We are so pleased with how our little one has been supported to settle into nursery. He was a little unsure to start with, but having a lovely, inviting environment with things to explore has been great. We have been lucky our child has developed a lovely relationship with his key worker, and her
care, kindness and interest has been amazing. Thank you!

Wonderful nursery and staff. Only ever had positive experiences. In the last 6 months since joining Romsey Bright horizons we've created relationships with the staff. Our daughter has thrived and overcome some initial difficulties being away from us. This is all with the help of the nursery lead and
team. We are impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. The staff clearly enjoy what they do and this shows as our daughter enjoys her days there.

My daughter started nursery in April this year, and has settled amazingly well. The staff all really care and know her as and individual, which is so reassuring as a parent. She goes in happy and leaves happy, which is great see.

Bright Horizons Romsey has been an exceptional place for our boy to grow & develip. The staff care, truly care, for his wellbeing, and his key workers are always engaging and creative in ways to help and support his early years development.
Our son always enjoys his meals, and loves outside play
with his friends.
Management have always been approachable, friendly and flexible where possible.
Overall, we are very pleased with the service received from B.H.

Overall very good my son has settled so well, settle sessions were brilliant & my son comes home very happy.

The team at Bright Horizons Romsey are excellent at caring for our 4 year old. She comes home happy each day and has clearly developed strong bonds with her keyworkers.
The food isn't quite as good as when a previous member of staff was in the kitchen - my daughter doesn't eat as much as she used
to.
The nursery has recently undergone a refresh and looks much better inside. Some money does need to be invested to tidy up the outside space a bit.

My child enjoys playing with her friends at preschool. She has a lot of time outside and is provided with a balanced healthy meal. The staff are always friendly. We would recommend.

We are always happy to hear how many activities out little boy has been doing. There is so much variety and all from educational. The outside space could do with some TLC. But otherwise we love the nursery/preschool.

We absolutely love Romsey Bright Horizons and regularly recommend it to others. All staff know the children really well and always make a big effort.

Both my children have both had such a good experience at Bright Horizons and have both always come home each day with a smile on their faces. The staff are excellent and always put so much effort and always put so much effort in to ensure the children have so much to learn and do.

The building is bright, airy and clean and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. The entrance is calm and the table of objects to explore is a particular favourite of my child. My child has struggled to settle at preschool, but the staff have taken time to help and support him, get to know him
and provide him with the consistency and structure he needs. They encourage him to get involved when he would naturally do his own thing. They place and deliver exciting and stimulating activities which my child enjoys telling us about. It is lovely to see pictures on the app of what he's been doing and to find out his next steps. He enjoys the food and we've been impressed by the variety children are offered (plus it always smells good)!

My daughter has loved her time at Bright Horizons. The staff are very enthusiastic and provide a loving and supportive environment, allowing your child to flourish. This is especially important during those crucial early years.

I couldn't be happier with all aspects of the nursery. My daughter has been here since 9 months old and every stage has been great. All the staff are so helpful, supportive and caring. Having a safe space is so important for us as parents. 10/10. Thank you all!

From the moment we viewed Bright Horizons Romsey we knew this was the right nursery for our daughter. She has been at the nursery for almost 6 months now and is really happy and developing her social and physical skills. The staff are really great and ensure key relationships are formed with the
children and their parents. We feel so comfortable sending our daughter here and we know she will continue to thrive thanks to the nursery and it's amazing staff.
