I am (Amirah mum) I'm really pleased with this nursery. All the teachers and staff are lovely, helpful and caring.
My daughter thoroughly enjoys attending and loves all the activities - she comes home happy and excited every day.
Highly recommend this warm and nurturing nursery!

Take great care of my children they certainly have fun, they're learning a lot and I feel completely safe and assured that my child's safety and wellbeing is being well protected. If you want your child to have a good nursery experience defiantly pay this nursery a visit.

My son when he first came to the nursery he couldn't speak or pronounced any words but now he can say many words and trying to speak he's happy to come and I'm happy when I bring him because I know he's save and happy there so big thangs to every one working working in alphabet nursery for there

We are so happy with our child's nursery. The staff are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive, and it's clear they truly love what they do. The management team is always approachable, professional, and quick to communicate, which gives us great peace of mind. The environment is welcoming, safe,
and full of fun learning opportunities, and we've seen such wonderful progress in our child's confidence and development. They come home happy every day and are always excited to go back. My daughter is 1years old and is showing good development since starting Alphabet House, I truly couldn't ask for a better nursery experience!

I would like to share my best experience about my son, Shehran, who is 2 years 7 months old and currently attends Alphabet Nursery. Before joining, Shehran used very few words and had difficulty maintaining eye contact. But after attending this nursery, he has improved so much.
A special thank
you to Yesmin, who has been incredibly supportive and patient with Shehran. She always works closely with him and I can truly see the positive changes. I am also very grateful to Daisy and all the other staff members - they are extremely caring, kind, and always make sure my child feels comfortable. They even hold him and give him the emotional support he needs.
Because of their care, I feel completely safe and confident leaving my child at this nursery.
I also want to mention Sarafeen - she is absolutely the best. She always supports me and guides me regarding everything related to my child. I really appreciate her dedication and kindness.
Overall, Alphabet Nursery has made a huge difference

Overall, we are extremely happy and pleased with this nursery 'so far' for our little one who started in the Buttercup section since he turned 9 months (he's turned 15 months now). We'd 'highly recommend' this nursery as it has a really positive, inclusive and impactful environment mainly due to: a)
Highly patient, kind, committed, value driven and caring staff. To name a few directly impacting us are: Lakki, Sarafeen, Aiysha & Khondoker (many thanks for all their support and hard work). b) The variety of activities offered including creative learning to support and boost child's confidence, physical and social development. c) Child's habits/interests and routines are properly established, understood, and followed on an ongoing basis to ensure progress with consistency. d) Meal options are varied, nutritious and can cater to different dietary needs and preferences. e) Timings are great from 8am-6pm.

My son, now 18 months has been here since he was 12 months and i'm so happy with our choice. The staff make this place wonderful. I'm very confident my son is well looked after, they care very dearly for all the children, they have so much energy. Safeguarding is very good. They will call if needed,
but they are not calling parents for every little thing, they keep us well informed, only if my son is very ill/contagious must he stay off, so this is good for work. They keep the app well updated, lots of pictures and updates on development. My son is singing, vocabulary is amazing, he can do his alphabet and count to 10. This is all learning from the nursery. They host stay and plays sometimes so parents can come visit which is wonderful. Its not perfect, the nursery is not super shiny, sometimes admin is a little off. But this is occasional and it doesn't matter because my son is happy and doing well.

For me like mum how my daughter feeling at nursery it's most important because she spends there a lot of time, and I am happy that Selina feels better and better every day and she waiting to come again and again. Many thanks to our teacher because out children are safe.

My son attends the nursery, he really loves going. I like the fact it's a mixed nursery, the staff are wonderful and kind. My son doesn't want to miss a day, he looks forward to seeing his teacher and his friends. I do recommend this nursery even if you live 30 minutes away. I promise you your child
will become one of the smartest kids you know. Lovely nursery for everyone.

My son attends this nursery and I'm very pleased. Very good experience, staff are very professional, polite and caring. The nursery provides good quality childcare with a different variation of activities. I highly recommend this most successful nursery in Newham.

I'm delighted to inform that we as parents of our child are very much satisfied with the activities happening at Alphabet House Nursery, Didsbury Close. Our child has improved in several ways, from being independent and eating and doing her day to day activities with pleasure and we do enjoy
observing her singing songs and talking with us about what she does at her nursery. I take this opportunity to thank the Management and the Staff who were very keen on children's behaviour monitoring and well being. I would recommend this nursery since it does have a good environment in terms of friendly staff, basic facilities, healthy food and a nice learning opportunity for children. My daughter has learned a lot from the nursery in the time span of 4 months and hopefully she continues to do so.
