Mu daughter has been at Kids Planet Salford quays for the last 8 months since she was 15 months old. She has transitioned from baby to tots room, both of which have been incredible for her development and learning. All the staff are very attentive and caring towards my daughter. She has formed
lovely bonds with the staff, especially her key person. We have had timely feedback on her development which helps us guide her at home to development skills. She enjoys the activities and the meals and loves going in every time. Overall, we have had a great experience with the nursery. I would highly recommend.

My little boy has been here for a month and settled in brialliant he runs everymorning into his class room, the staff are brialliant always give love and affection to him and always send me updates about his day

This is the second childcare setting we've chosen, and we've ended up loving it just as much as our son does. He's now 2 years old and genuinely looks forward to going to nursery every morning. There's no crying or grumpiness at drop-off or pick-up, which gives us so much reassurance.
We're always
kept informed about the activities he takes part in, what he eats, how he's doing throughout the day, and we consistently receive helpful feedback about his development. The staff members are all lovely, caring, and approachable.
The setting is always kept very clean, especially considering how many toddlers are there each day. There's a lovely outdoor area, plus lots of activities and toys to keep the children engaged and happy. We truly trust that our son is safe and having a great time while he's there.
Overall, it has been a fantastic experience for our family.

Our son has been attending this setting since he was 9 months old and he absolutely LOVES it! Even on a weekend he is shouting out all the names of the staff that look after him and grabbing his nursery bag to show us where he wants to go. He accesses beautiful, well thought out activities as well
as explore the garden, sensory room and go out into the wider community. The team are fantastic with him and we couldn't wish for a better nursery for our son. Management team are wonderful and make you feel a part of the nursery from the very first show around. The settling in sessions are seamless and they ask plenty about both your child and family to make sure they know everything there is to know to understand your child more. The whole team go above and beyond every single day and it does not go unnoticed.

My child has been attending this nursery since October 2025 and it's been a great experience for her. She really enjoys all the different activities which they do and the staff have been amazing with settling her in. They keep you up to date with their development and I love receiving the pictures
and messages during the day whilst I'm at work as it gives me peace of mind that she's happy. What a wonderful team and a great nursery.

I am a mom of a 10 month old who loves being in a nursery. As a full time working mom, I was worried when first sent my boy to a nursery but the staff has been taking care of him as if it was their child - with love and a lot of interest in his development skills. At drop off and pick up times I am
getting a lot of feedback about my child and also I receive up to date news and photos on the app throughout the day. My boy loves attending the nursery and he is feeling safe and loved there with a lot of hugs and attention given to him. Thanks to a nursery for the service You provide, it's much appreciated ! I would recommend the Salford Quays nursery to everyone ;)

My son loves it, which is the most important thing. I understand that settling in is a big process, but he is now familiar with the staff. I really appreciate the bond he has built with some of them and the genuine affection they show when they see him.As a parent, all you want is to place your
child somewhere he feels happy and loved. Since he is still a baby, that is what matters most to me. That said, I do believe there is still room for improvement in certain areas, particularly in strengthening the relationship between parents and the nursery.

My son absolutely loved his time at Kids Planet Salford. He started as a very reserved child, but the incredible staff made him feel so comfortable and welcome. Their kindness, patience, and friendly approach helped him come out of his shell and enjoy every day at nursery.
We were always kept up to
date with regular updates, and we truly appreciated the care and attention given to each child. Thank you for providing such a positive and nurturing environment - we're so grateful for everything you've done for my son.

My daughter has just finished her time at Kids Planet Salford Quays ahead of starting school in September and if I had to do it all again, I wouldn't change a single thing!
She has been in every room from Babies through to Pre-School, forming bonds with caregivers and children alike. Seeing her
grow and develop beyond what I could ever have done had I stayed at home full time with her has been both eye opening and fulfilling for me as a parent- I think we all have that mum guilt when we put our little ones into a childcare setting for the first time!
The team at Kids Planet are truly special. They are so focused on making the most of every hour of the day with the children, making them feel content, safe and happy, exploring the world around them and helping them to become the little individuals that they are.
Led by two staff members, the nursery is in safe hands and I couldn't recommend it any more. Wishing you all the best and thank you so much for being a part of our journey!

My two little girls have been going to this nursery for over a year now and I can honestly say the experience they've received has been amazing, the staff are amazing with the kids and go above and beyond for them. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone who asks.

An amazing experience! I cannot fault the team and their dedication to my twins. The leadership and support from the Manager is evidence and my children have come on leaps and bounds. I believe the focus on curriculum in pre-school has been paramount for the successful transition of my little ones
into big school! I couldn't thank the team enough for their kindness, compassion and for looking after my daughters as if they were their own. Thank you so much to the Manager and the team for making my experience such a wonderful one! I'd recommend to anybody.

The nursery is lovely - it's a beautiful, clean space. The staff are very friendly and cooperative with parents. One staff member in particular in the Tots Room is a big reason I feel comfortable leaving my son there without worrying too much. She gives so much attention to each child, as if they
were her only one, and really makes sure both the child and the parent feel happy and reassured. She also follows up on each child's development, making sure they're hitting important milestones like walking, communication, speech, and self-expression. It's clear she genuinely cares about their progress.

Since our son started attending this nursery, his speech has significantly developed and he started playing with his sister instead of disturbing her. After about 6 months, they started communicating with each other, singing songs together, which made them happier.
The nursery staff are very
welcoming and caring, and I believe that nursery administration and management are high level of competence. Thank you.
