The staff are incredibly professional, caring and kind. The rooms are spacious and very clean with plenty of toys for the children to play with. There is a nice little sheltered outdoor area where the children play every day. My only criticism would be that the children are not taken outside of the nursery to a larger play area. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for one for their child.

Staff are incredibly caring towards the children and we love how they keep us regularly updated each day with pictures. The facilities are secure, clean and well-maintained. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

As a mom of a 16-month-old son, I am very happy with our experience at Bright Horizons Heron Quays. From the moment we walked through the doors, I felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly nurturing and attentive, always eager to engage with kids. The daily activities include sensory play, music, and outdoor activities. The staff is dedicated and provide a safe environment where my son can explore and learn at his own pace. What I appreciate most is that the nursery management team is always available and ready to discuss any matters or concerns with parents. Communication with parents is excellent, especially through the app. I receive daily updates about his activities and progress, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend Bright Horizons Heron Quays to any parent looking for a loving and enriching place for their little ones!

Our daughter started going to Bright horizon full time when she was 1 year old. She settled in very well thanks to the loving and caring staff in nursery. She is now in preschool and loves to go nursery every morning and is welcomed with a smile. She specifically looks forward to meeting her key person everyday. She has been her key person she was in baby room and we are so happy to have her in preschool with our daughter now. There have been so many welcoming changes in the nursery with the new management. We particularly love the idea of having a sensory room/ Library room, theatre bug, weekly show and tell (specific to preschool). Overall we are having a wonderful experience with this nursery.

We are very happy with Bright Horizons Heron Quays Day Nursery and Preschool. Our 15-month-old has settled in really well. We sent him there when he was 10 months old and have seen how the nursery staff are genuinely engaged with the children and care about their development and well-being.

My son was here a few times on back up care. He was supported brilliantly. My son has autism, the staff were amazing and help with communication by showing cards and gestures or object of reference. My son enjoyed his day here on back up days and the fun activities set out. He really enjoyed the food at lunchtime and tea time, and he also loved garden time especially the slide.

Excellent nursery with great staff who are so attentive to us, as parents, and of course to our baby too. Our son has been with the nursery since January and we’ve all had a fantastic experience so far. Thanks to all the team at Bright Horizons Heron Quays Day Nursery and Preschool.

It has been a wonderful experience for my son to attend this nursery for almost 11 hours a day, five days a week. He loves being there and the team takes great care of his physical and emotional needs. On weekends, he even misses his friends and caregivers. The range of activities available is amazing. My son has learned so much and we love seeing his daily pictures and updates to know that he is happy and enjoying his time. Even while I'm at work, I have access to all the updates I need. The food served in the nursery is excellent and my son enjoys almost all of his meals. He has now developed a taste for a variety of foods.

We highly recommend Bright Horizons Heron Quays! All the staff are great and our key person is amazing! Our son has bonded really well with his key person and others in the baby room. They take really good care of him, even when he’s grumpy teething! We get really good updates with photos every day. We like how they do different activities with various themes which helps with his learning. Observations are logged by our key worker so we can see his progress as he develops his skills and thinking. He gets a good variety of different food at the nursery including fruits. We really enjoy the special activities the nursery does for parents eg for Mother’s Day I get to go into the nursery and do arts and crafts to celebrate with my son. Our son runs happily into the nursery room every morning - it’s great knowing he’s excited for the day ahead.

We’ve been really pleased to have chosen Bright Horizons Heron Quays, our son has settled in well and seems to have really bonded with all the staff and his key workers, who are wonderful. Each morning he happily walks into the nursery room which has been such a relief for us parents. Based on our experience so far I’d highly recommend this nursery.

All of the staff are excellent with our daughter, she was welcomed from the first day and the staff went above and beyond to help her settle in, even though she was taking a couple of naps a day when other children were in a different schedule. The staff are always available to speak and update on her progress whenever needed. As a parent, it makes it so much easier knowing your child is well taken care of and happy when you leave them in the nursery. Thank Bright Horizons Heron Quays for all the good work you do every day!

We are very pleased with our choice of nursery. The staff is amazing and we couldn't be happier regarding our son's key person. We receive daily qualitative feedback about what he is doing, learning, experimenting etc.

As a parent, it is always nerve-wracking to leave your child in a new place with strangers and we were no different, but the nursery staff at Bright Horizons, Heron Quays made us feel comfortable and our child at home from day one. They have been very forthcoming, supportive and flexible in ensuring the nursery provides the best support, care, learning and an enjoyable experience for our child in our absence. We would like to thank the manager and the entire staff in Baby room 1 (special thanks to three members of staff in particular), for their continued support and help in ensuring our daughter settles down well and enjoys her time in the nursery. We are truly grateful for that.

My son has been going to Heron Quays for just over five months now and he loves it. It is a lovely nursery and he is very well taken care of. He is learning so much. I am very happy with his development and communication skills. The staff are amazing, friendly, caring, patient and truly care for the well-being of the children. The staff posts updates on food, naps and activities and pictures on their app throughout the day, which is really nice. Really lovely to see what your child is up to during the day. I could not be happier. I highly recommend this nursery!

I was recommended this nursery by my friends and relatives, and what a fantastic journey it has been for my little one so far. It's been only 3 months and I have seen the transition from my baby crying her heart out when I left her at the nursery to a day where she waves me goodbye as she leaves. The entire crew from baby room 1 has made this day possible which felt impossible during the first couple of weeks. Couldn't have made a better choice for my little one! What I absolutely love is the frequent updates on my child's nutrition and development. Apart from weekly round ups with lovely summaries and pictures of all their activities, it is important to me to know her daily routine life including nap times and meals and a thorough exercise is done each day. Would like to thank each and every staff member for ensuring the well being of my child! Would highly recommend this place for your little one.

Chosen for its great location, outdoor play area and the personal feedback from friends and acquaintances, the nursery has proven itself to us. My daughter has been going to them for over a year and a half and is very happy. We love the updates from the nursery, which includes both verbal descriptions at the end of the day and the lively pictures in their app. The staff really do care for the well-being and development of the kids and work jointly with parents to ensure their child is happy and progressive! The best experience for us has been the baby-room, with the team. They are a fantastic team and never miss a beat. I genuinely believe, my kids, above average development, has been due to their tireless efforts. In the toddler room, I am very happy with one member of staff in particular, who is very caring, loving and focused on making sure the kids have a great time together.
