Both my kids are at Big top . Staff there are helpful and happy at all times it seems! Which makes drop ofs and pick ups great , even if one of my children is a bit upset when going in. The tears are just for us parents it seems as within minutes of going in , my child is happily playing, im sure
due to the great happy nature of the staff.
They always come out full of the joys of the day, telling me all about what fun they had.
My daughter is now fully prepared for the step up to big school in September, thanks to the wonderful staff here.

Can't rave about this school enough both my children have gone here and both love it . My youngest had some separation issues and they were so helpfull with getting him settled .. his development has also come on leaps and bounds since starting

BIG Top Preschool has been wonderful for our family. My eldest daughter changed so much during her time there - she grew in confidence and was truly ready for school. My little one is still attending and is always happy; I can see so much progress in her development each week.
The staff are warm,
friendly, and extremely communicative. They're always ready to help and keep parents updated on activities and progress, which gives me great peace of mind. I'm really happy with BIG Top Preschool and so grateful I had the opportunity to bring my kids here. I highly recommend them.

It's hard to find words of how amazing these ladies are. Everyday without a doubt they're full of smiles and kindness. They've helped me as a mother in so many ways and my son has truly blossomed in their care. We are both going to miss them all so much in September

My son he went there from 2 years old,and he settled very quickly. The staff is very nice all.Im very happy that my son he spent almost 2 years there.thank you from Everyone I will suggest everyone.

We had such a great experience at Big Top and will always be so grateful for the care and support my child received.
At the beginning, my child struggled with going in and would cry at the door. But his key worker was absolutely amazing. She was so patient, kind and understanding and took the time
to support him and help him feel safe and comfortable. It didn't take long before he was happily going in by himself.
There was great progress in his speech, his confidence grew so much and it was lovely to see him developing, learning and enjoying himself every day.
The bond he built with his key worker was truly special. It gave me so much comfort knowing he was cared for by someone who genuinely understood him and wanted the best for him.
Leaving preschool was so sad for us because it had become such a special place and we will forever miss it.
Thank you to the whole team for everything you do for the children and families. I couldn't recommend this preschool more highly

My son has SEND needs and the the nursery have been absolutely brilliant with him, he loves going, the support is amazing. They keep me updated with pictures of his day and activities he's done, if there's a problem they contact me straight away.

From the first moment my daughter joined we were fully supported my daughter has SEN and the help and support she has received has been amazing, the staff work with her and her mornings there are based around her needs.
They try to include her in everything in some way at her own pace. She has been
making lots of progress. We will really miss preschool when she transitions to school in september.

My child loves going here. The staff is very friendly and caring and she has learned to be very independent. The facilities and the staff is very loving. We feel safe to send our child here and dont feel worried at all.
