My son has thrived at Old Windsor Day Nursery. His communication and social skills have bloomed during his time at the nursery. The staff are all lovely, and my son loves to be there. The only negative is the price. OWD Nursery is quite a bit more expensive than other nurseries nearby. Amazing
nursery, would be perfect if just slightly cheaper.

The nursery has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with genuinely caring staff. Our son is happy there and is developing well. We're kept well informed with regular updates, and he often comes home with lovely, thoughtfully made drawings and activities. He certainly enjoys the food, and the app is
excellent, it gives us clear visibility of his day. Overall, it's a friendly, supportive environment and we've been pleased with our experience

I have been exceptionally happy with this nursery and my son's overall experience here.

I am very satisfied with the nursery. My daughter is 15 months old, and since has started the nursery, I have seen lots of improvement in her development. She is full-time and the staff is taking care of her and she is very happy when i pick her up. Every morning, she looks forward to going to
nursery. The nursery is very clean and providing variety of food. I really recommend it as a nursery.

I would highly recommend Little Garden The Old Windsor Day Nursery & Pre-School. All of the team are lovely, and I feel my child is always very well looked after. He always has a smile on his face coming in the door. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Lovely nursery, we are very happy with the level of care that our daughter receives. Lovely staff updates throughout the day. If she has a hard day, we are informed, so we make it better the next day. We are informed of what food she's eaten and what activities she's done that day. She's changed
when dirty and never had an issue with dirty clothing etc. Well-kept nursery, plenty of space. Always seems happy when I pick her up.

My daughter started with the team at Little Garden The Old Windsor Day Nursery & Pre-School when she was just 11 months old, and we are so happy with her care and development that we have already registered and enrolled our son for May 2026. Our daughter can't get to nursery quickly enough each day.
She loves her peers, carers and daily activities. Her language, communication and physical development have been incredibly nurtured. We have been hugely supported when a family emergency arose last year, and I will be forever grateful for the wrap-around care we received. A wonderful place for children and infants to develop and grow.

Our child has been at the Little Garden The Old Windsor Day Nursery & Pre-School for 7 months now. They were brilliant when it came to settling in and really flexible, as our child took a little while to settle in. The updates on the app are a great way to see what our child is doing throughout the
day.
The outdoor space is great, and Music Melody every week is a wonderful way of providing a musical activity for the children.
We're very happy with the nursery and the level of care that our child is receiving.

My daughter started at this nursery around 10 months of age when my maternity leave ended. We have watched her thrive attending 3 days a week. She has made friends and has lovely bonds with staff members. She is always happy to attend and I drop her off knowing she is in safe hands and will have a
great day playing and learning with her friends. Staff are very approachable and kind. I'm so pleased with our choice of nursery, even though it was the furthest distance from home and the most expensive that we viewed I feel it is definitely worth the money for the benefits it provides my daughter and our care needs as a family

Our daughter has been at the nursery since March 2023 when I went back to work after maternity leave. She has thrived in the nursery and has been supported to develop during her time there. She is always happy to be dropped off and has a great time with her friends. I trust the staff to look after
her and they report any incidents in a timely way.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The staff have been amazing, always super friendly, helpful and supportive, not only to both my daughters but to me aswell.
Very well run.
Any questions are instantly addressed.
They have both grown in confidence so much and learnt so much.
The staff truly care about the girls, I can see
this through the amazing bond they have. The staff's consistency goes above and beyond.
I can't wait for my youngest to start here as I know he will do so well.

Our little boy has been at the nursery since he was 13 months old and is now 2 1/2. Our overall experience has been absolutely great with particular credit going to all the staff who always show enthusiasm, are super friendly, and most importantly show genuine care for our little boy.
Our son
enjoys himself so much, that he often doesn't want to come home and I have seen him flourish in all sorts of ways, learning new things, communicating strongly, and making bonds with other children and key staff members.
Management and specifically, overall communication between the nursery and parents is also good and is an area I have seen get even better in the last 6 months or so with the manager at the help.
Overall a great experience and would recommend it.

I have sent both of my children to The Old Windsor Nursery and Pre-School from under 1 year old right through to leaving for school and I have been delighted with the experience. My children have thrived, been exceptionally well looked after at every stage and see the carers as part of their family.
The nursery has exceptional facilities, a brilliant chef and carers who genuinely care and know the children. I couldn't recommend more and I will be very sad when my daughter leaves and the journey of over.

I have two children here - a 3-year-old and a 9-month-old (due to start in July).
Our son just loves it here - it's an incredibly positive space, with a really balanced approach across the board. Varied activities for stimulation (our son loves the French lessons!) and a really generous outdoor
space. Lots of friendships made with the social interaction being invaluable to their learning.
Logistics-wise - dropoff and pick-ups are easy as the car park is generous, I know this is problematic at other daycares. The management team and staff have a really strong dynamic, feels like a safe pair of hands in all rooms and an approach that isn't just 'babysitting'. Thoroughly recommend here, and applaud the current team for creating such a great place during such an important period of their little lives.

Being new to the nursery, I cannot fault it. The staff go above and beyond to make sure not only the children feel okay, but that you, the parent, are reassured in every step of this journey. My daughter is really enjoying her time there, so much so, she cries when we pick her up! The meals made are
all fresh and tailored to your child at whatever point they are in their feeding stage.
The app they have is fantastic, it notifies you of what they've had to eat and how much, when they've slept and how long and their nappy changes.
I cannot recommend this nursery enough, we are very pleased and feel a massive weight off my shoulders that I chose the right nursery for my daughter.

Our experience has been nothing but great since we miraculously found a space in Little Garden at incredibly short notice! Everyone here is so professional, caring, accommodating and enthusiastic! We love our key workers and all the staff looking after our little one. We love that there are so many
different activities and learning opportunities on offer. Both the inside and the outside facilities are wonderful, the latter a personal favourite of our little one. We come in and leave with a smile each day!

Our little boy joined The Old Windsor nursery in April this year. He has settled in brilliantly thanks to all the staff and he absolutely loves his mornings at nursery. He also recently moved up to the older class with no problems at all. All the staff at the nursery make transitions and changes
gradual and stress-free.
I am so glad we chose this nursery, we will be sad when he has to leave to start school, but we can't thank the team enough for giving him such a great start to his learning and educational journey.

Both our children have been to Old Windsor Day Nursery and we had no hesitation in enrolling our daughter after our son's experience. The staff are caring and attentive and communicate consistently and well with us as parents. Many of them live locally and are always happy to say hello and have a
chat if we bump into them outside of working hours.
The food is very good and has recently been improved with the addition of a new chef who seems very adept at getting the children to try a wide range of options which has helped us immensely spans their horizons at home as well.
The rooms are clean with a good range of equipment and the garden is a lovely space which they all seem to enjoy.

I have been really pleased with The Old Windsor Day Nursery, they have really helped my daughter boost her confidence and turn her into the little madam that she is. She really enjoys her days there and talks about them in such excitement. I am really pleased I chose this nursery for my daughter, it
was highly recommended by several people and I have also recommended it further to friends and family. The staff are absolutely wonderful and very supportive. The only one small concern I have is previously they used to give out daily sheets with a food log and now everything is on an app. The app is a great idea and is easy to use, however, it does not clearly state what she has eaten throughout the day. The manual sheets were more in-depth and they helped with understanding her likes and dislikes too. Children can be very fussy eaters so with the actual food log it would help me create new and different dishes. Apart from this, the nursery is absolutely fantastic!
