Fantastic nursery! The staff are so engaging and caring. They really know our son well and he cannot get into nursery quick enough in the morning. There is always a friendly greeting from the management team on the door. They keep you well updated throughout the day and have great activities planned for the children.

Couldn't recommend here more. Both my children have thrived in their time here. The staff are informed and attentive to the entire family not just the children. We're updated throughout the day in detail on the App. Every staff member is kind and considerate all bringing different qualities to the children's education. The resources and activities are varied and beneficial. Every day the children come home raving how great their days were. We can't thank the nursery staff enough for what they've done for us.

Excellent staff, they went extra mile to accommodate my boy's needs, to make him feel safe,seen and heard every time he was missing home. Very good communication form both staff and management and I'm very grateful for their support.

Both my children have attended Dandelions and they have had an amazing time there. They have made so many friends and have loved going everyday. Everyone is so friendly and they have both been ready for school. We chose the nursery because of its amazing outdoor area, which they made full use of everyday. The food is great and fully catered to my son with a dairy allergy, he never missed out and there was always a dairy free close alternative so he always felt included. Very sad to be leaving and all the staff have been amazing.

Our daughter loves her time at nursery and we have peace of mind that she is in good hands with the staff who are all fantastic. We are kept up to date of her day through their great app. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

Excellent nursery, excellent staff. My little one loves it. Literally never cries going because she loves going! The outdoor space is great, and they are outside a lot, which my daughter loves. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.

Dandelions has lovely friendly staff. There are always fun activities for the children. Staff and key worker are always helpful to with advice if I have any concerns about my child. Recent renovation handled very well by management and doesn't seem to have disrupted children's activities at all.

Our daughter has been attending Dandelions for a year and we have been impressed with the warmth and care shown by staff. Communication via the app is good, e.g. meals, nappy changes, sleep times and a daily post about activities with pictures. Keyworkers also send progress reports which are helpful and personal. The outside area is great and used all year round. The staff are always welcoming and we'd recommend them if you're looking for a smaller setting.

Our daughter has been attending Dandelions for almost 2 years now and we could not be happier with the support, love and care everyone shows to her. She bounces in when she goes and has such a lovely rapport with the staff. They know her so well and are so supportive of developing her learning opportunities. Communication is good. We often get daily updates and observations every month, detailing what she's been learning and the next steps in her development. Our daughter loves to share what she's been up to and look at the pictures when she gets home. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The management team are always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or queries. Our son will be joining later next year and we are looking forward to seeing his journey too.

Everything I could want in a nursery. 2 years now and hasn't ever had any issues or anything I would want to be different. Very glad we made the choice we did. Good food, good people, good atmosphere.

I could not be happier with the level of care my 4-year-old daughter gets from Bright Horizons Dandelions. She is excited to attend each day and the uploading of pictures and explanations of each day really helps to build a clear picture of what she gets up to. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking at putting their child in the nursery.

Lovely, friendly staff. Very attentive and my little one enjoys their company. Double-door security offers peace of mind. Always clean and their dedication and forward thinking and planning things for the little ones to do are brilliant. Good job ladies.

My daughter has been attending Dandelions Nursery for nearly four months, and she is thoroughly enjoying her time there. Her progress has been remarkable, and the staff consistently provide excellent support. The outdoor space is ideal, she adores the gardens and spending time outside, which was a significant factor in our decision to choose this nursery. The management and staff demonstrate genuine care for the children, and it is evident that they strive to do their best for each child. Additionally, it is commendable that the nursery offers a varied diet throughout the week. However, I would like to address a concern regarding the use of the app. I would greatly appreciate it if the app were regularly updated with information about my daughter's meals and nappy changes, as this helps me understand how her day has been. While I can inquire about these details when I pick her up, there are times when the staff member present may not have been around when certain events occurred.

The majority of the staff are really friendly and some work that extra mile. Unfortunately, it does seem understaffed and with my boy needing assistance with the feeding it does seem he is neglected. I was shocked a few weeks ago, a certain member of staff told me they just leave him to his own devices and he will feed himself with no pressure. When I do arrive home he is starving and he eats plenty of food with my help. The manager and staff are a credit to the nursery who are really good with my boy, especially our key worker who goes the extra mile.

A lovely setting with a nice big garden and so many different activities. All the staff is super friendly and caring. The kids get snacks and hot meals throughout the day, and parents receive daily updates on the app and during pick-up time. My son has been attending for a few months now, 2 days a week, and he is always so excited to go to nursery - he's learned so much already. I definitely recommend Dandelions Nursery.

We love Dandelions Nursery. They are caring, supportive and very friendly. All of my children have been to Dandelions over the last 3 years and all have thrived in their development and had a fantastic time.

I absolutely love Dandelions and the staff, the setting is amazing, especially the outdoors area! My daughter has been going here since she was 5 months old, she is now 3 and a half. All the staff are amazing, not only for my daughter but for me as well. She has learnt so much and made such nice friends. 100% recommend them to anyone.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Dandelions Nursery and Preschool since June 2023 when he was only 10 months. He started on 2 half days and was extremely shy to begin with and struggled with drop offs and settling, he now does 2 full days (thanks to the staff’s tremendous efforts to make this possible for me due to work needs) and he’s a completely changed boy! He loves his key worker and everyone else! He’s so open to cuddling and socialising with staff and the other children which is amazing to see, considering he wouldn’t before. He’s changed massively at home too and is so open with family members. He’s come leaps and bounds since starting nursery and I cannot thank the team enough. Everyone who works at Dandelion’s are incredible and the most friendliest bunch! I love the app too, providing you with updates on your day and sending photos through, makes my day every time! I also love how the nursery provide everything the children need, the only thing I bring with me is spare clothes. Highly recommend!

Above and beyond - my son joined Bright Horizons Dandelions Nursery and Preschool just as he turned 4, he had never been in a childcare setting before so he found settling in very hard. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to work with him, and me, to make him feel safe and comfortable there. Now he loves it and doesn’t want to leave to start big school. I wish I had started him long before I did. Fantastic nursery with wonderfully kind, dedicated staff, my son has come on leaps and bounds thanks to their kindness and dedication. Thank you all at Dandelions.

My Daughter has been attending for almost a year, in the preschool room. We both have been impressed by the setting, the range of activities and the support. The staff are enthusiastic, caring and knowledgeable. I feel secure knowing that my child's needs are being met all day. I really like that the nappies, wipes, snacks and everything are provided. I can leave my child's spare clothes bag. It has made being a busy working mum so much easier. I can check on her throughout the day on the app. I also like that all the staff even if they are not based in the room with her, know my child and welcome her.
