My child has been attending Little Elms for nearly three years now full time. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They create incredible activities and games for the children.
The teachers are attentive to my child's needs and genuinely listen when I share concerns. Their supportive and
responsive approach gives me confidence in my child's care and development.
One area for improvement is that the head office could be more willing to engage directly with parents when issues are raised, to ensure concerns are fully addressed.
I would recommend any parents looking at nurseries to consider Little Elms Beckenham Queens Road.

Our daughter (4yrs) has been at Little Elms for 3 years now and has flourished. The small size of the nursery means that class sizes are manageable and that there is a real community of parents.
Our younger daughter will be going to nursery in October and we didn't think twice about sending her
here as well. Thank you to all the staff at Little Elms!

Great nursery and amazing team!
My child has been attending since last October, and I must say all the staff have been just so attentive and helpful.
The team focuses on child's learning and development in the class in so many ways and games, and they also build relationships with children
individually, which shows dedication and creativity of the staff.
Communication is also great and we can't wait for a little feedback we always receive at the end of the day.
We are very happy with Little Elms, but most importantly our little one is happy!

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for the past 18 months and we couldn't be happier with the experience she's had. From the very beginning she formed strong loving relationships with the staff who are consistently kind, attentive and genuinely caring.
The activities are always creative
and engaging. There's always something new and exciting for her to explore.

I have 3 kids at this nursery and they all love it. It's such a relief seeing them so happy when we drop them off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon. All the staff are so sweet and caring. Can't recommend enough.

The staff are incredible at this nursery! Really truly amazing! There is a positive vibe across the nursery and staff are happy and create incredible games for the children. I am always blown away by the lengths they go to creating fun activities across all classrooms. When you go to collect your
child you can see a buzz of activity across the rooms and the relationships with the children are clearly supportive and loving. Even after my older child left the nursery those who looked after him are always asking after him. And everyone seems happy to work there. They have dealt with any worries I've had in an empathetic way, and gone above and beyond to support both myself as a parent and my children - for example when our new baby came along they ordered books for our older child at the nursery and used them to talk through the new arrival. It really was incredible. I love the gender mix here of nursery workers and the children do too! There are some great young lads working there!

Our daughter has been at Little Elms since she was 7mo. She attends 3 full days a week and is happy and excited to go to nursery. Her initial primary carer made the whole experience for us as a family so much easier. As first time parents she kindly helped us navigate returning to full time work and
childcare, her advice and care of our daughter was invaluable. This had continued as our daughter had progressed through the different rooms at Little Elms. They have taken our daughters needs and development in to consideration and made sure she is stimulated and safe. Most recently we have loved the different theme weeks she is having in Robins. Two members of staff along with the other staff have been so caring and engaging for our daughter. She continues to be enthusiastic to go to nursery and excited to tell us all about it when we pick her up.

Our child has been at Little Elms Queens Road for nearly a year now and we couldn't be happier. From the very beginning, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and incredibly nurturing for our son. They made his settling in process so nice and smooth.
He looks forward to going every morning and it's
one of the highlights of his day especially being in the garden! We've also noticed a real improvement in his eating since joining, which we attribute to the positive encouragement he gets at Little Elms.
The staff at Little Elms genuinely care, and it shows in everything they do.
We're so grateful to have found such a great nursery for our son to learn and grow.
I have recommended Little Elms Queens Road to quite a few friends and family members and I'll continue to do so

Thoroughly enjoyed the parents' coffee morning hosted by the nursery's Wellbeing Champion, with the Manager and Deputy Manager popping in too. It was wonderful to talk to the Wellbeing Champion about Early Years education and hear her talk about the importance of wellbeing and the impact it has on
child development as children progress through to adulthood. Such a lovely spread of coffee, juice and pastries which were very kindly put on for us. It was a lovely morning in the sunshine - Thank you to the excellent team!

Our 20 month old son loves his time at Little Elms Nursery .
The staff are brilliant and genuinely care for him .
We have seen him become more confident in exploring and play during his time there .
I would recommend any parents looking at nurseries to consider Little Elms.

We have been really happy with Little Elms, our son (now 18 months) has been attending the nursery 4 days a week for the past 6 months. All the staff are lovely, even staff in the other rooms know who he is, which is really reassuring when he moves up a class.
Wide variety of food and everything
is kept up to date on the app.

It's a fantastic nurturing nursery. The staff are sweet and caring and my boys love a cuddle when they arrive.
They have been here since September and settled in so well.
The only downside is the outside space but they don't seem to mind!

Our daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. She has been attending 4 days a week since the beginning of the year and we have watched her develop and grow amazing relationships with her friends and staff members. We feel confident that she is looked after, her needs attended to and her days
jam-packed with fun activities.
She enjoys it so much that we have had tears at pick-up because she wants to stay longer and show us everything she has done during the day, a sure sign that things are going well and that we made the right decision sending her to Little Elms Beckenham!

Always been really happy with Little Elms Beckenham. We’ve had one child there for nearly three years now and another one about to start. Staff really friendly and knowledgeable at all levels, rooms well organised and tailored to their age, food great, activities lovely, resources kept updated and
clean, good outdoor space, good communication, great app for noting food/nappies/sleep/garden time. Our child has always been happy to go in because of the care and fun on offer. Big thumbs up!

Both my children have gone here since they were 7 months old! They have great opening times, good room leader and the kids are safe and happy. They provide weekly photos of what they are going, which always brightens your day! The menu is varied and my little ones eat everything and they provide x 2
snacks and 3 meals per day.

Our daughter started a few months ago and I cannot recommend Little Elms Daycare enough! I was quite anxious and emotional about leaving her, but the teachers in her room are just wonderful, so kind and thoughtful they made it a really supportive experience. They proactively updated me during her
first few days to say she was doing well, and are brilliant at updating the app so we can see what she’s been up to. She really loves it there and we enjoy going to pick her up and chatting with the teachers, a lovely place to be!

Our little boy joined only a month ago, always was very shy and nervous around strangers but now has totally come out his shell, loves all the creative play and speech has really improved. Couldn't of asked for more. Also eating way more variety than the chicken nugget diet he insists I feed him!!
All the careers have been so gentle with his nervous energy and update me on everything they know I worry about. Thank you Little Elms Daycare New Beckenham!

We really can’t fault the nursery at all! Our son couldn’t be happier and the staff are so lovely with him. He settled in really quickly and I’m sure this was because of how caring everyone was when he first joined. Great menu choice every day and lots of fun activities. All the staff are warm and
friendly and keep in regular touch about our son with updates throughout the day on the app or direct messages if they need to - fab place for our baby to be! A few staff changes since he’s been there and a few periods of unsettledness but current management is excellent! Garden is probably my least favourite part of the nursery but at least there is some outdoor space and it has lots of fun toys for the kids to play with.
