Overall just an extremely good service
Always happy to help with any issues out of nursery, helped a lot with potty training and eating issues.
Staff are always friendly and happy to help with anything needed.
My son loved going to nursery and my daughter loves it even more now never had any issues
in the 9 years I've been involved with the staff owners and nursery all round.

I can not recommend Appy Little Plums enough. My daughter who is 2 next month is absolutely thriving, my 2 older sons also went to Appy Plums nursery then continuedto attend the after school club for years too.
This is the most caring, inspirational nursery. I love how much outdoor learning and
calming experiences they provide including walks to the park, local library, yoga sessions, bubbly foot spas.
The managers are amazing, Vicky and Dave go above and beyond, as do all the staff. They have looked after my children as if they are their own.
I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for childcare and im so lucky my children have been able to learn and grow in such a wonderful environment!

We couldn't be happier with Appy Little Plums. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to the children's wellbeing and development. From the moment my granddaughter started in toddlers, the team made her parents and myself feel welcome and reassured, creating a warm and
nurturing environment that feels like a second home.
The activities provided each day are engaging, educational, and have helped my granddaughter grow in confidence and independence. Communication at pick up times is excellent, and it's lovely to see regular updates on the nursery page and hear about what she has been learning and enjoying, especially their nature walks. We're so grateful to have such a wonderful nursery supporting her learning.
It's clear that the staff genuinely care about every child and work hard to create a safe, happy, and stimulating environment. We would highly recommend Appy Little Plums Day Nursery to any family looking for a caring and professional childcare setting.

My son has been at this nursery for over 3 years, from the first time visiting I knew this was the right setting for us. I have always been confident that my son has been in the best hands and that the care and compassion for the children is priority. I hope our chosen primary school is half as
good as this nursery, I couldn't recommend it enough.

Appy Little Plums is such a fantastic nursery, my little boy has been attending since March 2023 after having to pull him out of another nursery.
The staff are incredible, they all love and care for the children like their own and their is a proper family feel. There had been times when I've not
been feeling the greatest and have turned up in tears and the owner take the time to listen to me and ensures she can help in anyway.
The establishment is very clean and welcoming, I remember the first time I walked around with my little boy I actually cried because of how amazing the space is.
I couldn't be happier with how much my little boy has learned since attending this nursery and the most important aspect is that they are incredibly supportive to the children and the families.
I will be sad come September when my little boy starts school but I know that he will be ready because the staff have helped support him through all of his transitions.

After a previously negative experience at another setting, we were naturally anxious about transitioning our son, into a new nursery. However, from the moment we stepped through the doors here, those fears completely vanished.
The difference has been night and day. Every single member of the staff
has been fantastic-they are professional, incredibly warm, and clearly dedicated to the children in their care. They took the time to understand my sons individual needs and helped him settle in with such patience and kindness.
Since joining, my son has been coming on leaps and bounds holistically. It's not just about his academic milestones; we've seen a huge boost in his social confidence, his emotional well-being, and his overall happiness. He practically runs through the door in the mornings, which speaks volumes.
If you are looking for a nursery that prioritises both development and genuine care, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Incredible nursery. Every single aspect from the staff, food, learning and the setting is amazing. I'm so happy to send my boy here, I have no doubts at all he is in the best nursery. There is nothing they could do better, they really do care.

I'm really disappointed with this nursery. When we visited in May, we were told my two-year-old would start in the Toddler Room, but come September she was placed straight in Pre-school without any warning. I've been asking for over a month who her Key Person is, and still no answer. She often comes
home upset, sometimes even with her face or mouth unwashed. The lack of communication and care has completely destroyed my confidence in this nursery.

My son has just finished after 2 years, before starting reception in sept. He's absolutely loved every minute of his time at plums. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming and I would 100% recommend this nursery to friends and family.

Incredible nursery. This nursery is everything you can ask for, the standards portrayed throughout all aspects are spot on. I love the atmosphere inside the place, both within the building and the outdoor play. Staff are really informative with their day-to-day development and what they have learnt
throughout the day.
The management is top-quality too, each and every staff member should be proud of themselves!
I could not ask for anything more from this nursery.

Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. The manager and all the staff go beyond! My son started with hardly any speech, scared of other children, and now he speaks full sentences, and he’s learnt so much! This nursery is the best! I 100% recommend.

My son started here not so long after they opened. When I first went to look around you could feel the warmth in the place. I knew then that was the place I wanted my son to start his early years. He has grown so much since attending I couldn't have asked for a better setting and better staffing
team, they really are amazing.
They are really informative and supportive of not only your child but yourself. The love they have shown my son has been unconditional. Management are there getting involved at all steps and know each child individually, they deserve all the credit they make the place as well as the staff.
