Our son has been here since February and he absolutely loves it. All of the staff are fantastic and the love and passion they have for their jobs is very evident.
They have a wonderfully flexible approach, are very accommodating and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this nursery.

My son started with the nursery at 8-months-old and has settled in extremely well, from day one he has been happy to see the nursery staff on a daily basis and is always content. The nursery staff are very friendly and give us lots of information about his daily activities, which we love to see.
Overall, we are very happy with the environment and care given to our little boy. We are very happy with our choice of nursery.

We were very happy with the nursery and felt extremely comfortable with how our daughter was looked after. We never felt in the dark about anything, everything was discussed and we knew what she did every day.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for close to a year and she is currently starting the transition to pre-school. We highly recommend Heathfield School First Steps nursery; the team are always keen to support our child’s key development stages (such as potty training), there is a wide
range of activities with different monthly themes and most importantly our daughter can’t wait to go in every morning. The transition to preschool is being managed really well too, and a few children are going together which I think is great for consistency. We are very pleased to have our daughter at this nursery.

My son has now been to this nursery 4 days a week since November, I am extremely happy with his care there and his key workers. Even at one, he stretches to get out of his car seat when we arrive to go in. The daily report sheets of his diet and activities are really helpful. Highly recommended.

Our son started nursery here in February, having spent most of his life in lockdown under Covid restrictions. He was very clingy but the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure he was settled and happy and also to offer us much needed reassurance that he was ok. Thanks to their
approach and their kind, caring and empathetic nature, he settled quickly and is loving his nursery journey. He gets so excited when we pull off the drive to drop him off. In extraordinary circumstances, they made the transition as seamless as possible for him and also us. We are so happy with our choice of nursery and feel confident and happy that our son will continue to enjoy his time there.

Lovely setting for children to start early development. Employees are well trained and dedicated to helping your child develop. Communication is good with parents and an effort is always made to give feedback on your child's day.

Our son has been attending here for 18 months now and we definitely made the right choice! He loves attending, all staff are great and his development is astounding. We couldn’t be happier and more grateful that we found this nursery!

We love this nursery! My little one started during a pandemic and with all the changes in life, let alone starting nursery, he settled in so beautifully. He loves going, he has so much fun, he tells me about his day and he is so happy whilst talking about it. As a parent, it is so difficult starting
the journey of nursery, you just want carers to look after your baby with love and sensitivity to their needs, whilst also making sure they have fun, learn and develop nicely and this is certainly the case for us. I know our little boy is in safe hands and has comfort and love if he needs it and they know him so well. I honestly couldn't speak any higher of Heathfield Knoll Day Nursery, a wonderful place.

Fantastic nursery, my little girl has been going since she was 3 months old, she is now 7 months old. They are very progressive and modern in the way things are done. Nothing but healthy food, and they are doing baby led weaning on my request. My little one has come on leaps and bounds under their
care.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.
My son has attended for the past 18 months and in that time it has become his second home. The whole staff team are incredible, they work tirelessly to provide an enriching, stimulating, home-from-home experience for all the children. My son goes in
happily at the start of the day and will come away, chatting excitedly about all that he has gotten up to throughout his day.
The staff are welcoming, extremely knowledgeable on how to best support the children in their early years setting, and always have time to talk.
The nursery staff have been there to share my son taking his first steps, learning to run, climb and say his first words, and it has been a pleasure to share it with them. They have definitely given my little boy the most wonderful start to his journey through education.

Highly recommend First Steps, all staff are caring, friendly and always approachable.
Set in beautiful surroundings the facilities are excellent.
This is my 2nd child to be cared for at this nursery, I always felt confident, reassured and happy when leaving my son in First Steps care.

This is a review for the preschool which my son attends, which I cannot recommend highly enough. It has excellent facilities however it is the staff at the preschool that make the preschool outstanding. My son has truly grown so much since attending, not only in his abilities but also his
confidence. The teachers are caring and nurturing and clearly interested and devoted to what they do and the children they teach. Thank you so much.

Heathfield-Knoll School Preschool is a wonderful place for children starting their education. My child settled in straight away and is always telling me about the fabulous things she does and the friends she has made. The teaching staff are so dedicated and they take great care providing one-to-one

I feel the experience my daughter has had there has been the best we could ever have hoped for.
It has definitely given her the best start to her early years education.

My daughter who is two has had an exceptional experience at First Steps.
It is very clean and the staff go above and beyond their role to meet her needs. The manager is approachable, helpful and very professional.
I would be more than happy to recommend this care setting. It is outstanding, to say

Heathfield Knoll School offer a comprehensive preschool experience. The children look very smart in a good quality uniform, the teaching is excellent and the wrap-around care really supports working parents. Furthermore, the school works extremely hard in supporting educational development
especially speech and language needs in preparation for formal schooling. My child is always happy to attend school. I can highly recommend Heathfield Knoll School and First Steps Nursery.
