My husband and I have been extremely impressed by all the staff, including interactions with the chef - all have excellent people skills.
The care and dedication to the children is always excellent. Both grandchildren have benefited from learning to socialise with other children and developing
skills through enjoyable games, singing and activities. Children can enjoy time outdoors with well equipped facilities and a woodland area. They are dressed appropriately in a nursery jacker for these activities. Communication between staff is impressive as they are all familiar with children across the range.

Acorns is a fantastic nursery!
Our little boy has been attending for 2 years (since he was 4 months old) and we could not be happier with the care he's received.
We highly rate the activities, the food, the resources, the outdoor area and especially the staff. They are attentive and nurturing and
really care about the kids wellbeing.
I would highly recommend Acorns to any parent considering where to send their child, I wouldn't send our boy anywhere else!

We love Acorns and would recommend it to any new parents. Our baby is well cared for and exposed to more activities and opportunities than we can provide at home. The team are great and have the best interests of the children at the forefront of all they do. The only desire we have would be for our
baby to sleep more, so our baby would be less tired and getting over tired at bedtime. Everything else is either meeting or exceeding our expectations. Thank you for taking such great care of our precious baby!

Acorns USW has been such a lovely first setting for my daughter. The staff and management are brilliant at their jobs and are always happy to help. They have looked after my daughter since she was 9 months old and at first as a first time mother I was nervous about leaving her but I was quickly
eased as the nursery itself (and again all the incredible staff) is such a lovely place.
Would recommend to anyone!

A wonderful nursery with outstanding, caring staff. My child has been attending since they were 3 months old and is now 2, and they've been fantastic throughout. The range of activities is brilliant and my little one always comes home happy. Communication is excellent, with regular updates and
photos throughout the day, which I really value. I couldn't recommend Acorns highly enough. I have three children and plenty of experience with nurseries, and this one is exceptional.

Couldn't want for a more caring, supportive nursery! The staff are fantastic. My three year old and 8 month old both attend.
I honestly believe they have given my little girl the best possible start.

My daughter has attended this nursery for 2 years before she started school in September. She loved coming here and enjoyed all of the activities they did. The work she brought home has been amazingly presented and the Mother's and Father's Day celebration Teas they have done for the parents are to
die for! The food is all freshly prepared and healthy so it's good to know that they're getting good varied nutrition away from the home. It was It literally was like a home from home for her cos she bonded with all of the staff. The caregivers, housekeepers, and kitchen staff all knew her by name and treated her so well over this time. I can't praise them enough for their help and how lovely the setting is. All round, a wonderful, friendly nursery.

The best nursery there is. in 2023, I visited multiple nurseries for my daughter and not one of them gave me the feeling Acorns USW did. I walked in without an appointment, was welcomed with open arms and all staff made such a fuss of my daughter I new straight away, this was her nursery.
The
nursery was clean, fresh and welcoming. The food menus, well, she eats better in nursery that I ever have! Each teacher knew her name, there was always time for hand overs or conversations/ concerns.
Their app is always updated so you know how they are doing, what they are eating, who they've spent the day with.
Any issues, they are straight on the phone notifying you but also reassuring you.
The place is full of love, warmth and care and would never go anywhere for childcare.
The price is a little higher than others but I think the place speaks for itself, can you really put a price on childcare? I knew she was safe, looked after, loved every time i dropped her off.

My baby started nursery back in July at 8 months old and he has settled in wonderfully. He has always gone in with a huge smile on his face and is happy to be greeted by management and the rest of the team. Sincerely cannot thank you enough for all of the love, support and fun you provide for our
little boy. Truly means the world to have found the perfect environment for my baby to flourish in a home-from-home setting. Thank you all for simply being yourselves!

My little girl has been attending Acorns USW since January 2024 and I honestly could not praise the staff and nursery enough.
Staff are absolutely amazing- always so nurturing, warm and welcoming and provide the highest standard of care possible. I always feel so reassured and positive when
leaving her in their care.
She has thrived so much since attending and absolutely loves it there which speaks volumes in itself.
Can I also mention, they provide the most yummiest, freshly-made home-cooked meals and set up the most wonderful daily activities with continuous positive feedback throughout the day. It's a little haven for any child and I wouldn't put my trust in anyone else. 100% the best nursery out there!

Nursery was amazing, staff are very kind, helpful and caring. My son was very unsettled at the beginning but within a few days, had settled due to key carers within his group.
He really enjoyed all the meals that are amazing, fresh and home-cooked.
Nursery, itself, is homely, clean and inviting.
Nursery management is very helpful and ensures all needs are met.

My daughter started at Acorns at USW Treforest when she was 14 months old and over the time being here, has made strong connections with staff members who have provided excellent care. I go to work happy with the reassurance of knowing she will be well cared for, well nourished and happy taking part
in lots of planned activities. Having visited other nurseries in the area, Acorns USW stood out with the best facilities, cleanliness and happy children in attendance. It is clear that staff really care for my child which is the most important aspect for me.

Excellent nursery, the staff were very helpful kind and polite. My little one was unsettled when first going in the staff were very patient and comforting with him also feedback at the end of the session was always reassuring that he had settled and been playing taking part happily.
The nursery
itself is a very clean, calming and friendly inviting atmosphere with lovely displays of children within the nursery and of the children’s work.

Acorns at USW Treforest is a brilliant nursery, our son absolutely loves it here. The nursery manager always goes above and beyond, like all the staff do, nothing is ever too much trouble for any member of staff. We travel about 20 minutes each way for our son to attend AcornsUSW as it’s that
amazing of a nursery. Would recommend Acorns USW to everyone, due to the manager and staff in the nursery.

My grandson attends Acorns at USW Trefores and loves it, it is a fantastic nursery and all the staff, especially the nursery manager, are amazing. They always go above and beyond and nothing is too much. I would recommend the nursery to anyone.

Acorns USW is an absolutely fantastic nursery, all the staff are excellent and go above and beyond. The nursery manager is amazing and we never want her to leave, as it wouldn’t be the same. It is definitely the best nursery in Wales.

The staff are amazing communicating at end of every day pick-up. I have seen a great development in my youngest child since "he" has been at nursery.
My eldest had attended and now in school.
I would highly recommend USW Treforest to parents.

Thank you to everyone for looking after my child. He has settled in extremely well and that is thanks to the care provided. They nurture his bilingualism and provide amazing opportunities every week. They make sure that all his allergies are catered for.

Absolutely amazing nursery. Staff are always so kind and my daughter really looks forward to going to nursery every day! Really can't fault them for anything. We regularly get things our daughter has made along with lovely photos. The food is brilliant and it's a rarity that my daughter doesn't
finish everything on her plate.

Acorns is a fantastic nursery!
