I can honestly say, hand on heart, that this is one of the best nurseries around! My little boy has been attending since he was 9 months old, and the experience has been phenomenal. All of the staff in every room are attentive, amazing, and full of so much joy. You can really tell they truly love
what they do.
My son absolutely loves going; he has developed such an amazing connection with everyone. They greet him readily at the door and adapt to any needs I put forward without question. Even on days when he wants me to walk him all the way up to his room, they are always accommodating and say yes.
I really cannot thank them enough. He has only just turned 2, but I am already dreading his last day here! Every member of the team goes above and beyond-I cannot emphasize this enough. From the practitioners to the office and catering staff, everyone is incredible. I whole-heartedly recommend this nursery 1000x over and always will

After a bad experience with a different nursery with my eldest daughter and changing her to this one it's the only place I wanted my youngest to go. All the staff are amazing with what they do and really helped my girls feel like they were in a safe place. Could not recommend this nursery enough!

My daughter loves it at nursery, all the staff are brilliant, they look after her very well, they work closely with children with delays like my daughter which is always reassuring, i have no concerns. Such a beautiful clean environment. 5 star!!

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery! Every day she is learning and doing something new which is amazing for her development, she has gone from unsure of going to walking herself straight in. I am so grateful for the patience of the staff, they all put in a great effort to not only look after
but give each and every child the attention they need. Thank you again bright stars!

We moved our child from another nursery to this one earlier in the year and it really has been the best thing for her. Her speech has come on so much, her confidence and understanding of the world. BrightStars really do take time with your children to understand their needs and find best practices
on how to bring them on to their fullest.

Bright Stars Childcare is outstanding. My son loves to go there. He is well looked after and picking up English with children and lovely stuff. Handovers are thorough and detailed. It is easy to communicate and get feedback regarding development, behaviours and daily activities.

My son has been coming for over a year, he started upstairs in the baby room and I cannot thank the baby staff enough, they went above and beyond for him and was always there for me if I needed them. He then moved up to toddlers and again, the staff are amazing with him, he's come so far since being
at Bright Stars Childcare. All of the staff in the nursery are so caring and friendly and make play fun! I'd recommend 100%.

My son started in January of this year. As he did not know anyone, he would act out, but thanks to support of the staff he has now made new friend and feels comfortable at the nursery. He also was upset when leaving him, but now seems to look forward to going. They have done a fantastic job in
helping him to improve his communication skills. I would recommend sending your children here.

My son has attended since he was 9 months old. He absolutely thrives, he loves the staff in all rooms, he's moved from babies to Toddler 1 and the transition was smooth. The handovers are always very detailed and he loves coming in every day. The staff in the rooms and management team go above and
beyond to help with any queries which makes us feel at ease. Highly recommend this nursery.

My children have attended Bright Stars going as far back as 2018 and I have always loved the experience we have had.
We attended when it was privately run by a family-run company and then also whilst it was being run by a branch company.
The staff and environment have always been home from home
for my children and I am so grateful that we have been able to be a part of the Bright Stars family and their journey to helping my children become the characters they are today.

All the staff at Bright Stars are professional and friendly, they always greet you with a smile! Great activities throughout the day and my child thoroughly enjoys pre-school and engaging with all her friends!

We are very pleased with our son's progress and how he has settled in so well within the setting. The staff are very knowledgeable. Friendly and supportive.
The meals that they supply are a very good choice of food offered.
Overall I am a very happy mum with a happy child.

Fantastic nursery. Every single member of staff is so friendly and approachable. Not only are they amazing with the children but the parents also. After a difficult time recently, I've had many conversations with lots of the ladies and those chats mean everything.

My son has just started at Bright Starts Childcare Services and I'm already impressed with their care and approach. The staff have been exceptionally welcoming, helping him settle in quickly and comfortably.
What's truly exciting is the progress I've seen in such a short time. His speech has
improved remarkably and it's clear the nursery's language-rich environment is having a positive impact.
I'm also thrilled to see how his ability to play and explore has blossomed. The nursery offers a stimulating setting that encourages curiosity and learning through play.
Overall, Bright Starts is proving to be an excellent choice for our family. The nurturing atmosphere and focus on development are exactly what we hoped for in a nursery. I would 100% recommend them.

My twins started in April 2024 after the Easter break and they loved it from the get-go. They fit in straight away and it was clear how much they were learning and developing immediately. They love the staff and it's clear the staff love them. I am overjoyed with my choice to place the twins there!

My daughter started at Bright Stars in January 2024 and loves it! I had a look around for other nurseries before we chose Bright Stars but they were at the top of my list because my oldest daughter attended Bright Stars before she started school and also loved it. The reason we looked around was
because we wanted to explore cheaper options but at Bright Stars, you get what you pay for and us as parents couldn't put a price on our daughter's happiness and development. The staff are incredible, caring and kind and you really get a homely, loving feel when you go. Bright Stars are like an extended family and my baby girl comes home happy and quite frankly, fuming that we've picked her up! We can't recommend them enough and my partner was extremely anxious putting our little one in a nursery at such a young age (10 months when she started) but the staff made him feel so much better and calmer - so thank you for everything you do!

My son attended this nursery when he was 2 all the way until he was 4 when he left for school, when my son started he didn't talk much, was shy around new people and never left my side unless myself or his dad was with him and was never confident. The change in him for those 2 years was absolutely
incredible! The care and time spent on him, I will forever be in their debt! He always learned something new every day! I really couldn't recommend Bright Stars enough! I have so many fond memories! And any children following my son I will be sure to send them here! Thank you all so much!

My son attends twice a week whilst I am at work. He really enjoys it and he is learning new things every day. Very informative website, regular updates my sons daily learning and diet.

My daughter has been coming here for around four years, and my son since February 2015. Bright Stars are a very well established nursery. The girls in the baby room are fantastic, it's like home from home for my son. My daughter gets collected from school, she really enjoys her time here. Everyone
is great.

My daughter has been here since June and has settled in brilliantly. The staff have been excellent and always consider her needs. They are very friendly and professional and will do anything to help. We get updates everyday of what she has done including pictures which is fantastic. I am very glad
we chose this nursery and would definitely recommend.
