The staff at Next Generation is very experienved and supportive. My son absolutely loves going to this nursery. They always ensure that the children can participate in educational activities and the children all seem to really enjoy them!

Both of my children have attended this nursery and both of them loved being there. The staff is always nice and polite and always care for the children. I always see them with a baby in their arms attending to their needs. They do lots of activities and we receive many many pictures throughout the
day.

We love Next Gen nursery! Our little boy has been in Little Stars, the tots room, since September and he absolutely loves it. The ladies in the room are so friendly, caring and genuinely care for the kids! Everyone you see in the nursery says hello and they all know all of the children, from
everyone in the office to Pacific in the kitchen. They provide updates through their app so you can see how your little one is doing and they're super responsive! He's already come along so well since joining, his development and understanding is leaps and bounds ahead and loves playing with his friends.
They always plan fun activities throughout the day and take care to make sure they're happy, fed, and well looked after. We had so many recommendations for this nursery in our local area and we're so glad he's there and we couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful team! They are all very warm and caring, my little one loves telling me all about his day and the imaginative activities they created. Such clever ways to getting them to learn through play!

Our daughter has been at Next Generation for a little over a year now, the staff have all been excellent they always take the time to tell you about each day and really seem to know each of the children individually. The activities they do are always varied and we have really seen our daughter come
along with her speech and understanding which I credit to the team at Next Generation.
I would highly recommend the nursery, and am grateful to the staff for providing such good care and education.

Such a lovely nursery/pre school. Really great activities/play/learning and I love recieving regular updates. My daughter has thrived since attending from baby room. She has made some great friends and the staff are all incredible. The food and menu provided are always well thought out and my
daughter eats everything (including things she doesnt like at home) I highly recommend to all looking for childcare.

Really pleased with the nursery's facilities and especially the staff who show care and attentiveness. Also special thanks to Pacific in the kitchen who is maybe overlooked. Everyone is so integral to the running of the nursery and how my boy has developed over time. Thanks!

My little one joined the nursery in September the staff have been very helpful have settling in sessions and use an app that they keep you updated about what your baby is doing.
They have been very supportive and reassuring when my little has been upset at drop offs. They never make me feel like a
nuisance when I ask questions. I'm surprised at how quick they answer messages on the app which makes me feel confident in the care they are giving.
Would recommend this nursery to anyone it's a great environment with great friendly staff.

Isla has been attending next gen barnehurst since October 2024, starting in the baby room & is now in the toddler room.
Isla absolutely loves it here & is always telling us about her day and what exciting things they've been up to.
She seems to have made some lovely connections with the children
and the staff.
I cannot fault the communication, the staff are always around to answer my questions via the app & when I collect Isla.
Isla struggled to settle into nursery & still has the odd bad day but the ladies are always there to comfort her & to make her day easier.
Isla said to me yesterday 'I love nursery' out of the blue on a day which she doesn't attend nursery so that was lovely to hear!
The food is amazing (I wish I could go) she always seems to enjoy all of her meals!
The activities they do with the children are great.
I am really happy with the nursery & can't fault it!

My daughter has come on leaps & bounds in the last 15 months. The staff are so nurturing & kind & really cater to each individual child & their needs. I always feel really comfortable, secure & happy leaving her in their care. Nursery is her home away from home!

My 2nd child is currently attending NGDN and loves it. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming and if she is ever upset she settles very quickly with the staff.
She started when she was 11 months old and now 2 and has come on so much since starting.
My eldest daughter also attended nursery and
now in school and still talk about her time at nursery.
With my 3rd child due next year I have no doubt where they will also be attending.

Our son has been going to this nursery for over a year now and he absolutely loves it and you can see how much he has progressed and developed thanks to the amazing staff. They send lots of updates during the day which is lovely to see and keep us updated on everything we need to no.

recommend this nursery and all the staff enough!

Fantastic place. Great food, lots of activities, ideal staff.
We were impressed that for toddlers there was a day schedule which would include a nap time when the children sleep in a room with closed curtains in a dedicated area.
The rooms would always have fresh air.
Very caring staff.
Once we had an accident when the child was bitten into his stomach by another child. The records have been checked and the girls have found the problem and then handled it in a fantastic way (for a few days our child was under close supervision, he was held by the hand all the time so we felt really secure). They also track a development of each child closely.
Food was great (the only drawback of that was that the child was refusing to it in other public places as the food in comparison with the nursery would not be that tasty in his opinion:-)).
We checked and visited many nurseries in the areas and picked up this one and never regretted that

Amazing nursery. Don't fault the staff one bit my daughter loves going nursery. Every time she comes back she is exhausted all staff are so friendly and understanding. My daughter always mentions the teachers there. There food choices are great different cultured food on the menu.

Myself and my husband can not express how amazing this nursery is!
They have always gone the extra mile accommodating friendly helpful.
Our child runs in every morning and cuddles all the young ladies who work in her room.
We have faced some health problems with our little one and all the staff
have been so compassionate and helpful and so caring not only to our little one but also to myself and have done their best to help us navigate through this difficult time always obliging and understanding throughout.
There are really is not enough words in the dictionary to express my gratitude to all staff that work here.

Our 2nd daughter has been through all the classes/rooms of Next Generation Day Nursery Barnehurst, and she has grown up to be a confident, happy and curious girl. This is achieved through varied activities and keep the children challenged and engaged.
With our schedules, we have trusted the Nursery
to help with our child's early development 4 days a week from 8am to 6pm, and we are so glad we picked Next Generation Day Nursery.
The team are fantastic, and in addition, the admin team are very helpful and also provide helpful reminders on key actions we need to take for our children. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

It's a lovely environment for your children to start getting used to mixing with others. The girls always have plenty planned for the children to do. There is a good daily routine and the dinner menu is a great variety of meals. I think there are two things that I find could be improved, for
children who need a more assertive approach to being told when they are being naughty "Kind hands" doesn't always work. Time out and to say no be gentle is a lot better. Another thing that I find hard to keep up with is the amount of apprentices there seems to be. There seems to be a lot less permanent staff than when my son originally started coming in September 2023 to present. Overall it is a lovely nursery and my son loves going and having fun with the other children and the girls looking after him.

Absolute brilliant nursery, all the girls are great with the kids, learning and playtime is always so much fun, my grandaughter has come on so much since attending, we all love u guys, thank you so much for ur kindness, understanding and help.

Sending my son to nursery was a little unsettling due to him being at such a young age. However I have noticed within just the short space of time of his attending, his development skills have progressed. I feel that the staff at the nursery all take a big interest in wanting young children to
thrive and this definitely shows when he's at home.

Next Generation is fantastic. Our daughter started in September 2024 and the staff put us at ease so quickly. It is like dropping our child off to family. The information and pictures they share throughout the day are incredibly useful and they are great at communicating.
The care they show the
children and the parents/carers is outstanding!
I recommend Next Generation very highly and thank them for what they do.
