Bright Horizons Greenwich is a great nursery! My daughter has been going for 2 years. All the staff are very caring, lovely and patient. They provide a safe space for my daughter to learn and explore new things. They organise lots of activities with different themes every week, plus they have
outdoor playtime every day. The management are professional and responsive and go the extra mile.

Our son started at Bright Horizons at 11 and almost five months in, we couldn't be happier. His development has progressed remarkably; he comes home each day with new skills, from holding cutlery properly to washing his hands upon entering the house.
The staff were amazing in helping him settle,
providing support to both him & me. They kept me updated daily with photos & progress reports, showing him playing, participating in activities, & enjoying nursery rhymes. They truly care for parents as much as the children. Each day, they give me a full update on his day & consistently update the app. He greets me with a hug & a smile, showing he's happy. He's making new friends, learning new skills, & the nursery provides ample space for him to run around, which we can't accommodate at home.
I highly recommend Bright Horizons for your childcare needs. The nurturing environment, dedicated staff, & excellent facilities have made a significant positive impact on our son's growth and happiness.

We've had such a wonderful experience with Bright Horizons Greenwich. Our son has been attending since he was 1 year old, and it's been such a comforting place for him (and us!). The staff are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive-they've made the transition into nursery life feel so natural and
supported.
One of the sweetest things is how happy he is at drop-off and how reluctant he is to leave at the end of the day! He especially loves spending time in the garden, and it's clear from the daily updates and photos they send just how much fun he's having. Seeing his big smile in those pictures always makes our day.
We're so grateful to have found a place where he feels safe, happy, and cared for.

I can't say enough good things about the nursery. I had heard positive feedback before my daughter attended and I'm happy with o confirm them first hand. The staff is lovely, caring and supportive. They understand each child's needs and offer a fun safe place for them. Every time I pick my daughter
up I find her laughing and playing, which is so reassuring as a parent to see. It's also great to see how they support her development and how she's learning so many new skills!

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons Greenwich for over a year and she loves it there. The staff run a great balance of free flow play and also structured activities and she has learnt a lot but in a really relaxed and fun way. The nursery management team are also really supportive and helpful.
We have already signed our younger child up to join when they are older.

Caring and loving staff , overall great experience! This is our daughter's fourth year going to BH and we can clearly see her improvement in key communication skills, abilities and development. Welcoming and trustworthy key teachers have also made absolutely difference throughout her years !

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 11 months old. Overall, it's been brilliant and she has learnt key life skills, made great friendships and has really grown in confidence. The staff are very caring and she has been lucky to have had fantastic key workers, particularly in baby
room and again in preschool. We've been particularly impressed recently with how staff in preschool have really been focusing on preparing the children for school - my daughter has come home happily showing us her reading books and letters. We're sad our Bright Horizons Greenwich Day Nursery and Preschool time is coming to an end!

My kid loves going to this nursery. From the first day the staff made their best to make her feel welcome, the settling process was well thought and helped my kid settle in. I feel that they have created a great atmosphere and all the kids look very happy to be there.

Our son is now really enjoying his time in the nursery! The staff were amazing when he first joined and cried a lot, and they helped him overcome this in a few weeks. We always appreciate the detailed feedback we receive every day, as well as the updates on the app (sometimes pictures too). He likes
the food there and is learning new things every week!

We’ve been using the nursery since May 2018 for our two sons. They’ve both had a great time at the nursery, the staff are caring and really get to know the children. The app is great for keeping up to date with what they’re doing. My little one runs in every morning very happily. The little garden
is lovely and they spend lots of time outside having fun.

My son started with Bright Horizons at the end of November and full-time from January this year. To say he loves it would be an understatement - some Sundays he will go and grab his school bag, essentially asking us to take him to nursery! The staff will love your child like they are their own -
knowing he is in safe hands means absolutely everything to us. My husband and I have demanding jobs, so Bright Horizons has been a godsend and given us less to worry about knowing he is being well taken care of (and eating far better than us to boot!!). He has developed so much already during his short stint and we’re excited to see how he continues to learn and develop as time goes on! Highly recommend.

Really excellent nursery. I have sent both my children here and they are totally happy there. The staff genuinely love the kids and are so happy to see them in the mornings, and my daughter loves the staff - always talking about them at home in fact. Lots of great activities, they go to the outdoor
space upstairs every day. Very professional. I found the cost was comparable to other local nurseries, and you get what you pay for.

My daughter has been attending this nursery for nearly 2 years and she absolutely loves it. They have such a wide range of activities for the kids to do on a daily basis. The app keeps me updated regarding what she has eaten, toilet breaks, naps and much more. The staff are super friendly, caring,
creative and helpful. My daughter comes home with a big smile on her face and loves telling us all about her fun-filled day. Our other daughter will be joining in a couple of months I know she will love it just as much. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons, Greenwich.

Our son has been at Bright Horizons Greenwich Day Nursery and Preschool for four months now. He had a rough start as he loved his previous nursery, however, within a couple of weeks he started loving this one as well! He now goes happily every morning which is very comforting to see. Bright Horizons
is much bigger so he gets to interact with many more kids and carers. The progress in his development is great and you can really see that he is a part of a community there. We have also recently started potty training and the team has been extremely supportive which we really appreciate! Given how big this Bright Horizons is they are quite well organised. Especially worth mentioning that there have been no disruptions during the transport strikes and the team managed to accept all the kids on time. Quite impressive. The manager does a good job staying on top of things.

A great place. All staff are very professional and friendly. They provide feedback on a daily basis and are always on top of my kid’s development. My son is clearly happy to go there. He started when he was 8/9 months old and things went smoothly from the very beginning.

Our child has been at Bright Horizons for nearly two years (he is nearly three and started when he was one). We are very impressed by how the staff and management are happy to help us navigate issues and have really helped our child and us adjust since we had a baby a few months ago.
The staff
really care for the children, and we are pleased that our child gets to partake in many fun activities.

Bright Horizons Greenwich gets all the stars from my family! There are lots of great things about Bright Horizons Greenwich, but best of all is the team that took really great care of our shy little girl. Throughout her years at Bright Horizons we were lucky to have excellent team members help our
little girl develop her confidence and feel safe and happy away from home. Credit must also be given to the management, who is excellent at hiring a really warm and capable team. Overall, great facilities and the only nursery in the area that closes a bit later, which is handy when rushing from the office! Our little girl is really going to miss her teachers!

My children have been going to Bright Horizons, Greenwich for over three years now. I've been happy there since the start, but recent changes in management have made a big impact in terms of communication and being very friendly and welcoming. Staff turnover has also reduced and my children always
enjoy their days at nursery.
