I can't recommend Toad Hall in Haslemere enough. Our son, Hugo, has been at Toad Hall since around 11 months and an upcoming house move means he will be leaving at the age of 3 1/2 years. Hugo absolutely adores nursery and doesn't stop telling us about all the things he does during his day from playing in the mud kitchen, playing on the big tractor tyre to circle time, singing, ballet, yoga, reading and craft! We have absolute confidence that he is surrounded by a wonderful, caring team, that the children are having fun, playing and exploring as children should do and learning valuable life lessons of cooperation, kindness and friendship. In every class Hugo has been surrounded by kind, considerate and enthusiastic staff filling his day with fun and laughter. The thing which stands out the most is that at every pick up we are met by warm, smiling, friendly and enthusiastic nursery staff who take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of children in their care. Beautiful nursery. It's lovely and clean, with lots of toys and different areas for the children to play in. The staff are always friendly, supportive and happy to see my little boy. He loves all the activities he does each day and he has made some lovely friends here. The food menu is incredible and I wish my diet was half as good as the food they provide for the children! I'd highly recommend Toad Hall in Haslemere to anyone looking for a nursery.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for nearly three weeks now, and we are already seeing so much development in her. She absolutely loves her key workers, and the atmosphere in the room is always welcoming and cheerful. Every time we arrive, whether at drop-off or pick-up, there's a real sense of happiness and care. Thanks to the wonderful team, she is settling in so well and clearly feels very happy and secure there. We are really glad we chose this nursery and couldn't be more pleased with the start she has had.

We have loved every moment of sending our son to Toadhall and have nothing but praise. With his dairy and soya allergy, I have always felt fully confident in the care and measures taken to keep him safe. He enjoys nutritious, varied meals and the daily communication is exceptional-I always know what he's eaten, how he's slept, and how he has been. The staff show incredible care, making him feel like a top priority while still giving so much to all the children. They know him inside and out, nurture his interests, and create a safe, loving environment. The facilities are always clean, well maintained, and provide a wonderful variety for learning and play. Extra-curricular activities enrich his days, helping to build his confidence, abilities, and independence, while giving him opportunities to grow. During our house move and with a new baby on the way, they've been amazingly supportive and adaptive. We're so grateful to have found such a nurturing place for our son-and his sibling.

My daughter has attended toadhall for almost 2 years now. She has grown in confidence, her communication is improving each day and she's extremely happy to attend nursery. The girls in all the rooms are incredible and cater to her needs. Managements are always supportive and no problem is ever too much. Thank you Toadhall Haslemere for all the work you do.

Our daughter has been attending since October 2023 and we cannot fault it. She has transitioned so well into nursery, having the most fun. We get lovely pictures of her enjoying all the great learning activities and arts and crafts. She also has lots of outdoor fun and games. She is due to be going up to the next room next month and already they are getting her ready to move, giving her taster sessions there before she moves permanently. The team in her room 'know' her, just as well as we do and I feel super confident leaving her in their care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery, we chose it on the back of recommendations and now I can see why they did. She is thriving and it's in part down to the amazing little team in Hedgehogs!

Our (nearly) 2-year-old daughter is loving nursery. She gets so excited to get out of the car and start her day at Toad Hall Nursery. She’s super confident and chatty. We really believe this is because of Toad Hall and the environment in which they create - to be themselves and to play, have fun and learn. The staff in Butterflies are so caring and I can’t thank the manager and all the team enough (especially those behind the scenes, like the cooks and cleaners) for all they do. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

I can not fault this setting. An outstanding nursery with a vast amount of resources for the children and on top of that, impeccable, friendly, welcoming staff. My daughter (17 months) struggled with the transition into nursery, the girls in her room worked with me every step of the way to ensure she settled in well and now she is thriving. I can not thank the staff enough, nothing is ever too much for them.

My daughter started at Toad Hall Nursery (Little Toads) recently, it is her first nursery and she loves it! She settled in really quickly due to the friendly nature of all the staff.

Great nursery, both children have loved it. However, I am very concerned the fire alarm has remained faulty for a very long time. This is a legal obligation to have this functioning to protect the occupants and this is a high-risk operation. Please can someone do something about resolving the fire alarm?

My son has just started in January and I couldn't thank the staff enough. He has settled amazingly and is so happy coming in in the mornings. My eldest is in Little Toads and loves it. He always comes home with a smith on his face. He has such great bonds with all the teachers and loves telling me about his day.

Our daughter absolutely loves Toad Hall Nursery Haslemere. The staff are incredible and make a huge effort to bond with the children. There are always fun activities and I've noticed our daughter's development has come on leaps and bounds.

Toad Hall Nursery Haslemere is a great nursery. All the staff are very friendly and we are very confident our son is well looked after. Our son is always very excited to go to nursery and he never cries during drop-off. We are well informed of what he's done, eaten and anything we need to know about.

Toad Hall is a welcoming and friendly environment, the staff our lovely and always go out of their way to make the children enjoy their time at nursery. I pick up my granddaughter every Wednesday and she always comes out happy and ready to talk about her day. The nursery staff in her room are always helpful and make sure they tell me how she’s been. It’s a lovely atmosphere and the children always appear to be happy.

Since our daughter has attended Toad Hall Nursery we have only ever felt lucky. The facilities are brilliant, there is so much on offer to keep our child inspired to learn and do. All the staff have made such an effort to forge such strong bonds with our daughter and the other children in her rooms throughout the years, that we will be sorry when this part of her journey has to end. They are always so kind and professional. We always feel included and aware of everything that our daughter has done during their time in the setting. We have seen our daughter's confidence grow and learn to overcome and deal with the challenges that life can bring for a small person learning about the world. She is so excited about going to school next year and this is all down to how well the nursery has helped to prepare her and us, for such a big change. We recommend Toad Hall to everyone we meet and hope that staff realise just how much they are valued by the families that leave their children in their care.

After Covid-19, our previous Nursery didn't have space for my children, so we were forced to look for a new setting. We viewed a few options, but our mind was made up when we met the team. The facilities, cleanliness and staff approach are all excellent. My daughter joined at age three and a half, for just over a year until she recently moved to Reception. She settled really quickly and made lots of friends. The team's support and learning helped her to be super ready for starting school and the transition has been almost seamless, due to their preparation and teaching. My son was one, the room leader was amazing and with her team, they very quickly settled him into his new environment. Born in Covid-19, he hadn't spent much time away from us and now I was returning to work, very reassuring for both of us. He now runs into his room every day. His speech and development are amazing and I am confident it is because of his carers and their support. Even if our old, closer nursery had space, we wouldn't leave Toad Hall.

The staff at Toad Hall really care about the children they look after. My daughters settled in well and have enjoyed the variety of activities and equipment on offer. The food is also good quality and cooked on-site. The teachers do a great job encouraging independence and preparing the preschoolers for their next stage.

Our daughter has attended Toad Hall Nursery in Hazelmere since she was eleven months old and we have been so happy with our decision to send her there. The staff are all fantastic and so dedicated, hardworking, attentive, caring, friendly and professional, and she has formed very special bonds with her key workers from every age group room. The setting is wonderful, such a beautiful building and a lovely environment inside. The facilities, outdoor spaces and selection of toys are all excellent and a lot of effort goes into extra activities and experiences for the children. More recently in the preschool class, the focus has shifted to school readiness and learning, which is really helping her develop and grow in confidence. I highly recommend this nursery and I know it has given our daughter a fantastic start in life. Thank you so much to all the staff for everything you do!

We are so happy with Toad Hall. Our son started in November and is doing so well. We made the decision to hold out for a space to become available as no other nursery compared to Toad Hall, and we were thrilled when we were offered a place. It has certainly made the transition of going back to work a lot easier knowing he is somewhere that we loved. From the minute we arrived to view it, it just felt right. All of the staff were so friendly and answered all of the questions that we had. The staff are amazing, so nurturing and I love when I arrive and can see my little boy having a cuddle or playing nicely. The nursery in itself is beautiful, it has everything. My little boy loves soft play! When we collect, handover is always excellent and we get the rundown of the day, how he's eaten etc. We're so reassured that our son is in the safest hands during the crucial early years, and the development we have seen since he started is amazing. A huge thank you.
