Staff are kind and considerate. I feel my baby is safe there and the app is a great way to feel still connected through the day.
Our one was 10 months when she started and the staff were amazing with making her feel safe, she smiles at the staff everytime I drop her off.

We've been going to Pembury nursery since 2020: first with my eldest and now with my 13 months old.
Pembury nursery is just the best, it really is like a second home to my children. The staff is so caring, patient and they are really engaging the children with great activities. It's a real joy to
drop them off and pick them up.
The food is also great. I really do recommend this nursery to everyone!

The nursery has been very nurturing with my child and taught him many life lessons. We are happy with the duty of care that he receives and the way that the nursery stretches his abilities by placing him in different rooms.

Great staff who genuinely care about the kids, varied lunch and teatime menu, decent facilities and outdoor space. Ambitious putting giving the kids a sense of adventure. Our son has been going since he was 1 and he still loves going.

This is a great nursery. My son loves going there every day, the staff is very caring and always in a good mood. They prepare new activities every day, spend a lot of time outside and do a very diverse set of stimulating games like cooking, painting, singing etc. Would recommend to anyone!

LEYF Pembury has been an incredible home for our daughter since she was 6 months old. The staff are loving and dedicated to the children's success, going above and beyond to cater to their growth and development. The building itself is great - not hyper-modern but well-apportioned with ample outdoor
space and a kitchen (all meals are cooked by the nursery chef). The curriculum is very well thought through and the LEYF methodology shines through including in regular staff training and parent engagement sessions. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic nursery. Superb care for the children. It feels like there is always a wide range of interesting and educational stuff for the kids to do. Staff are all charming and helpful. Our daughter runs in every morning, delighted to be there. We feel very lucky to have our daughter in the nursery.

The best thing about this nursery is the lovely staff! They are all amazing and truly care about the children. Everyone is there to offer support even to parents if needed.
I went through a difficult time and everyone was really supportive and sweet always asking me how I was.
The facilities at
the nursery are good and the food they serve is healthy and nourishing.

Highly recommend Pembury Nursery. My son started a year ago and loves it there. Great outdoor play area, I love hearing about the activities he gets up to. The staff are absolute gems, all really lovely and caring.

Our child loves Pembury Nursery!
The staff are excellent and they provide amazing care to the babies and children.
They give parents time at the beginning and end of each session to talk about their child’s progress which really helps new parents like me and my partner.
The building and
facilities are good too.
Overall very happy.

The nursery staff in the room are fine, some are very loving and tender with my child and I really appreciate their affection and patience for the children. They are also friendly to me as a parent and respect the requests I may have. But they are often understaffed and when I turn up in the
morning, sometimes there is no one consistent to give updates to. There are very few outings which is a shame. I also feel I have to dress my child in one outfit that I think might last the day as I feel, due to understaffing, no one has time to change my child’s clothes whether it gets hotter or colder. I have turned up at the end of the day in a heatwave to find my child still in a jumper from the morning. At pick-up time my child is also absolutely filthy, and clothes ruined by activities such as painting, I love these kinds of activities but could they use aprons? I really value messy play but need a warning. Not always easy to give feedback to management as blame is passed on to workers in the room.

My child has recently started at this nursery, and the reception has been excellent so far. The staff and lovely and generally friendly.
The facilities and also nice and welcoming and the staff are super helpful. Looking forward to my child having many positive experiences at Pembury.

Staff at the nursery are warm and supportive and our child is always happy to go. The activities seem varied and effective in helping with the child's development. The building itself is looking tired but the children's areas are kept clean and safe.

Excellent. Wonderful caring staff, low staff turn-over, community feel, supportive of parents and children. Children are happy and engaged with structured learning. Brilliant chef and management. Good facilities.

Both my children have gone to Pembury. I am sure we could have paid more for a nursery but I don't believe they could have had any more love and attention. All of the staff have been fantastic and the children seem to have a great time, the atmosphere is great. We have also become friends with other
parents which has been an unexpected bonus. I would recommend it to anyone, and big thanks to the manager and another member of staff in particular who manage it all so well.

Our son has started in the baby room and the team has gone above and beyond to make sure he settled well and quickly. He’s now really enjoying his time at nursery. We get detailed feedback every day on his progress. The manager is also always available if we need to have more information.

Friendly, caring attentive and kind staff throughout the nursery - our son has been very well looked after and enjoys his time there. Well run and organised with a range of activities for the children.

The teachers go above and beyond. Whereas every day could be similar, merely recycling the same toys and safe learning space, they schedule a wide variety of activities inside and outside the nursery which clearly require immense care and planning. This environment has enabled my son to cultivate
his first relationships separate from us. These relationships are a massive source of love and excitement in his life.

Generally very pleased with the care my son has been given at Pembury. The staff are lovely, warm and friendly and I feel like my son is being cared for well. The app is really helpful and it’s reassuring to get the updates and pictures to find out what my son has been getting up to. However, there
are often days when the only notification is a nappy change - it’s really useful to know nap times and what he’s eaten throughout the day. Although the team do always make time to provide updates at the end of the day if asked. The events that you run are a really lovely touch - the team obviously puts a lot of effort into arranging things like sports days and they are a great way to connect with other parents at the nursery and to get to know staff members better. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.
