My little boy attended the nursery for two years. I would highly recommend this nursery. My child has made friends for life and was so happy. A lot of the children go onto the same primary school which eases the transition so much. The staff have really made the nursery part of the community and the manager and nursery workers are so kind compassionate and lovely. From a Mum perspective this is a really social nursery. We regularly go out for drinks and catch ups. This nursery has an outstanding reputation at the school gate.

Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood has been an incredibly supportive and welcoming nursery for my child, I am so grateful for the care of the excellent teams in the baby and toddler rooms who have encouraged, supported and helped my child to flourish over this last year. The staff are all excellent in their care for children and I cannot thank them enough. My child loves the stories, songs and learning, they enjoy the meals that are served (and there is a great variety served) and they have made some great friendships with other children. They enjoy time outdoors in the grounds too. The app interface is helpful to receive updates during the day and information on your child's progress. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. I was nervous initially about sending to nursery rather than a childminder or nanny, as my child when younger did not do well in big groups, but over this last year BHHW have helped my child thrive and develop so well. I am forever grateful.

Our daughter attends Bright Horizons in Hinchley Wood, and my wife and I have been delighted with her experience to date. All of the staff are very warm, friendly and our daughter is happy going in and happy getting picked up. She loves to read and play, and the nursery have enabled her to advance in her development very well. What more could a parent want! We would most definitely recommend

Wonderful experience the staff are all warm and friendly and go out of their way to make the children happy. Oscar has loved his time at Bright Horizons and built some amazing friendships with both staff and other children in his baby and toddler group. High recommend.

Both my daughters attend the Hinchley Wood Bright Horizons Nursery. The team is so welcoming and connects with the children. The staff are all positive, full of energy and you can see the effort they put in on a daily basis to make this experience special for the children. Both my children have said how much they like it there and it's fun! It's a purpose-built nursery, and the facilities and good and well-kept. I recommend this nursery.

My son attended the nursery for a year now. I am so happy with the team and management. When the two nurseries merged I was a bit worried but the new manager managed it really well. I am happy with the staff consistency, quality of care has increased to a good level. I am happy to see my son's development every day on the app and activity information on a weekly basis. The staff took very detailed care of my son’s allergies impressed by how they introduced the food step-by-step chart and the food menu was discussed with me. The key person always informs me about his development and guides how can I follow the same at home to keep the consistency.

My son enjoys nursery and tells us all about his day and playing with his friends. It has been great for his independence and confidence. The staff in his room are wonderful and help support his development.

All the staff at the nursery are always friendly and have made the experience of my son starting nursery for him and me, extremely smooth. They are also understanding of my son’s dietary requirements. It’s also great to get quick updates on the app and updates on my son at pick-up.

Our son has been at the nursery for approximately 6 months now and I have seen so much growth in him. The staff is attentive and he comes home having learned something new every day. The nursery is clean and responsive to any of my questions. We get weekly personalized updates on what he has done that week along with the activities the class has done, and he really enjoys going there each morning.

My youngest son has just left Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood after a very happy three years there. He absolutely adores the staff in the rooms, who go out of their way to make him feel loved and special. During the last year, he had learnt so much in the preschool room, and although only doing three days a week, he keeps surprising us with new things he knows. They have helped prepare him for school really well, and he’s so excited about the next step of his journey. We’ll all be sad to not see the wonderful people who’ve given him so much while he’s been here. What more can I say - it’s a wonderful nursery!

My daughter adores this nursery and it’s clear why: caring staff, engaging environment, and lots of learning through play. The team have put her in great stead for school next year. I am constantly surprised by how much is being taught (and being absorbed) at such a young age. This week she was recounting the names of all of the planets and some of their key features. I couldn’t rate the teachers and management more highly. It’s such a reassurance to leave your child in the care of a team that has their best interests at heart and genuinely love the kids.

An excellent nursery. Both my children are very happy and settled. They’ve developed brilliantly while being here with language skills and social. Food is also very good, and we’re often updated on their progress.

The staff in the room are very nurturing and provide plenty of encouragement and different types of activities to help the kids grow and develop. My elder child was well equipped for his transition to primary school and my younger one seems to be getting a similar learning experience. Both kids loved their nursery staff and made a lot of friends!

Good standard of care and friendly staff who definitely have a good relationship with the children. Could do better in informing parents on what our child has been doing in the nursery each day. A few years ago the nursery used to have a large book for each child with their development. It would be good to have this back. Also, more photos and activity descriptions on the app, would be helpful. The food updates are very useful though.

A really lovely nursery. The staff are friendly, approachable and most importantly they are great with the kids. My son has severe food allergies and before he started nursery I was extremely anxious about being away from him and entrusting his care to others but the nursery has done a great job looking after him and managing his allergies and dealing with my queries.

Very happy with the management and team. I can leave my child knowing she will be looked after really well. Seeing the keyworkers attachment and bond with my child is wonderful and reassuring. No tears during drop-offs and picks ups is a great sign! Also, the manager is always transparent and honest, which is very much appreciated. Overall, we are very happy parents and child!

My son has been at Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood since September. He began part time here for the very first time when he was 15 months old. From the moment I left him with the staff, I felt comfortable and trusted them even though my lovely boy took time to settle down (I was a very naive Mom at the beginning, as I thought he was going to settle down super quick and easy going, my mistake). But I could tell he was in good hands from day one and they care so much for my son and did everything to make him comfortable and happy with learning activities, leisure time and an amazing routine. Which I have started following at home to make it easier for him and the amazing staff. After two months we can see how much improvement on him and we are so delighted and happy! We know he has a wonderful time here. All staff members are very lovely, warm-hearted, professional and caring. We couldn't ask for anything better for my son. Thank you so much!

My daughter has been at the nursery for a year now and started when she was 18 months old. I have so impressed with the staff and the environment. She has grown in confidence and learnt so many new things. She's always excited to go in and happy at pick-up. The staff have been supportive and really got to know her, as well as tailor activities to her needs. The manager and three other members of staff, in particular, have all been wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Our daughter attends Bright Horizons in Hinchley Wood, and my wife and I have been delighted with her experience to date. All of the staff are very warm, friendly and our daughter is happy going in and happy getting picked up. She loves to read and play, and the nursery have enabled her to advance in her development very well. What more could a parent want! We would most definitely recommend

Both my daughters attend the Hinchley Wood Bright Horizons Nursery. The team is so welcoming and connects with the children. The staff are all positive, full of energy and you can see the effort they put in on a daily basis to make this experience special for the children. My son attended the nursery for a year now. I am so happy with the team and management. When the two nurseries merged I was a bit worried but the new manager managed it really well.
