My Daughter is always looking forward to her nursery days she's always excited and happy.. I just want to thank all the lovely teachers for their hard work and patience.. My daughter can identify colours and shapes lately her speech are becoming very clear. I'm always at peace knowing my daughter is
in safe hands.

Excellent staff they have helped my son through thick and thin especially the manager is outstanding i can't fault her she is one in a million my son loves nursery even though he's climbing all over and crawling all over you need your eyes in the back of your head

This nursery hasn't let me or my son down once since he started there's was a few tears at the beginning but because the staff have been amazing with him he now goes in with a smile I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for a trust worthy nursery for there little ones

Always brilliant, friendly and professional, daughter loves coming here. She attends before and after school and always enjoys the activities and meals. We are kept up to date and informed. Has been brilliant.

My son has recently started after school club there, all the staff are helpful and lovely. My son loves it there that much that he has asked for me to pick him up later and later each day because he likes it there so much and wants to stay later. Thankyou so much for making him feel welcome! I've
worked in nurseries for years so I understand that if my son wants to stay later each day shows that the staff and the nursery its self is amazing.

Amazing professional staff with great communication in the perfect setting for our son at Charlestown brighter beginnings. As soon as we attended our first visit we had a great feeling about this nursery, being a first time mum nervous leaving our son the staff helped our son to settle in without
rushing anything and he is now thriving nearly 2 years later and loves his nursery as do we. The staff truly put time and effort in to getting to know your child and work so hard. The little extra details and fun days really go along way to make us parents feel included too. Thankyou so much to everyone you are all amazing and I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Thankyou :)

Both my children have enjoyed "Summer Camp". They are happy when I drop them off in the morning and always want to stay longer when I pick them up. They have made friends and i feel that the staff go above and beyond taking care and playing with my children. I've recommend this nursery and hope

My toddler started at Nursery in September 2024 I was nervous and very particular what nursery my child should go to , by far the best Nursery for my child. The staffs are amazing, confident in their jobs friendly and great with kids , great communication and very professional.My toddler has
developed so much from social interaction, learning and many more it's all because the amazing great work staff are doing. All the staffs at the nursery are amazing , I definitely recommend this Nursery to anyone , friends and family looking for Best Nursery in Manchester especially around North Manchester area. The love and care my child get put me at ease to know that my child in a good hands. Both of my children attends/attended this nursery, and it truly felt like the second-best place for them to be after home. The bond they shared with their keyworkers was incredible-each keyworker showed genuine care, understanding, and dedication to their individual needs.
It was so reassuring to
know that I leave them in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made a lasting impact, and I couldn't have asked for better care for my little ones.
I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a place where their child can feel supported, loved, and valued.

I love the nursery and so does my son. The staff are lovely, always helpful and offered support and advice where we've needed it. My son particularly loves forest school, he's always excited to tell me what they've been up to. He's well behaved, well mannered and great at communicating, and the
nursery definitely has had a big part to play in that. I know we'll both be sad when it's his time to leave, I just hope there will be space for my new little one to start when the time comes.

Amazing caring staff who support you with the transition of your little one going into the nursery. My little boy absolutely loves coming to Charlestown brighter beginnings. The activities are always stimulating for his age, he has lots of stay and plays and is always so gently cared for. I honestly
cannot thank the amazing staff in the rainbow room for making my little boy so happy and content while away from me. The management is always very hands-on and fully involved, communication is fantastic and you're always made feel very welcome. The food and snacks are very nutritious and again something he fully enjoys. I would highly recommend it to family and friends. Thank you all deeply for looking after my son.

Both my kids attended Brighter Beginnings Day Nursery from baby (7 months old) until now. The standards, staffing and overall care to my children are outstanding. I can’t fault the care and support they give to my kids. The level of service provided, not just to the pupils but also the caregiver or
parent, is definitely outstanding, where there is any issue, this gets addressed immediately when communicated to the right authority in the school. I feel very confident, comfortable or at peace leaving my child knowing they are definitely being looked after properly.

My son has attended this nursery since last august 2021 and he has come on in so many ways from feeding himself to playing, his speech to understanding and it’s all down to the staff at Brighter Beginnings! Especially my son's key worker who I can not thank her enough! The staff are always there to
help if I need questions answered and the kitchen staff are always very pleasant as well when you see them. Overall I do not think I can find a fault with this nursery and would highly recommend.

My daughter has been there a month and a half and my daughter loves the nursery and staff and her friends. It is a really nice welcoming nursery and they are very polite, my daughter has come along so much since being at the nursery, they tell you all about your child’s day and her progress so I am

My daughter started Brighter Beginnings Charlestown in September last year during the pandemic. I can honestly say this nursery/the staff has been the best experience for me and my daughter. I had questions/doubts, doesn't every parent or guardian. I can assure you now Brighter Beginnings
Charlestown were/is excellent. At first, my daughter screamed clung to me to the point I was crying walking out feeling bad. Raindrop staff comforted her when needed reassuring her that mummy was picking her up. Within a couple of weeks that felt like forever for me she just one day didn't even look back at me just ran in as she says with her besties. She has good relationships with the staff in raindrop she has come on leaps and bounds. If you have questions or need advice the staff are more than happy to help. As a parent, they gave me the reassurance I needed to know that she was safe and that she was enjoying herself. I could say so much more just not enough space. Thank you for being a part of our journey.

My daughter started here in January in the raindrops room and was very upset and didn't settle very well, the teachers were lovely and very patient with her, a few weeks later we all saw a massive improvement. She went in with no crying, started speaking a lot more and began playing with the
children, now she comes home every day talking about the stuff she has being doing and always talks about one member of staff! She loves getting up in the morning and going to nursery now. It's a brilliant nursery, all the staff are lovely and make you feel very welcomed. I've also put my little boys name down to start in January! I would definitely recommend this nursery to everyone.

Being a new mum I was very nervous about my child going to nursery, however the staff made me feel at ease, they supported me and my son whilst he settled into the baby room and I started back at work. He loves going to nursery and enjoys all the fun exciting activities they provide in the baby
room. The staff are very approachable and I am given a good hand over of an evening with how he has been and what he got up to that day. I love how I can take his learning journey home when ever I ask, to share this with other family members. My son has developed so much whilst he has been in nursery and I can see that his next steps in learning are being followed and that he is well cared for.

My grandson attends the after school club and holiday club and since September 2020 it has been well run, plenty of activities for the children to do, trips out, spa afternoon, my grandson has really enjoyed going, he has made lots of friends and it is a big help to me knowing that he is happy
playing with his friends and doing lots of activities with the ladies in charge. Well done ladies and thank you so much.

I just want to say how amazing the staff have been in the raindrop room settling in my son, he was so scared at the start, cried even mentioning nursery but they took their time to make him feel welcome and safe. Today is only his second full day after settling and he ran in, knocking on the doors
shouting his key worker. They have also made me feel secure about leaving my son there, I was an emotional wreck at first, to the point I was contemplating on leaving him, now I couldn’t ask for a better nursery to have my boy! Thank you.

Both my children have been and one is currently in breakfast club and after school club and in over the past 6 years I have never had any complaints. The staff are friendly and helpful, they keep my children entertained and happy with the hours they have them. Both my children enjoy the club and I
have a peace of mind that they have happy but mostly importantly safe within the club and with the staff. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
