We have found the nursery to be superb, caring and highly competent. Staff are great and really supportive.
We're kept up to date with the app and sent photos of our son's activities.
The nursery were also highly accommodating of a workplace benefit I have to support costs.

Kids planet are continuously thinking of new ideas and ways to educate and engage not just the children but the parents/carers too.
I feel they go above and beyond.
Staff are ALWAYS smiley, welcoming, cheerful, approachable and personalities are just beautiful. They have such a passion for
children and unique in their own ways. They are patient and make you feel like you're listened to. My daughter always runs into nursery and enjoys herself.
They always value feedback and have information tables everywhere in the reception area.
From a safeguarding point of view they keep on top with reminding about usage of phones, shutting the main doors properly and not bringing your child in earlier than your start time. I would recommend the Blackrod branch to anyone.
I do believe you get what you pay for with nurseries.

My child has been attending Kids Planet since she was 1 years old and she has just moved up into the preschool. In each year group she has been in, the staff have been loving. supportive and compassionate. They ensure they are engaged in age appropriate activities and spend lots of time in the
garden. Staff are always really helpful and supportive at each transition point when moving up into the next class can be unsettling, and I have always felt comfortable leaving her in their capable hands.

The staff at the nursery are fantastic. My grandson suffers from febrile convulsions, recently he ended up in hospital due to a convulsion during the night. When he was back in nursery the week after staff continually monitored his temperature throughout the day just to be on the safe side, he was
fine but it just goes to show how staff go the extra mile for the children in their care. My grandson loves coming to nursery and participates in all the fun activities that the staff plan. This is an amazing nursery that puts the children first. Highly recommended, well done to all the staff.

A brilliant, dedicated nursery with the best staff team. My little girl absolutely loves coming to nursery, and feels so loved and settled. You can tell the staff team work so hard and love each of the children who attend. Could not recommend a better nursery!

The nursery is fantastic and had a warm welcoming feel. The staff are brilliant and always welcome my child every morning.
The staff are kind and caring and always give a detailed update about my child's day.
The management team are brilliant and all the children know who they are.

My son has been attending kids planet Blackrod since November 2025 and is absolutely thriving. He is turning into a confident, capable, mobile and vocal little boy who is unafraid to try new things and I can honestly say that the team in the baby room have played an enormous role in this. I would
highly recommend KP to any parents looking at childcare options. I was very anxious about leaving my son and returning to work - I worried about missing things and the negativity around nurseries in the media really didn't help this. However; all of the staff we've interacted with so far have been warm, welcoming, caring, knowledgable, and genuinely seem to love what they do and treasure the children they work with. They are also brilliant at keeping me up to date on my son's development - everything from what he's had for breakfast each day to how he's experienced new activities. Fab setting!

From the minute my baby started at Kidsplanet Blackrod, I knew we'd made the right decision. The nursery is a lovely setting but it's the staff that make this nursery the wonderful place it is. Every single one of them care for your children as if they were your own and go that extra mile supporting
not only the children but you as a parent. My 1st baby has been there since 9 months old and I'm just not ready for him to leave this summer! Every class he's been through have been brilliant with him and given so much support through all the different stages such as toileting, eating, sleeping etc. They've poured so much into getting his confidence up with his speech and I couldn't be more grateful. My 2nd baby also attends now and it's been lovely for him to have the same staff members that our eldest had. It says a lot for this nursery when this type of environment usually has high staff turnover levels that many have been there years and years. Could not recommend any more highly.

I couldnt be happier with the care and support my son has received at this nursery. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely committed to helping him thrive.
My son has SEND and speech and language needs, and the way the nursery has supported
him has been outstanding. They have worked closely with me and with speech and language therapists, putting strategies in place and consistently reinforcing them throughout the day. The progress we've seen in his communication, confidence, and social skills has been amazing, and it's clear that this is down to the nurturing and knowledgeable team around him.
The staff take the time to truly understand each child as an individual. They create a safe, inclusive environment where our son feels comfortable, supported, and happy. Communication with us as parents has always been excellent - we feel listened to and reassured, and we're kept well informed about his development and achievements.

No complaints perfect service and my child loves to go to nursery. Never a tear in her eye. Staff lovely and amazing. Seen a lot of development since she started to attend. She is always doing loads of new activities which are always updated for me to see.

My daughter absolutely loves going to Kids Planet Nursey. She adores the staff who do a fantastic job supporting her with her learning and development.
As a parent I have found the manager and the staff team to be very supportive and helpful with any inquiries I have made.

My daughter has recently started KP blackrod.
I was so nervous about leaving her as I hadn't really done it! The whole team - management and practitioners were incredible. From reassurance, to sending pictures on the app. Making a nervous mummy really feel at ease!
From the setting in
sessions, the baby room team were amazing. Going through all the paper work & explaining how the day usually goes, what I need to pack, key worker (what a key workers is) & everything else in between .
The care they give is out of the world.
My daughter had been upset on some of the visits when I left the room. The team sat and give as many cuddles as my little girl needed. - nothing else mattered!
One staff member in particular has been brilliant. From helping sort 30 hours to having a little morning chat!
Staff member are so lovely and friendly.
So happy I chose Kids Plant Blackrod!

Best nursery by far, my little one has been there a couple a years now and just leaving for big school. We will really will miss the place and the people who do their all to support and care for every child, they are a wonderful team including all the extras such as spanish, football and kidsology!

After viewing several nursery's we knew from the first moment we walked in to the nursery this was the right place for our little Boy, he started in January and is absolutely thriving there. He is currently in tots and loves it, he comes home with the biggest smiles after his fun filled days!
The
staff/management are all so lovely and are always asking for us to post things from weekend to they see what he's been up to, so they can speak to him about it which is really nice to see they care so much!
They spend lots of time outside which is perfect for our little boy as he loves to be outside whatever the weather!
I love that we get constant updates throughout the day with stories/pictures so we can see what he's up to! It makes my day to see him so happy and having fun!
Honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

My daughter has attended kids planet blackrod from the age of 9 months. Recently she has moved into the toddler room and I cannot thank all the team enough for how they've handled this transition. My daughter struggled with everything being so new but with the teams patience and caring ways she's
now doing much better. As a mother I couldn't wish for anything more. Thank you,

I can't praise the staff enough at Blackrods Kids Planet. My little boy has just started nursery at 13 months old and I was so so nervous as a parent as to how he would adapt.
The team have made it seamless, keeping me updated throughout the day, giving my little boy the attention he needs and
being totally honest with how he's been. I've thanked the staff soooo many times this week and I'm just so grateful for each of them.
It makes going back to work and taking our little boy to nursery next week so much easier and reassured he's in the safest of hands.
Thank you to everyone in babies room and to the wonderful nursery manager!

Staff is very friendly, our child struggle with separation however they are always so patient with her and whenever we come to pick her up she is happy and smiling. The app is great so we can see what she ate and how she was in the nursery. All together we are very satisfied and would always pick
the Kids planet nursery for our children.

Great nursery with really lovely staff!
My little girl is in pre-school and has loved her time here from being 12 months old. She will be sad to leave at the end of the Summer term!
She has really thrived at Kids Planet and looks forward to going each day.

We absolutely love this nursery! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by such lovely, caring staff who have made our child feel right at home. It's clear that everyone there genuinely cares, and that means the world to us.
We love all the activities and experiences they give the
children.
But most importantly, we feel completely confident that our child is safe and well looked after. That peace of mind is priceless. We couldn't ask for a better environment for our little one!
