My daughter's nursery has been a wonderful experience for us. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always attentive to the children's needs. Management is excellent ,organized and approachable. The nursery is clean, tidy, and provides a safe, welcoming environment for kids. There are regular activities and fun events that keep the children engaged and happy. Overall, it's a fantastic place where children can learn, grow, and feel truly cared for.

As our child prepares to start reception this September, we reflect with gratitude on our time at Twizzle Top Day Nursery. From day one, the staff welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Their nurturing support helped our child settle in quickly and grow in confidence, independence, and social and learning skills. The nursery provided a safe, cheerful, and stimulating environment filled with activities that encouraged curiosity and development. Communication with parents was consistent and thoughtful, making us feel informed and involved. We've watched our child thrive under their care, and the preparation for the transition to school has been exceptional. While it's bittersweet to say goodbye, we leave with happy memories and deep appreciation. Twizzle Top has given our child a wonderful start, and we're truly thankful for the lasting impact they've made. I strongly recommended Twizzle Top Nursery and Preschool to anyone.

Both my children have been at nursery here and I have had a wonderful experience with both. Great communication and friendly, warm staff. My children have developed in confidence and have enjoyed being a part of twizzle tops. Thank you to the lovely team for taking such good care of my children.

It takes a big heart to teach little minds. We feel so lucky to have our little one here. The facilities are fantastic - with a great variety of books, toys, and outdoor play spaces, but it's truly the people who make it exceptional. The team is a warm, nurturing group of women who are genuinely invested in the children. Their love, care, and dedication shine through in everything they do. Every day brings new, thoughtful activities and learning opportunities that help the children grow into happy, confident little people. The staff support the kids through all the ups and downs of toddlerhood with so much patience and understanding. Communication has also been brilliant-from the regular newsletters and handy reminders, to updates on milestones and even some parenting advice when needed. We've felt supported and cared for since day one. It's such a special place, and we're so grateful to be part of it.

Best decision we have ever made! The best nursery/daycare for babies and toddlers. Staff are very friendly and has developed so well! Started sending my daughter from 9 months, she loves it and looks forward to going in every single day. Well worth the money.

Excellent service. They very well looked after my girl. Happy with the whole journey. Team is kind and supportive. The communication process was also very straightforward with the team. Impressed with the effort to arrange the parents teachers' meeting as well.

The best nursery ever! My son it’s a late talker but they have helped him improve from day one. I can see a lot of improvements to him regarding communication and also regarding the boundaries. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, they are kind and very supportive. I love the app that they have as I can see how my boy is doing during the day, they let you know what they eat or what activities they are doing every single day. Overall, an amazing place for our little ones!

Brilliant nursery for my boy who has attended for 5 months (started when he was 8 months old). We are really sad to be leaving this nursery due to relocation out of London. The staff are all lovely and attentive. The app is brilliant - we get 5+ photos a day of what our son is up to and every nappy change, feed, sleep is logged. He eats all his meals and comes back full of smiles. Thank you to all the staff at the nursery, we 100% recommend them!

My son really enjoyed his lovely time with this wonderful team. The teachers are so amazing, the place is really good, the location is very accessible. Very pleased I found them, very glad with their job. Very sad I need to leave. Wishing you all the best.

The care my twins received from the nursery team has been fantastic and I can't find a single fault in the way they do things. They keep us informed every day of their development and behaviour at nursery. They check in if the twins had appointments or were absent. I'm glad I chose to send them there. They are very organised and the child's best interest is always first!

I highly recommend Twizzle Tops Nursery Wembley to parents of young children seeking childcare, the staff are very friendly and caring. My little one has come out of nursery more sociable and confident. Loads of activities, play and learning keep the children well equipped throughout the day. My little one has enjoyed all her time at nursery and never did I have any concerns. The best thing is the nursery has safeguarding leads always on site.

Our son started going to Nursery from Sept '21 onwards and he was under a year old when he began. At that time, we were concerned about him adjusting to the nursery and did not know how well he would manage. It is around 6 months now and my wife believes we have made a good choice by sending him to the nursery. We have seen a lot of progress and development since he has joined the nursery and we are updated about his progress by the handover team during the evenings. We also get the update from his keyworker, informing us about his golden moment at the nursery, with pictures. The Nursery Manager has always been proactive in informing us in person or by phone about his progress and also providing us vital information related to parenting. She has also gone out of her way to help us at times, including approaching her head office. His day journey can be tracked on the app with pictures. Each day is a different day with a playful environment. Thank you to everyone at the nursery.

There are lovely staff doing a great job, taking care of our treasures! I love that the nursery has an app for parents that is updated every few hours and I can see more in-depth, how my daughter is engaging in activities and with others and even she likes seeing the photos.

A lovely nursery with the most wonderful staff - my son has been attending for almost two years now and in that time we have seen such immense development in him from talking, singing, drawing and imaginary play to learning manners and good habits. I love hearing all about his day at nursery and how he speaks so fondly of all the staff members. He has become such an inquisitive and confident toddler thanks to the care and attention shown by everyone at Twizzle Tops and I can work everyday knowing that my child is safe and well looked after. Thank you for all you do!

I am really pleased with the nursery. The staff are all so wonderful and our key person is always so forthcoming with help and suggestions. I really feel at ease with all the staff and feel I can speak to anyone about my daughter's progress and development. I really like that there are podcasts and regular Facebook updates too. There's always so much going on. It's a truly diverse and inclusive environment and this aspect was a big plus for me when deciding on a nursery. I also like that there is a large indoor and outdoor play area. My daughter has really flourished here and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Big love and thank you to all the staff!

My daughter started her nursery in September 2021. She loves going to the nursery every day. Her overall development, confidence has increased immensely. The staff are really caring and approachable. Thank you for the love and care you give to my little one, I don't have to worry about her when I am at work as I know she's safe and happy at Twizzle Tops.

My son's time at Twizzle Tops Nursery holds many good memories. Although he has left now, he can’t stop mentioning the lovely staff names. Every time we pass by the setting, he brings back his beautiful memories and wants to go back. So, thanks to the manager as well as to her amazing and friendly staff. My son has been attending the nursery since May 2018 and I am pleased with the nursery. He developed a close bond with the staff, his literacy and numeracy skills have developed considerably and he became a much more confident child. The graduation ceremony was very beautifully organised. Thank you to all for being such an important part of my child's development. I highly recommend this nursery.

Our Daughter only spent a short time at this lovely nursery (1month). In that time, we saw her grow significantly in confidence with her colouring, singing and generally being a lot more attentive. We put this down to the hard work all the staff put in with the children. She looked forward every day to attend the nursery and always talked about her experiences of the day when she’s back home. Thank you from all of us. Keep up the good work.
