I would like to say how amazing the nursery manager, Candice, is. She is very professional, caring, and always goes above and beyond. You can see how dedicated she is to the children and the nursery every single day. Candice is a real asset to the company.
Honestly, if it wasn't for her, I would
not have felt comfortable leaving my child there for such a long time. She gives me complete peace of mind and always makes time to listen and help. I'm very grateful for everything she does.

Lovely nursery for begging in life for out little one, staff is very caring and kids there are learning new things on daily basis, we're very grateful for the care that staff carries for our little one. She's always very happy in the mornings when we attend nursery!

Our son started at Bright Star (Kilburn) two days a week last November. The staff are so warm and kind and we are particularly grateful to everyone in the nursery room for caring for him in the early months as he has adjusted to being at nursery. Since starting, our son comes home singing songs and
his ABC. The staff also helped to nurture his social skills. We saw the impact of this at the park when our son saw another child from Bright Star and was so happy playing with his ‘nursery friend’. They do arts and crafts, grow things and have even watched ducklings hatch from eggs! There is outside space for the children to play and I feel confident that he is in safe and nurturing hands. The manager sends out newsletters to parents and is very responsive. We met our son’s keyworker for our first parents' evening and saw photos and comments about our son’s development which was wonderful. We have recommended the nursery to other parents and are happy to have found Bright Star for our family.

My youngest has been attending Bright Star Day Nursery (Kilburn branch) for almost 2 years now and loves it. All the ladies at Bright Star are wonderful caregivers, friendly, loving and nurturing. Management are amazing and always happy to help, talk or listen to concerns. The curriculum taught at
the nursery is very comprehensive and I've seen such wonderful development in my child over the past months. The facilities and nursery itself are lovely, with lots of space for the children to explore, learn and play. Monthly newsletters are sent out which are always informative and a nice insight into what's going on and what there is to look forward to. My firstborn attended the nursery when he was a baby and continued till preschool - he enjoyed his time there immensely and was the main reason I had no doubts to enrol my youngest there too when the time came. I have total peace of mind my son is looked after and cared for in a safe, educational and caring environment. I highly recommend.

My son used to love going to Bright Star and we are still in touch with other kids (and parents) from his time. We had a bad experience before that, and Bright Star Day Nursery gave him his confidence back. My daughter is now going and seems to have integrated pretty quickly. When I drop her in the
morning, she is not looking back. Lovely people and everybody is very caring. The fact that the nursery is open from 7 to 7 and 51 weeks a year is also very helpful as we have no other support.

My son started in September 2023 at age 11 months, he loves it here, we felt happy that we were leaving him in good hands.
The staff are very friendly and supportive.
I can tell my son enjoys his time at Bright Star he seems to be learning well, and is always happy!
The outdoor space is perfect!

My daughter loves attending the nursery! The staff is very friendly and has supported and encouraged her development. I just wish they included more veggies and protein in their meals. Apart from that, I can only say good things about it.

Bright Star Day Nursery has been providing an excellent service since we first took our first baby to the nursery six years ago. They were caring, understanding and very helpful. We felt assured our baby was in good hands. Three babies down the line, they are still the best nursery that could help
with providing childcare for our babies. The staff are very friendly, and the management is approachable and definitely goes far and beyond the usual business, and that means a lot to us.

My son loves going to bright star and my daughter loved going to bright star.

We are delighted with the nursery.
Our daughter thoroughly enjoys her time at Kilburn Bright Star Day Nursery. She appears to be learning well and progressing fast.
All staff are lovely - caring, supportive and always positive.
The facilities could be upgraded/renovated but besides that the place
is perfect!

I feel so reassured that my children are in safe hands looked after by amazing caring staff who take so much pride and joy in their job. Both my children are thriving in this place and it's such good value for money.

Our son has attended the nursery since he was 10-months-old and he absolutely loves it. The staff have always been warm and welcoming which I believe has given him the confidence to develop, get involved, make friends and thrive. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to all.

Registered my son last September and he absolutely loves going to the nursery. I find the staff friendly and helpful. Emails from the nursery regarding newsletters and events are also very helpful for me, as I don't usually have time in the morning or evening to gather this information. I have had
my son at another nursery, and I find I was missing out on a lot of what was going on.
I would recommend this nursery to parents.

Since joining the Nursery my grandson has developed in so many ways. He is more confident and balanced and looks forward to going into nursery everyday. The staff and management are both warm, supportive and nurturing.
My experience of the Nursery has been fantastic so far and we would definitely
recommend to others.

I don't usually leave comments as I am a busy single parent of a very active son. My son goes to this nursery and he absolutely loves it. He started there at 6 months and as a single parent, the nursery has supported me so much with his growth and development. I am so pleased with my decision.
I was very concerned as to where I would find suitable childcare for him so I could return to work. He is very happy there and cared for. The rooms are big and the staff is lovely. I have visited many day nurseries before and after my son's birth, they are all different etc. So it's quite difficult at the beginning.
I am happy I have chosen this one and I'm looking forward to seeing my son in his new preschool uniform in September.

We are delighted with the nursery.
