My son started here in January, the staff have been amazing with him and really took the time to get to know him, he's come out of his shell now and is loving being at nursery honestly couldn't be happier with our decision
Alex is lovely and really reassuring offers you to call whenever you want
and so easy to talk to, Amber has been fantastic always up to the most fab activities and love my pictures on the app so I can see how he's getting on whilst am at work definitely happy with our decision thank you

Staff are incredible, my daughter thrives here they can't do enough to make her happy. Management as well are so involved with the children and so supportive with parents extremely approachable. Really fantastic nursery can't recommend enough thank you for all that you do.

My daughter has been going this nursery since she was 5 months old. She is now turning 2 this month. We absolutely love it here, we never have any issue and they listen to us when we want something to change (routine) they keep us updated through the day and we are always welcomed with a slime, my
daughter loves going and is always happy going in..
I would highly recommend this nursery to my friend and family xx

My little boy started here in September and he absolutely loves it, all the staff are so lovely and welcoming, they always ask how we are, my little boy has progressed so much since starting nursery and I don't think he'd be so advanced if he didn't go to Partou Nursery. He loves going in and seeing
everyone, I can also tell he's had such a great day in nursery when I come to pick him up because he always has a smile on his face and babbles all the way home. Also I get regular updates of him throughout the time he's in nursery which I thinks brilliant because it put my mind to rest that he's alright throughout the day.

My child always receives a warm welcome each morning and I have noticed he is much happier going in now than before the nursery changed to Partou. The activities always look fun and educational, and I love seeing photos of them on the app. I also like that the food my child eats is nutritious and
varied.

My little girl started here about two months ago, she was in a previous nursery so I was worried about her starting a new one. She has absolutely loved her time here so far and is excited to go in every day to see her friends and teachers,the staff are all lovely.

My little one started in September, at first he was quiet unsettled going in but the staff are amazing with him to settling him , dancing with him and everything in between to help in settling
Even the manger and deputy manger have to come into the room to help settle him as well when he's needed
it
Could not recommend this nursery and staff enough

My daughter was in this nursery from 2022 until 2025 was rocky at the start but since new management has come in they are brilliant. My son currently goes her and has senco needs and Alex and Emily have been amazing with him. Have all the support he needs in place. Even accommodating his food
aversions.

My daughter absolutely loves the nursery and the staff do make so much time for her. She only does 2 days but she runs in the second we get there and we are always greeted with smiles. We get kept up to date with what the nursery do with her, the communication is amazing there, thanks so much

Brilliant nursery. Always feel as ease dropping my little boy of every morning, the girls and another member of staff are all so lovely and know my little one inside and out so I have no concerns when he is in there care. He is always happy going in and happy when I pick him up couldnt thank them
all enough for what they have done for him over the years!

This nursery has been brill for my daughter, she enjoys going and she likes all the staff here they are so friendly and always happy to help with my queiries, they have so much going on and doing different activties with the kids each day its amazing x

We have noticed a big difference since the manager has taken over. My daughter seems much more settled and has excellent in all aspects.
The daily activities have improved and the staff are very helpful and welcoming.
We would like to thank the staff and management for all their hard work.

child particularly likes the library scheme.

Since my daughter has been at Jack and Jill Day Nursery Upton, she has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are kind and caring and amazing with kids. My daughter loves going and I love hearing about her day, she is always so happy when I pick her up. My daughter required person-centered care and the
nursery went above and beyond to complete a support plan and cater to her needs.

My little boy has come to this nursery since he was 7 months old and has loved it. That being said since the manager joined back end of last year (2023) he has come on leaps and bounds. I have given some real concerns about previous management/advice or lack of received and the manager has literally
turned both my husband and me around the other way. She has been on hand and supported further things we have needed that were never done. The staff are more relaxed and can see they are thriving and it’s such a lovely thing to see. Sad for my little one to be leaving in September and so glad the manager came in when she did, only sad it wasn’t sooner. The staff are so lovely and engaged with the kids and the activities that now happen with parent interaction are amazing.

I feel relaxed leaving my child each morning. Huge improvements have been made to the setting and it is very well run. You feel like part of a wider family that takes an interest in all members of the family. I would highly recommend 5*.

Since starting here my little boy has come on so much, he has a great bond with staff and gets excited to see them! I get regular updates and love to see the photos of him on the app getting involved in lots of different activities!

Since our child has been at Jack and Jill Day Nursery Upton he has come on leaps and bounds. We are delighted with his progress and all the staff are lovely. We get regular updates and pictures which give us peace of mind our child is well looked after. It is also nice to see the types of activities
he gets up to throughout the day.

Fantastic nursery! My twin boys have been here for eight months now, and they absolutely love it! They run through the door without looking back. Staff are kind, caring and really do take great interest in the children. They make such a fuss of them both, and the boys love them all. They listen
carefully to special requirements and are very good at working together with parents and the children’s home-nursery life, keeping the routine the same. The manager is very supportive and listens to any concerns around the children and will do her best to help.
The nursery is clean and colourful and has a huge garden space. They are always celebrating holiday occasions days doing activities and making things.
They have a special app that is updated with photographs of the children, a message of what they’ve been doing for the day and what they have learnt. Since attending, both boys have come on so much with their understanding and speech. But most importantly, all children and staff look happy! Highly recommended

My daughter loved attending Jack and Jill Day Nursery Upton. The staff are always polite and always offer an update after each session on the activities my daughter has done that day. I feel efficient and relaxed when my daughter is in the care pf the wonderful staff and management of the day

My son has been attending Jack and Jill Day Nursery Upton for almost two years. He runs in almost every day and talks a lot about the staff and other children when he's not there.
All three of my children have been to this nursery, and the consistency of care has been high throughout. The staff
clearly know the children very well.
I particularly appreciate the daily updates we have via the app, which allows me to see what kind of activities he has been doing during the day.
The staff have always been supportive and flexible, and have been great in supporting my son through potty training.
I recommend this nursery to any friends of mine who live locally!
