We are now in our second year at Stonelaw Preschool and we couldn't be happier. The staff are incredibly caring, supportive and professional - you can truly see how much they enjoy working with the children. The activities are always thoughtful, creative and fun, helping the kids learn through play every single day. The best sign of quality for me is my son himself - he absolutely loves coming here and is always disappointed when it's the weekend and there's no nursery! Seeing how confident, happy and excited he is to go in each morning means the world to us. We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful place and honestly couldn't imagine a better environment for our child.

Since starting at Stonelaw Preschool, I have noticed a real difference in how my child plays and imagines. The staff know all of the children, and the activities and outings are excellent. I know and trust that my child will have a great day at nursery, and come home full of stories about what they have been up to.

Stonelaw Preschool has been our first choice for our 2nd son from the very beginning. My eldest also went here 10 years ago. To say that we are utterly happy with the service is an understatement. The ladies that run the nursery are the best in their profession. The love and understanding both boys have recieved brings my family joy daily. My eldest still is friends with the same preschool friends at high school, which is special. The boys found resilience passion laughter and determine mindsets that is supporting their learnings everyday. The nursery offers a widespread of curriculum led tasks and learnings that the kids dont even realise they are getting taught. This shows how great the place truly is. Well Done Stonelaw preschool.

After viewing a few nurseries Stonelaw was clearly the best choice for us. My son settled so easily into nursery when he turned 3. The staff are fantastic and being a small nursery you really feel the staff know all the children very well and there is a lovely bond between the staff and amongst the children themselves. Communication is fantastic. They use an app which is updated daily. My son loves going to nursery. He has learned and developed so much and the nursery is an active part of the community. They are always out and about. I cannot recommend the nursery enough to parents in the area.

My daughter has achieved more mile stones with help and support of her nursery teachers . Her confidence has grown as well as her speech . Amazing staff here you can clearly see that they love what they do and you see results with children .

We’re in the process of settling our son at Stonelaw Preschool. The welcome we’ve received has been wonderful. The staff could not be more lovely, they’re all so attentive, professional and kind. They’ve been so helpful in tailoring our little ones’ experience to suit his needs and to accommodate us as a family. Nothing’s too much trouble for them, and this is such a help during an anxious transition for our son and also for us! The setting has a wide variety of activities for the kids to enjoy and the environment is safe and intimate which is lovely, as the kids receive a level of one-to-one support which wouldn’t be possible in larger, busier settings. The communication is excellent, and we’ve been surprised and delighted at all the feedback we receive on how he’s progressing. We’re really looking forward to working with Stonelaw Preschool to make his experience the best it can be. I’d highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a high standard of care for their wee one(s).

My daughter has just finished nursery to go into the big school and loved this nursery and staff are very helpful and friendly. Also liked the idea of the app to see what your little one has been up to at nursery.

After visiting a bunch of other nurseries we decided to pick Stonelaw Preschool for our daughter. Honestly, it was a no-brainer. It just felt right. The staff really go out of their way to make kids and parents feel welcomed and comfortable. Our daughter loves going here. She has developed so much and in such a great way. She has so much fun and learns so much. It feels like a really safe place. The staff are brilliant. The kids do lots of outings out in the community - library, old folks home, community garden - that they get so much from. Can’t recommend it enough.

My daughter has been attending Stonelaw Preschool since January 2023 and loves it! The staff are so friendly and welcoming and get to know each child to support their individual needs. The children have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of activities within the nursery and the local community. The small number of children and lovely staff gives the nursery a family feel and my daughter feels safe and secure there. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My daughter recently finished two years at Stonelaw Preschool and she absolutely adored it. The staff are so caring and attentive. The fact it’s a small nursery means they can give each child a personal level of care that you can’t get in a large nursery. It has a real feeling of home from home. The level of staff expertise, consistency and experience is rare to find in a nursery in my opinion. The kids are involved in many activities in the community including charity work and care home visits. My daughter is really going to miss everyone there.

My daughter went to this preschool shy and anxious, but she left full of confidence and ready for school, I have the staff to thank for that. The communication is great through the app, which is always reassuring. There is a lot of out door play and activities, which my daughter loved, but also nice quiet cosy corners for them to relax and do activities with their key worker, can't recommend Stonelaw Preschool enough.

My daughter will be finishing at Stonelaw this June. She has had the most wonderful experience and has loved every minute. I have sent all three of my children to Stonelaw Pre School. The staff are friendly and attentive. The nursery has a very welcoming and encouraging environment, and I couldn’t recommend it enough.
