We couldn't be happier with the care our son receives in the baby room. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly welcoming kind and caring
He absolutely loves going and is always greeted with smiling faces. It's so reassuring to see how excited he is when he arrives and how happy
and content he is when we pick him up. The team clearly puts so much thought into creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for the babies.
We've noticed such positive development in his confidence, social skills, and curiosity since starting. The activities are engaging and age-appropriate, and we really appreciate the regular updates and photos that show us what he's been up to during the day.
Thank you to the wonderful baby room staff for the amazing care and dedication you show every day. We feel very lucky to have found such a special place for our son

Everyone is very friendly and all of the staff get to know you and your child. They listen and remember any quirks and instructions. I feel very at ease leaving her here, the app is great for keeping up to date of what she's up to each day. Food is good. My daughter is very happy x

Overall we have had a good experience of starting at this nursery, the staff are very friendly and caring and it seems like a good place to be. They also take allergies very seriously. The few things that could be better organised are the administration/forms. Also some more communication with how
best to settle our baby into nursery would have been helpful, as my baby was really upset and distressed during the first week and I feel this could have been avoided.

My son has blossomed since starting in August 2023, he adores the staff and they do him. I am informed off his daily activities and what he is learning. I am so thankful for the staff with making our experience with nursery a blessing. Xx

My son started nursery in March 2025 and I have felt so comfortable sending him in ever since. The staff have been so friendly, informative, considerate and understanding of the juggle of being a working mum. The struggle of leaving your child with essentially strangers is really hard but I have
felt so relaxed and reassured which has been a relief!

I love this kindergarten for its warm, friendly, and creative atmosphere. The teachers have such kind hearts - always attentive, patient, and genuinely passionate about each and every child.
As parents, there is nothing more comforting than knowing our daughter is in loving hands.

My son has been coming here since January and is loving it! He has really grown and is starting to really come out of his shell. The staff are so friendly and helpful, his key person is lovely and he has built up such a great relationship with her.

My daughter has been there since 9 months old and she is now in the preschool room. She has loved every day at nursery and has so much fun. The staff there are amazing, always friendly, helpful and caring. The rooms, toys/equipment and outside areas are lovely. Managers are great and always happy to
help. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone with a little one, knowing they are going to be well cared for and safe. They are also great with allergies, medical issues and food handling. It will be sad when she has to leave!

Both of our children have attended Bright Horizons Day Nursery and Pre School, our eldest through a difficult transition with the merging of 2 nurseries which has led to a much-improved environment. We've been really impressed with the commitment of the staff and the care taken to ensure their
well-being and development. They are brilliant at communication and answering any questions at any time. I would recommend the nursery to any parents looking for a place for their child.

Deciding on a nursery to trust with of your young children is very challenging however it became apparent very quickly that we had made the right choice with Bright Horizons Burgess Hill Day Nursery and Preschool. Our son always comes home happy and clearly has a very close bond with his key worker.
Communication is fantastic both through the app - where we receive regular updates, photos and videos - and in person, where it seems any of the staff in the room can tell you everything about his day. We can't fault the nursery at all, and would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a safe place for their children to develop.

My son absolutely loves this nursery. He attended another nursery previously, there was a safeguarding breach, so the manager and staff worked really hard to get him settled really quickly. He instantly bonded with his key worker, I got updates throughout the day on the app, he's so busy with the
staff doing crafts and sensory activities and the food is amazing. I can't fault the nursery, even when he's having a difficult day, his key worker spends hours cuddling him and reading books to resettle and soothe him. He genuinely adores all the staff and compared to his first nursery experience, his time at Bright Horizons Burgess Hill Day Nursery and Preschool has been nothing but positive, I can't thank them enough for making him feel safe and happy.

Lovely nursery, our daughter has been here about two years, she loves it! Always comes home with a bag full of crafts she's made that day, the staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help, we look forward to sending our son here in the new year.

My child started when he was 9 months old his development as a whole has improved so much especially his confidence and communication skills. The whole staff team has done an amazing job keeping his learning and development and his routine consistent even through the merging of 2 nurseries and the
nursery is so beautiful and well equipped I am so lucky to have amazing staff take care of my child, I can’t wait for my second son to attend in July to watch him grow just as much as my oldest son.

I feel very happy with where my son goes to nursery. I feel like the staff have his best interests at heart. It feels like they focus on his development and making sure he is given the focus and attention he needs. The nursey is great at communicating and I’m happy with the level of service

Nice care given to my baby. I feel secure and trusted to leave him in this daycare. My baby is a picky eater and staff assigned to him even feeding in between if he is reluctant to eat. He likes to sit and play with staff more than his fellow friends. If a day option is provided, I would be

This is a really fantastic nursery and both my children are very happy there. The staff are brilliant, warm and welcoming and they make me feel I've left them in safe hands. The building is great, so many incredible toys and enrichment activities. The food is also something we're particularly happy
with - a good variety.

Such a wonderful place to settle my little one during the day. He always tells me how looking forward he wants to go to nursery the next day, even wants to go over the weekend. Staff are super responsible, patient, friendly and caring.

Everything is very nice, friendly staff, I'm so happy my son is also so happy, he is learning so many things, he loves his teachers, his friends, he's so happy when he's going to the nursery.

My son has been here since 2 and a half years old and after he was asked to leave childminders beforehand, due to his behaviour (Autism query), he settled in great when the nursery was two different nurseries. We couldn’t fault the staff. When the nurseries merged my son had a hard time coming to
terms with this due to his key worker leaving.
He settles again quickly and he has found some great friendships here. He does still struggle to go in but this is not a reflection on the nursery, this is him and his anxieties, the staff are always great and go above and beyond for him when he is struggling.
He has had a few different key workers, due to staff changes, but he has always bonded well with them. I give this three stars, not a reflection on the nursery or staff but a reflection on the amount of staff changes that there have been. Also, no judgment to the management team who are so approachable and understanding. The SENCO is amazing and helpful. And our son is really enjoying preschool.

This is a really fantastic nursery and both my children are very happy there. The staff are brilliant, warm and welcoming and they make me feel I've left them in safe hands. The building is great, so many incredible toys and enrichment activities. The food is also something we're particularly happy
