We are so emotional saying goodbye after amazing 1.5 years! When our child first started, she had never used the English menu at home, but thanks to the staff's incredible attention and patience, she adapted seamlessly. It has been remarkable to watch her grow so confident in a completely new
language under your care.
A huge thank you to every single member of the team. You didn't just look after her; you made her feel like family. We are so grateful for the steady guidance and love you've shown her since day one.

I have been so impressed with Yew Tree Childcare. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. A relaxed and happy environment makes a relaxed and happy child. My grandson has always loved it there and couldn't wait to share all he had been doingI would recommend it to anyone.They also

Yew Tree Childcare is an absolutely outstanding setting and we feel so lucky to have our son attend here. The staff team are all excellent: they each get to know and understand your child and are invested in and fully supportive of your child's personal, social and emotional development. My son has
always been very happy going in to and coming out of Dragonflies and his confidence has increased all-round since he joined Yew Tree.
I am always so impressed with the huge variety of high-quality activities and the "learning through play" set-ups that are meticulously planned and carried out for the children; everything is purposeful, engaging and, most importantly, fun! The facilities are beautifully kept and there is plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor play.
Communication is brilliant - the app updated regularly with both individual and group posts. Staff are always quick to reply to messages and share information and reminders.
We couldn't ask for a better experience :)

Yew tree childcare have been amazing supporting both of my children into the school setting. The team are friendly, supportive and reliable. I would 100% recommend to any parents looking for a friendly environment for their children. The team also offer amazing holiday clubs which has been perfect
for our family as a working parent. Any requirements or concerns I have had have been resolved promptly and with understanding. Excellent provider! Thank you.

I highly recommend Yew Tree childcare. Our daughter is very comfortable and confident going in every morning, largely thanks to the strong bond she's formed with her key worker and other staff members. The team is professional and nurturing, the outdoor space is great, and the daily activities are
always engaging. We couldn't be happier with the care she receives.

My Child has been attending here since the term after his second birthday. He has thrived and really enjoys attending everyday. It was the first childcare setting my child had attended and they had a calm relaxed transition based on his needs.
The staff are brilliant with the children, very caring,
kind and approachable.
I am continuously sent updates/ photos on what my child is doing. I am informed in advance of any upcoming changes.
The children participate in a variety of activities both indoor and outdoor and have access to a wide range of resources.
Really recommend this childcare setting.

My son started here in September having never been in a childcare setting before. The entire team have been massively supportive in having him settle in. He has thrived and loves all the staff. Communication is also really effective. Would highly recommend.

My daughter started here in September 2025 after moving from a different nursery as I felt she needed more of a structured routine care. From the first time we saw it on the show round, she didn't want to leave! Both myself and my daughter have received such great support from all the staff, they
are very welcoming and are great with getting back to me in regards with any queries I have as a first time mom. They have a before and after school club which is fabulous to fit around my long work hours. Thank you to all the team for being so wonderful to my little girl and making her feel so at home when in their care!

Both my children attend yewtree childcare and they have been noting short of exceptional with the service and care they provide from before and after school clubs to the holiday clubs during term breaks my kids love it here and the activities that take place are brilliant for young ones very easy to
get in touch with if need be and always keep us in the loop any issues that have been raised regarding my children and dealt with promptly and efficiently thankyou to all the staff for the hard work and love that goes into their day to day roles at childcare

I have two children who have been attending the childcare over the past two years. Both of them loved going to the breakfast/ after school clubs and the holiday club. There are always lots of activities to take part in every day which is suitable for the different ages. The childcare setting is
always very clean and tidy, the staff are all so kind and caring and always have a smile on their faces. My children feels happy at the end of their day. I would highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. They have cared for all of my children over many years, from my oldest who is now 11 to my youngest who currently attends, and the standard of care has always been outstanding. The staff consistently go above and beyond to support both children and
parents. They are kind, patient, and genuinely invested in each child's wellbeing and development. Communication is always good. They have been fantastic in supporting key milestones such as potty training, using a patient, positive, and consistent approach. On several occasions they have also helped during emergencies, showing real compassion and professionalism, which I will always be grateful for.
All three of my children have loved attending and have built strong, trusting relationships with the staff. A wonderful nursery with dedicated people who truly care.

I have nothing but good things to say about this setting. My two children have attended both Ladybirds and Dragonflies and I have seen a huge growth in them. I feel that the staff have really gone out their way to get to know my children on a personal level and I see this in special activities they
will plan for them throughout the weeks.
The kids absolutely love it here.

The preschool team here are incredible. My son has made incredible leaps and bounds in his learning. The team are so friendly and helpful. I really don’t have the words to describe how much I appreciate everything that they do for my son.

I have nothing negative at all to say. All the staff have worked really hard and helped and supported us through every need or worry. They have gone above and beyond their duty and
are caring, kind and professional. Always take the time with each child and make learning fun.

I have three children aged 5, 7 and 10, and they have all loved going to breakfast and holiday club. There is always a variety of activities to take part in every day which is suitable for all ages. The staff are all so kind and caring and always have a smile on their faces. My children come away
happy and tell me how much fun they have had. Would highly recommend!
