A very well-run, happy and caring nursery. We have sent both of our children to Chantry Hall and they have been very happy there and able to meet their developmental milestones with ease. Staff across all three rooms (Baby, Toddler and Pre-School) know all the children and so the kids receive such a
warm welcome every morning irrespective of who is there.
We particularly love the Montessori vibe and how warm and kind the staff are. The team all really work together, under excellent management, to make the nursery the lovely place it is. Having experienced other nurseries, not all management are great at the administrative and communication side but I can say that is not the case here and we have been very happy with the level of timely communication and openness.
There's always lots of opportunities to get involved as a parent at the various small events they organise through the year and even a Christmas play this year. It's a lovely community and we recommend it highly.

Very happy with the nursery. The atmosphere is friendly, communicative and warm - all the staff know our child's name even those who are caregivers to other age groups. The sessions during the day are varied and fun, and the staff have excellent relationships with the children. Food is healthy and
varied. We have never had an issue, and would recommend.

Very very happy with BH Chantry Hall. My son looks forward to going to nursery every day. They're brilliant at communicating, the staff is absolutely lovely and caring, and it feels like a really well run environment with plenty of enrichment activities and personal attention. Excellent nutritious
food as well.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons for over a year and a half, and I couldn't be happier with the care and education he receives. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely care about the children's well-being and development. They have created a warm, safe, and nurturing
environment where my son feels happy and confident.
Every day he comes home with something new he has learnt -
whether it's a song, a new word, a creative activity, or something he has discovered about the world around him. It's clear the team put a lot of thought into planning engaging and educational experiences for the children.
I've seen so much growth in my son, both socially and in his learning. He looks forward to going to nursery every morning, and that peace of mind is priceless for any parent.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Bright Horizons for the amazing work you do. We are so grateful to be part of your nursery family!

Our daughter (3) has been attending Bright Horizons Chantry hall since September 24. She settled really quickly. The staff here are really engaged in making sure that children feel welcomed when they first arrive for the day. They genuinely seem to enjoy what they do and i think you can see that in
how the children are at drop off and pick up.
Management are really friendly, approachable and communicate clearly.
I would definitely recommend sending you child here.
Only slight down side is the outsid space.

We are very satisfied with the gentle and caring approach of the nursery staff. Their kindness and patience create a warm and nurturing environment where children feel safe and happy. The staff consistently take wonderful initiatives to engage and educate the little ones, making each day a fun and
enriching experience. Their genuine interest in the growth and development of the babies is evident in everything they do. Thank you for your dedication and love for our baby.

Our experience at Bright Horizons Chantry Hall has always been great, however, since under new management the level of care and attention paid to our child has reached beyond our expectations. The nursery is now run to an excellent standard, in an efficient manner and with an abundance of love.
There have been both small and big changes made since under new management, all of which have had a hugely positive impact on my child and their happiness at the nursery. From improvements to the garden, and the use of the pre-school area to personalised book bags for home reading and nature projects. All of the staff are always so attentive to all the children even if they are based in a different room and are not their key workers. It really does feel like a family. Also a huge shout out to the chef for preparing such delicious food which always gets gobbled up by my little one! Thank you everyone for making my child feel safe and loved, and in particular to management for bringing it together!

We've been really pleased with how our little boy has settled into Bright Horizons
Chantry Hall. The new management are professional and the carers are fantastic which makes drop-offs easy when he is so pleased to see them. The app is also good for keeping us informed.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Chantry Hall Day Nursery and Preschool since he was 9 months old. Chantry Hall was our obvious choice for him, even though we have multiple nursery options in Muswell Hill, as we had been so happy with the care our older child received from 2020-2022. The
staff are so kind and loving and our son has really thrived under their care. He runs in happily each morning and enjoys all the planned activities - water play, art - as well as the free-flow Montessori-inspired play areas. I thoroughly recommend Chantry Hall to any parent looking for a safe, reliable and loving nursery for their children.

Our kids have been going to this nursery for eight months, and they really enjoy it. The staff are dedicated and work very hard, and my kids love them. The facilities are extensive, and there is a fair amount of outdoor space. A new manager is in place and is making lots of improvements.

Chantry Hall Nursery is the perfect place for our son. He loves the classroom, the garden, the teachers, his little friends, the activities and the lunches. The full team is always here for the parents when we have questions or observations. The teachers have very creative ways to teach children
social skills, adapt to every child's level, encourage them and the activities are varied and different, every single day. Updates are sent throughout the day with our child's schedule and we have a full detailed report on our child's progression. Couldn't be happier for our son's first steps for school. Thank you for everything you do.

I cannot speak more highly of the team at Chantry Hall nursery! My son has just left to start school and over the past 2 years that we've been attending, he has thrived in this setting. He wishes he could stay at the nursery forever and has formed such strong relationships with the staff and made
lots of great friends. As a parent it is all you can hope for - dropping off your child each day with them running in the door excited and picking them up and them telling you what a great day they had. The staff are very attuned and attentive to each child's needs, and encourage and develop their interests. They are also highly responsive to parent feedback. In one instance when my son had a period of feeling like he couldn't express how he was feeling, they developed some specific sessions to encourage the kids to identify and talk about their emotions. They use the garden as much as possible which is great, the food is always varied and healthy, and they run diverse extra classes like yoga!

My daughter has been with Chantry Hall since she was 5 months. She has recently moved into the toddler room and I cannot thank all the staff enough for all the hard work and dedication which they have shown towards my child and other children. The communication from management has always been
exceptional. A very warm and humble management team. My daughter has since learnt so much and is coming home every day with new words and play. I would 100% recommend this nursery to all parents.

My little boy has settled in so well to Chantry Hall, thanks to the kindness, patience and dedication of the lovely staff. Because of the pandemic he had only ever really been with me and found it difficult to be apart from me. His kind key workers showed him such generosity and care as he found his
way. He has learned so much, become so much more independent, made friends and his language has come on enormously. He is given such lovely opportunities for learning and play and feels safe, loved and valued. I would absolutely recommend Chantry to any parent.

A fantastic nursery that places the education and wellbeing of its children first and foremost. Extremely kind and professional staff who provide a real age-appropriate education. My eldest had a great experience when he was there, and my youngest is in his final year - both look forward to school
every day! Highly recommended.

We love Chantry Hall! They have taken such good care of our daughter and we will forever be grateful. She has learnt so much in the time she has been there and has developed loads. She loves her carers and we appreciate all the updates and communications from the school - it's nice to feel part of

My son attended Chantry from 6 months and my daughter from 10 months. The baby room is excellent, big enough to explore, small enough to be cosy. Separated from the bigger kids to be calm. My babies were both happy, ate well and formed very strong bonds. My son stayed with Chantry until 3 and my
daughter until 3.5. They both loved it there.
The staff are warm, friendly and encouraging.
I couldn’t have asked for more.
The garden is the only downside, it is small underinvested in.

Both my sons have loved their time at Chantry Hall. The staff are attentive and caring and they provide fun and stimulating activities for the children. We will be sad to say goodbye as we head off to school.
