Absolutely wonderful nursery.
Firstly, all members of staff are super friendly and very hands-on with every child. Great communication between staff and parents.
Food is excellent, and the cleanliness of the facilities is spot on.
My son is very happy here.
Most of all, I know he is safe and
well looked after.

First time sending my son to a nursery - very happy! They are very hands-on and made me feel at ease leaving my son there. Lovely people. Very happy with the facilities available - lovely outside area and like the fact that the group of kids at the nursery is not too big- they can give a more
hands-on approach with your child.

The staff are very nice. My son has been learning a lot of things at the school. The teacher has taught him a lot of things too.

Really pleased with the nursery staff they are all very welcoming and accommodating to my son's special dietary requirements. My son has settled in really quickly and enjoys himself at the nursery.

I'm very happy with this nursery. My son very much like it. And he is happy to go there every morning. I like that nursery cook their own food. So my son now trying more different sort of food.

Very welcoming nursery, friendly staff who help make the settling in process much easier.

My son is very happy here and we are currently potty training and staff have been superb with supporting this. My son has been attending here for over a year

The nursery is wonderful. My son loves going. He has come on leaps and bounds whilst being here. They do many creative activities with the children. They provide a warm and nurturing environment for all the children. As a busy working mum, I have no concerns leaving my child there. I would
thoroughly recommend this nursery!

Lovely nursery and staff are brilliant with my daughter she settled straight away. My daughter comes home clean and well fed and always happy and smiling when I collect her. I have absolutely no concerns when I leave her for the day, I know she’s happy and safe. I would definitely recommend this
nursery to moms returning to work. My daughter seems to have taken a liking to one member of staff which is lovely to see.

We as parents have found Bright Swans Day Nursery to be amazing. We couldn't ask for anything better for our little girl, she is so happy here and loves attending every day.
The rooms are very clean and bright and front parking makes it so easy to pick up and drop off.

Bright Swans Day Nursery is brilliant, I as a parent always feel constantly involved in my child development we constantly get invited to the nursery to attend open days and workshops, the staff are amazing and make me feel at ease, leaving my little one is made easier.
They take the children on many trips and outing ensuring my child reaches her full potential, so happy that I chose Bright Swans
I would recommend this nursery to all parents!!

Nursery is excellent my son and daughter love coming in, they both are bonding so well with the staff who are very welcoming and helpful :)

Bright Swans Day Nursery is great! My child loves coming here and has made some amazing bonds with all the staff members, they are all so friendly and put 100% effort into the care of the children.
The nursery as a whole is very clean and inviting. They are really helping my sons development here,
helping with his reading and writing skills. He enjoys his jolly phonic time every morning and is learning so much!

I'm so pleased we decided on Bright Swans. The nursery is beautifully decorated, clean, tidy, with so many lovely things to keep our daughter entertained.
The staff are fabulous, they really invest their time in working with her on a personal level. They've provided support and advice on getting
her to sleep in her own bed and made her a reward chart, which she gets to put a sticker on each morning when we arrive if she's had a good night.
The staff take the time to talk through her day when I collect her in the afternoon and also take an interest in how she's been at home. They complete a daily diary, which we get to take home at the end of each day to read through. They have a set routine of various activities throughout the day.
I can't say enough good things and I would highly recommend it. It really is a home from home experience and I feel content leaving her there with the high standard of care they provide. Thank you Bright Swans, happy Mummy and Daddy.

Bright Swans Day Nursery is a lovely nursery and I'm extremely happy with the service and care they provide. My child is a very fussy eater and the staff here have really helped and encouraged his eating, he now tries lots of different foods with no problem. They have helped with toilet training my
little boy and the staff put so much effort into the level of care they provide here and it really shows how committed they truly are.
I'm very happy with this nursery and I recommend it to all parents.

Staff are extremely friendly and are always willing to offer help wherever they can, they are always happy to listen and provide updates regarding the child's activities and developments. I feel every child is given their own space and attention to develop into young confident children.
I would
definitely recommend Bright Swans Day Nursery to everyone with children. It is by far the best nursery we've been to and we've gone to five different ones. The activities they do with the children are fantastic, the hours offered are flexible and perfect and the staff are just beyond wonderful! Very friendly and welcoming, with so much care for the well-being of the children.

A lovely nursery with a very clean and up to date environment. The staff are so professional but most of all they really connect with the children. My child loves the interaction with the staff and is enjoying every moment here. I as a parent am confident that I am giving my child the best care
whilst at work knowing they are well cared for here and fully stimulated as well as having a fun day.

The Bright Swans Day Nursery rooms are bright, clean and filled with lovely toys. There is a play area outside.
The staff are brilliant and each member of the team take the time to get to know every child and are knowledgeable and welcoming.
We always receive great feedback at pickup and the team
clearly really enjoy coming up with new ways to entertain the children.
