We're so thankful for the amazing care our son received at Rising Star Nursery. He was always happy to attend and came home full of stories, smiles, and new things he had learned. The staff are kind, supportive, and truly dedicated to the children's well-being and development. Now that he's moving on to reception, we just want to say a big thank you for giving him such a happy and nurturing start. We'll always remember you with love and gratitude!

I cannot speak highly enough of Rising Stars Preschool and the incredible impact it has had on my little boy. From the moment we stepped through their doors, we felt welcomed, supported, and reassured that he was in the very best hands. The staff are simply amazing - nurturing, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's growth and happiness. It's been such a joy to watch my son thrive under their care. He has blossomed in confidence, learned so much, and made beautiful friendships along the way. Every day he came home smiling, full of stories and excitement about what he had done. What really sets Rising Stars apart is the supportive, warm environment they create for both children and parents. We always felt included, informed, and part of the journey. It truly is a place that celebrates each child's uniqueness while encouraging their development in the most positive and caring way.

My son has had a lovely experience at the nursery. The staff are caring, friendly, and always supportive. He felt very happy and safe every day. He enjoyed the activities, made friends, and learned many new things during his time there

We have sent both our children to rising stars and they both thrived in the setting. The staff genuinely care and enjoy their time with the children. We received regular updates on how they were doing and what they had eaten. Its a shame to say goodbye to rising stars. Thank you for your amazing work with my babies.

My son has been attending Rising stars for 5 months now and he is absolutely thriving. He is learning so much each day and has made so much progress. He has a variety to meals which he really enjoys and the staff have been so helpful in supporting areas of his development that I as a parent have discussed with them. The communication is amazing and the staff offer me advice and suggestions from their professional experience. The nursery has the most wonderful outdoor space and my son has enjoyed going on outings as it is in a great location. There lots of fun and exciting events to really help us feel involved, especially the recent Mother's Day tea. The nursery has a real family feel, which shows when my son doesn't want to go home! I wouldn't have him anywhere else. Thank you Rising stars.

My SEN son joined Rising Stars in January and they have been absolutely amazing with him. His needs are met daily, he is engaged and learning so much, despite him having Autism and social and communication delays as well as being non-verbal. All the girls (and men) have been exemplary with him and completely understand him and how he communicates. The SENDCO is phenomenal and an absolute credit to the team. We will be sad to leave in July.

As a first-time mum, I was nervous about leaving my baby at a nursery, but he's getting on so well and I'm so glad we've found a place that he is happy and comfortable in. The staff are friendly and encouraging. The nursery has a great range of food cooked fresh for the children. There's a sensory room with lights, sounds and textures. Zero regrets about starting him at Rising Stars.

This nursery is amazing. Our little one has been here for quite a while now, and she has such an amazing bond with the staff members. I can tell my daughter loves going here, learning and playing so much. From the team to the communication and activities, everything is wonderful.

My son loves going to nursery and always comes out with a cheeky smile as if he’s had the time of his life! I am absolutely certain that he is well looked after and fed. He adores everyone at nursery and I can see the relationship building between him and certain staff members which is so sweet to watch. The staff are lovely, very informative of my child’s day and prompt with their responses in terms of emails/messages. Would highly recommend to new parents!

Both of my daughters have gone to this nursery, one having left last year to reception and now it's time for my youngest to go to a big school. They grow up so fast! They both have enjoyed their time at Rising Stars and the staff have been really helpful and caring. They have developed a lot since their time at the nursery with their conversations about various subjects and animals. I would recommend this nursery to any new parents.

I cannot praise the staff at Rising Stars enough with my daughter. They have brought her development on so much in the last two years and she has thoroughly enjoyed her time there. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement. We will be sad to leave but they have really helped to establish firm foundations for her to start infant school. Thanks again to you all

I am heartbroken my kids are starting school and having to leave Rising Stars. My children have been going since they were 17 months old. The early years learnings are sensational. Aside from the basics of numeracy and literacy, my kids have learnt social skills like no other. They are such caring, kind and loving children and this is thanks to Rising Stars. The "family" feel of the nursery means that all the children know each other. There is so much outdoor space and my two rave about the food they get to eat. I couldn't be more thankful for the amazing care you have shown my children. Thank you.

My little boy absolutely loves going to nursery. When he first started, he took a long and painful 8 weeks to settle. However, the staff did everything to assure me that he would soon love attending and boy, were they right! I now struggle to get him to leave, even after a 10-hour day, and he has such a lovely rapport with every single member of staff. They're extremely accommodating and easy to talk to and I am so happy with the progress my son has made.

I am very grateful to the nursery for its contribution to the development of my son. My son has been looking forward to the day when he will go back to nursery and spend time with his friends and with his beloved teachers. He was always greeted with a smile and tenderness. I am very glad that my child got to such kind and sincere people. They taught him to be friends and respect each other, to create and fantasize, to appreciate beauty, and to be honest, kind, and caring. My son is proud of his achievements, he repeated what he did at the nursery with interest at home. He came to know the world around him, the joy of friendship, and his personal abilities. All these qualities helped him quickly and easily adapt at school. We trust you because it is very important for a parent, when they leave their child for almost the whole day, to know that their child is in good hands. I can't praise Rising Stars enough. I have seen my child's development just grow and grow and has gained so much confidence ready to start reception and this is all down to the amazing team of staff at Rising Stars. My child started at the age of 18 months old, all the way to 4 years old. They made the settling-in period smooth and easy both for me and my child. The food at the nursery is amazing, very varied and always sounds yummy. My child has eaten more different types of lunches/ dinners here than at home. The day-to-day activities and learning is above and beyond what I expected, my child has learnt so much because of this. Rising Stars really makes you feel a part of the family and I can't thank them enough for everything. My child was excited and happy to go in every day and always left with a massive smile, which explains it all! Would highly recommend Rising Stars to anyone.

I would be honest in giving feedback here to all the other parents looking for a nursery. My son loves going to the nursery every day and enjoys his time with kids. The best things about the nursery are the opening and close timing that suits our work times. The staff are very helpful and proactive in communicating my son's progress using the daily report and the time adjustments based on personal situations during the Covid-19 pandemic times is much appreciated. My son has learnt a lot of things being at nursery such as at the weekly football sessions, enjoying festivals with friends and doing things independently. There are only a few things at top of my head for improvements, my son needs a bit of attention to avoid mistakes like a toilet and missing meals sometimes. It can be avoided by instructing him to visit restrooms after meals and checking meals. I strongly recommend this nursery. Thank you to all the staff and management team for their support in taking care of my son.

This is a fantastic Nursery. My daughter has been attending since she was 3 and her speech and confidence has grown, considering we speak 3 languages at home. She has made a lot of friends and has a good relationship with the teachers. They learn something new every day and I love that they play outside in the fresh air every day (unless of high winds) which I think is extremely important. My son also attends Rising Stars. He was just one and a half when he started. He settled in so quickly and he enjoys every day learning lots of new things. The place is very clean, the food is great and fresh every day. Allergen-free! I couldn't thank them enough for everything they do every day for my kids!

My daughter has been at Rising Stars since she was 1 year old (now she is nearly 4 years old). For her, this is like a second family and everyday she is very excited and happy to attend the nursery. She developed very well, learning new social skills, new vocabulary and lots of other important things for her age. I cannot praise enough the team at Rising Stars for all their work with my daughter - they have created a safe and pleasant environment for the kids - plenty of activities to keep them engaged. The food is great - healthy, well cooked and homemade. My son will be going soon to the same nursery. Highly recommend.
