Both my children attended this nursery and I can't rave enough about it! They absolutely thrived thanks to the attentive care of the team, and the management are fabulous. All the staff know the kids and families, and it makes for a caring, homely feel. Couldn't have asked for more!

We sent both our Children to Bright Horizons Southgate. We were very happy in how both were well looked after. This nursery offered a variety of activities and have helped our children be prepared for their journey into school. We highly recommend this nursery.

This nursery has really improved over the last 2 years. My daughter has had an amazing time in the baby room, staff are brilliant at developing her. Very very happy. 2025 management are just brilliant.

My child attends to BH Southgate for nearly 4 years now and I cannot tell how appreciated for the work the people at BH do for my son. He goes there every day with excitment and joy. They always make sure that he feels welcomed.

I cannot ask for anything more in a nursery. Bright Horizons Southgate is everything we could have asked for as first time parents and more. Our child absolutely loves his days at Nursery and since starting a few months ago, he has thrived. The staff are incredible and are fantastic at what they do. Everything is tailored to the cohort of children and my son has created and participated in activities that are creative and challenge him for the better. The care all staff members show for him is above and beyond and as parents we feel seen as individuals. The communication between parents and the nursery is faultless and we have full trust in the nursery in regards to the care of our son. The food menu is well balanced and my child eats a variety of flavours. The incorporation of activities like Boogie Mites, Baby massage are amazing! Our son may have only been in the nursery for a few months, however we cannot wait for him to grow up in the nursery and for him to continue to thrive.

I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience my son has had in Bright Horizons Southgate. The activities and educational programs are engaging and I love receiving regular updates on his progress and seeing him participating in activities. I would highly recommend it any parent looking for a warm, caring, and enriching environment for their little one. We love this nursery, its structure and setup, the activities the kids take part in are fun and interesting. The staff are caring and kind. Everyone knows everyone. The hours are perfect for drop offs and pickups. It is a safe and secure environment. If I had a second child they would attend here as well.

My 4-year-old settled in so quickly, thanks to the caring and supportive staff. He absolutely loves his teachers, excitedly re-enacts his nursery day at home, and can't stop raving about the delicious food. The nurturing environment, fun activities, and warm atmosphere have made such a difference. It's wonderful to see him so happy and engaged every day. A fantastic nursery-I highly recommend it!

I can't sing the praises of all staff From the management, who dot and the "I"s and cross all "t"s to make sure both of my children are safe especially as they had severe allergies. Extremely professional but also with a caring and loving touch. To the girls in all rooms from babies to pre schoolers. Helping raise my children up from babies in sicknesses and life challenges. They have become like family and I Thankyou all for all you do you are appreciated. The chiefs/cooks who deserves 10/10 for cooking on site and fresh meals with having allergies challenges they have always gone above and beyond and my children always love the food and speak daily on what they have eaten and love it. As I've said two of my children who have been with this nursery from 9 months old till 4 and I cant recommend anyone higher

Choosing the right nursery is a huge gamble. That nursery may have all the recommendations and is a household name but it's still a gamble. I can tell you that Bright Horizons Southgate is one of the best gambles I've made. I took a leap of faith and it paid off. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the attention, encouragement and a variety of opportunities the nursery has given our toddler. The practitioners are nurturing and empathetic and make the transition from my arms to theirs seamless. It's a relief leaving drop offs with the feeling that our toddler will have a great day and the best experience with her friends. Management have been great. The nursery manager, greets us all and knows all the names of the children which is heartwarming and accommodating. We get to see what the children are doing throughout the day by logging onto an app and regular photos of the activities being delivered. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Nursery highly enough! From the moment we enrolled our daughter, we felt welcomed and supported by the caring staff. The nurturing environment fosters both learning and play, allowing children to thrive. The curriculum is engaging and well-structured, promoting creativity and social skills. Our daughter has developed so much since starting, and it's heartwarming to see her excitement every morning as she looks forward to her day. The communication from the staff is excellent; we receive regular updates and insights into her progress. The facilities are clean and safe, which gives us peace of mind. Overall, Bright Horizons has been a wonderful experience for our family. We are grateful for the love and attention our daughter receives every day. Thank you, Bright Horizons staff, for making her early years so special!

Our children have the best time in the nursery. The staff are super friendly and supportive. Our youngest is graduating this year and we will really miss everyone! We can see the progress in their development and they always speak at home about their experiences: reading, playing, garden time, etc They absolutely love the food too! My eldest graduated 2 years ago and he still speaks about the nursery food, warning my youngest that it won't be the same at school!

BH Southgate is a nurturing, happy and warm environment for my little one. The staff are outstanding and management ensure that the nursery is run flawlessly. The greatest trust you will instill in someone is looking after your child. Whenever I drop him off I know he is happy, stimulated, loved and very well fed. Highly recommend.

Have been here a year and very happy. Staff all friendly, food is lovely, plenty of outdoor time and space, variety of activities, long hours, parking, clean, strict safety policies. Very reassured leaving my child here.

Both my children attended Bright Horizons in Southgate over the last 7 years and sadly our journey there has come to an end as my youngest has now gone to school. Both my kids started the nursery at 10 months of age and had wonderful starts to their lives due to the excellent, kind and nurturing staff in each and every class they were in. They have thrived and it prepared them both for their next stage at school. My oldest who left 3 years ago still remembers her nursery years very fondly. Both my children went through with the same key workers showing that the nursery retains their staff very well. Last but by no means least, I will miss the management the most! The team are wonderful, positive and so caring. They always went out of their way to support us and ensure our needs were met regarding our children. Myself and my family will miss them greatly.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 10 months old. The staff in both the baby room and toddler room have been so wonderful and caring. They always look forward to seeing our daughter and she is always excited when she arrives at nursery and greets everyone with lots of smiles! The manager and her entire team have been really welcoming and are always on hand to support any questions. The transition to bringing our daughter to nursery has been made as easy as possible thanks to the Bright Horizons Southgate Day Nursery and Preschool team. We have seen her development and growth in only just a few months thanks to the attentiveness of all of the team.

Bright Horizons Southgate Day Nursery and Preschool is an exceptional nursery that has provided a safe and nurturing environment for my child. The staff are warm, polite and friendly. Joining the nursery at the beginning of the month, the staff have gone the extra mile to ensure that my child feels happy and safe. I'm so impressed with the level of cleanliness and the variety of food offered. It's lovely knowing that my child is sleeping and eating well, which has been communicated well through the app. They offer a calm, stimulating environment for young babies to explore and flourish in. I was over the moon with the little photo family book which they made for my child during the settling-in period. Thank you! It's always nice coming to pick my child up, knowing he's had a great day.

I absolutely recommend this nursery. I have two kids attending: one in preschool and one in baby room. First off, the front office is amazing! They are very helpful and understanding. The carers are just as great. With both kids, we have seen the immediate positive impact of joining the baby room in terms of their physical and social development. Our eldest will go to reception next year and I know that he will be ready for this new milestone thanks to the amazing support of the carers and all the learning that he has already done there. All in all, we cannot recommend them enough!
