Mill House Day nursery is exceptional to say the least! The nursery is bright, vibrant, colourful and most importantly clean! It also has a modern feel. The rooms are all a great size with a variety of activities which was really key for me. Then to top it off the garden is large, well kept and also provides a variety of things to do. From the owners to the staff, every single one of them were so warm and friendly. They knew the kids so well and you could tell they were all so passionate, not only for the kids but for this nursery. Our son went there from 9 months old and I can honestly say he couldn't have been more well cared for. He was consistently happy coming in and going out. His speech developed rapidly and he was always well mannered and polite which was such a reflection of the staff there. During pick ups the handover notes were thorough and you could feel the passion from the staff and that they genuinely cared about him. I could not recommend this nursery more!

We've been at Mill House Day Nursery from my daughter being 9 months to her now almost starting school! She's had such a lovely four years there, from the baby room, to toddlers and preschool the staff have always been very caring, very approachable and she has really thrived there. From settling in (which they handled incredibly well during COVID times), to the transitions across the different rooms, everything has been carefully managed and we have always been very well informed. It isn't a big chain nursery with it's own app etc. but the more personal, family touch we have always really appreciated. Our daughter has always felt much more than just a number there. The facility is lovely, with spacious rooms and an amazing garden. We actually moved further away from Mill House some time ago, but we have kept her there (even though it's not within walking distance now) as we really didn't feel we could find the same level of care elsewhere. Thank you for an amazing 4 years Mill House!

A lovely family centred nursery. The staff genuinely care about the children they support and you feel very welcome as a family. My three year old loves going to nursery. Would highly recommend Mill House nursery.

We're so happy with Mill House Nursery! Our second child is currently attending, and just like with our first, the care and attention he receives is outstanding. The staff are warm, supportive, and truly dedicated. It's a lovely, nurturing environment where our child is thriving. Highly recommend!

Mill House Nursery has been absolutely fantastic from day one. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming - it truly feels like a home away from home. The staff are second to none. Their kindness, professionalism, and support have been incredible, particularly as we've faced some challenges around food. They've always been patient, understanding, and proactive in helping us navigate those moments. Our son began in the baby room and is now gradually transitioning into the toddler room. The staff have been so attentive to his individual needs, going entirely at his pace without rushing the process. This gentle, child-led approach was also evident when he first started - the settling-in period was tailored to suit him, ensuring he was comfortable and happy every step of the way. I truly cannot praise Mill House Nursery enough for everything they do. It's a wonderful place, and we feel so lucky to be part of it.

Our experience of Mill House Day Nursery has been only positive. All staff and management are collaborative and engaging, always ensuring we are kept informed of the developments, activities and experiences of our child who is now in her third year in this setting. During this time we have marvelled at her growing confidence and ability to express her needs, desires and feelings. Not once has she exhibited any reservations or discomfort in attending MHDN, which is very much a home from home for her. This is as much as we could have hoped for and we believe, the best compliment we could offer.

Our daughter has thrived since attending Mill House. Everyone there from the Management team, the staff in the rooms and the kitchen staff are fantastic. Mill house was recommended to me from a friend of a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone. Our daughter has learnt so much and has made lots of friends during her time here. Our daughter loves going there each day and we will be sad to leave when she starts school in September!

We absolutely love Mill House Nursery! Our daughter is having the best time there from the moment we dropped her the first day until now. The teachers are the heart of the nursery, they are caring, fun, supportive and wonderful role models for our child. We are kept informed on her development through the app and we can actually see her progress at home. Fantastic setting full of love and creativity!

Our doughter started at Mill House from 18 months old, and from the very beginning, it was clear this is a well-organised and caring nursery. They supported her through settling in and helped her develop good manners and positive habits. Our child is bilingual, and the team has helped her immensely with learning English. She is now transitioning to preschool and looks forward to going every day. All the staff and management are excellent and genuinely caring - she has formed a bond with almost everyone. Most importantly, as a parent, I always feel she is very well cared for - and that peace of mind means everything.

Imagine the high expectations a parent may have when sending their child to a nursery, Millhouse will exceed them. This is true on many levels including parent to nursery communication, resources, family feel, but most importantly, child satisfaction. We thought about moving her to her sister's nursery-it would've made mornings easier-but dropped the idea in two minutes and we're so happy we did!! Calling Millhouse a nursery would be short changing it. They are a support group, a community builder and knowledgeable carers who will always seek to do what is best for the child. When my daughter was going through some of the more challenging times of being a child, they held our hand and helped us through it. I still remember the hesitation I felt when we were first thinking of sending out child to nursery and I wish I knew how well it would pan out in the future. If there was a 10 stars button I would press it as they deserve each one of them. Grateful for the love they gave my child.

Exceptional nursery experience for my 18 month old. A caring and nurturing atmosphere with professional and skilled staff. It also feels very personalised for each child and their needs. My daughter has flourished since attending and can't wait to go through the door every morning!!

As a first time parent it can be hard leaving your child in someone else's care, but I genuinely couldn't ask for a better group of people to look after mine any my partner's son. I have absolute faith and trust in all of them. They are some of the most caring and lovely people I've ever met. All at Millhouse have had, and continue to, play a huge role in all areas of my son's development. I couldn't be happier with the choice we made, and I couldn't be more thankful to everyone at Millhouse.

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Mill House. My Daughter has attended the Nursery since she was 11 months old and the care they gave during her settling in period was above and beyond. She surprised everyone with how quickly she settled into the nursery (she was very clingy to me) & I genuinely feel this was because of the loving and comforting environment that they have created. Everyone who works in the Nursery seems to genuinely enjoy being there and shows a real level of care towards the Children. My Son who has now left the Nursery and joined school always wants to come with me to drop off his sister as he misses the nursery and staff so much and they always welcome him with big smiles and cuddles. I can't thank The Owners enough for everything they do and the Nursery they have created - we are very lucky!

Our child was at the nursery for almost 2 years and I could not be happier. From the moment we arrived we could tell it was a nursery that genuinely cared about the childrens welfare, enjoyment, and progression. Everyone we met were incredibly kind and helpful and went overboard to help us to look after our beautiful boy. The food was incredible, the care and support was incredible. The daily updates and feedback was priceless and we saw our son develop so quickly whilst there. Every day our son came home happy and you could see on his face when we picked him up every day that he was having an amazing experience. I cannot recommend it enough!

As parents of a child currently attending Mill House Day Nursery, we wholeheartedly recommend Mill House to any parent or carer looking for exceptional childcare. From our very first visit, we felt assured that Mill House was the perfect place for our baby. We were particularly impressed by the stimulating and well-equipped baby room and the fantastic staff within it. They were incredibly supportive during the settling-in period, and now our little one is always happy and doesn't want to leave at pick-up time! Every member of staff and the management team is truly wonderful. We genuinely appreciate their friendly and welcoming manner, and their consistent warm greetings. I myself work in childcare, so I had specific and high standards for our child's daycare. I can honestly say that Mill House has not only met but exceeded all of these expectations. They provide such a nurturing and supportive environment for our child, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care they provide.

Our experience with Millhouse has always been outstanding. The team create a home from home for the children and parents alike. They are warm, welcoming and supportive. They have created a benchmark for a nursery environment that always continues to exceed our expectations. Our oldest daughter was there from baby room right through to graduating pre-school and our youngest has now worked her way up to the pre-school room. She really enjoys going to nursery and is never eager to leave the end of the day. The outdoor space is also really great, so much for the children to explore and interact with, something quite hard to come by in London. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team and will continue to recommend to anyone that asks.

Excellent on all fronts; educational activities, play opportunities, environment and facilities, staff and comms are top-notch. Children are taught how to behave in society to high standards. The owners are great at creating a family feel and always available. Children learn and have fun in what I'd describe as an emotionally and physically safe environment.

The best thing that could have happened to us is for the precious nursery we had our son at to be suddenly closed without warning, because this led us to Mill House! Mill House is an absolutely wonderful nursery. We have had both of our sons there, one is still at preschool, and we could not be happier if anyone else was looking after them while we are at work. They are approachable and accommodating with any issues, which takes the stress out, but also do an amazing job at equipping our children for the future. They really invest in their learning so they can confidently start school with the best grounding, complete with a graduation ceremony that was a particular highlight for everyone in my older child's class. What is really impressive as well is how they have successfully built a true community of the families who go there. I often hear other parents say how much they'll miss Mill House as they only have a year left - I feel the same! Absolutely a home away from home for my boys.

Our daughter has been 5 days a week at Mill House since she was 8 months old. She is due to start school in September. Mill House has been the most wonderful constant in her life. Everyone who works at Mill House is so professional, kind, caring and fantastic role models for her. She has had so many wonderful experiences and met so many friends. Staff at Mill House are excellent at communicating and addressing issues and the nursery has enriched all of our lives as a family. Children and parents are welcomed in like family and are treated with respect, fairness, flexibility and kindness. I could not have asked for a better place for our daughter to prepare her for school and we will be desperately sad on her final day.
