalities. 10/10

My son has been attending Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Battersea for over 6 months. The staff are great. They take very good care of him and address any issues/concerns promptly. The manager is always very helpful and polite. I would recommend this nursery to all parents.

We’d been deciding between a few nurseries in our area but I cannot be happier with our choice. Firstly, the staff is genuinely caring and they are constantly helping our son with his speech and other types of development. They’ve created a real relationship with him and he loves coming back.
Second, the management is very understanding and helpful. Not trying to charge you extra and adjusting the schedule to our needs when possible. I love that they have their own kitchen and so everything is made there with no added sugar and good variety. They have their own garden and are open until 6:30 which is important for us since both me and my husband sometimes need to work late. They keep the place clean but as they are playing outside, with sand etc, it will always somehow transfer inside which is understandable. We’ve been there for almost a year and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Monkey Puzzle is a brilliant nursery. My son started attending during covid when his childminder closed and we are so happy he did. The staff are lovely - warm, welcoming and energetic with the kids. The days are full of creative activities, he loves time in their great garden and always eat well!

My daughter has been going to Monkey Puzzle Battersea for about 18 months now and I am very happy with her progress so far. Staff are very caring and I particularly like the daily updates on the parent portal app so I know what my daughter has been up to throughout the day. We are busy working
parents and management always try to accommodate our adhoc days. Good communication (emails, phone calls etc.)

My 18 months old boy, who is exclusively breastfed since birth, found it really hard to settle in at the daycare, but all the staff were so reassuring and did their best to make my little one feel safe and loved. Slowly, he started liking to go to daycare and loves all the staff. In just a few weeks
he’s vocabulary has improved so much and he’s learning new things every day. Thank goodness a friend of mine recommended Monkey Puzzle to me!
