The most incredible nursery , my daughter started at 10 months and I was very new to the nursery scene and felt very out of my comfort zone however the staff an manager at giggles have been nothing but amazing , they respond so quick to any message or query , they always keep me informed on my
daughter & so far from what I can see on the app they do so much with her , from painting , to messy play with water, flour,rice etc she's always happy , they give her really nice food & snacks so I know she's always been fed well , they're brilliant with getting her to sleep for naps etc and liasing with me with how her days been , it feels like they genuinely care that it's not just a day job , I feel so much comfort and have so much trust in them with my daughter , every single time I have dropped off the staff are happy and welcoming and the same with collecting , my daughters key worker (Amy) is also such a credit to the team she is fantastic!! My child has been at Giggles Nursery since he was 8 months old and has always been happy and well looked after. He is starting school in a few weeks and is ready and confident for his next learning adventure. The staff have been very helpful and listened to any concerns and it is a lovely bright
place for children. I’m sure he will be back for some half term clubs to see the ladies that have watched him grow up.

We are so happy that our daughter goes to Giggles Nursery. She has learned so much - songs, new words and table manners (passing her spoon and bowl / plate back to us when she is finished eating). The staff are very caring and they have all taken the time to get to know our child and what she likes
/ dislikes. They have been very supportive with getting her to sleep, as she often fights a nap but now she will sleep there happily (they don’t leave her to cry and will hold her until she nods off and then put her in the cot). The outside space is very big and has lots for the children to play with. They go outside a lot, even to the local park. The food served is very good and it means our daughter has tried and enjoyed lovely cooked from scratch meals like salmon linguine and butter bean risotto.

Every single time we drop off or pick up, members of staff are so welcoming. They always ask how our girls have been so they can anticipate their day and they provide such a thorough handover at the end of each day. They constantly update us with pictures, explaining what they have been doing.
There’s always a variety of things going on and the staff are always so passionate about engaging the kids. The food that they provide is incredible and they are so helpful letting us know what the girls tried, enjoyed or didn’t like. Every member of staff knows and speaks to the girls even if they aren’t in their rooms and it shows how much they care that we never doubt or worry about the girls when at Giggles. There is not a single part of the nursery that we feel could be improved and we even decided that our toddler would progress to Giggles preschool and not the one our older children attended!

Giggles Nursery is an excellent setting. They go above and beyond to make sure your child is happy and settled. They listen to your needs and the child’s needs and follow what you ask, as well as give advice. I couldn’t ask for a better bunch of girls to take care of my daughter.

My child is always happy to attend.
The staff are always reassuring.
Staff are always there if you need to talk to them.
Staff are always positive and this is really important in front of the kids.
My child has lots of different activities to do throughout each day.
My child sleeps well at the
nursery.
The new gardens in the nursery are fantastic and a great space for all of the children.

My daughter has been going to Giggles since she was 9-months. She has thoroughly enjoyed each stage at Giggles, and her development has been amazing as a joy to watch. She has enjoyed all activities of learning and made lovely friendships and relationships with all the staff. I know she will miss
nursery and all the staff who have given her a great start in her development and helped massively make her the confident independent little girl she is.

My son is my 2nd child to attend the nursery and both of my children have loved it! The nursery has even expanded as of last year and now has a wonderful large garden space with great outdoor activities. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. They are very eco-friendly and make the sites wet
wipes and use glass bottle milk and are quite focused on making positive changes. They have recently started a holiday club where older siblings can attend during the school holidays. I can honestly say that I will miss them when it's time for my son to attend school.

This nursery has done wonders for my little lady! So kind, caring, thoughtful and informative. Everyone is always so welcoming, it really has a community feel and the staff are so involved they celebrate your children’s success as much as you do! Really cannot thank all they have done for my child.

My review of Giggles Nursery overall is brilliant. My little girl has been going for nearly 2 years and every day she looks forward to going and seeing friends. Staff is always updating me about progress and how she has been on the day. 3 days a week and dinner always seem very healthy with lots of
meat and vegetables. A new garden has been finished in the outside area and is amazing with lots of fantastic activities for all age kids. Pictures are taken of kids, regularly of progress and different stages succeeded and put onto own personal account for only parent to access which was a brilliant idea. (I could go on forever about lots of great pointers, but all kids are very happy when in the nursery) Great work staff!!

I recommend Giggles to everyone looking for a nursery. My eldest went here and loved it as it really brought him out of his shell and now my youngest goes here and also loves it. The staff are excellent and always update you on your child's progress and what they have been doing. I also love using
tapestry and think that is a brilliant addition as you can see pictures and videos of your child and information about what they did on your personal account.
My son loves Giggles and is looking forward to coming back in September after the summer holidays.
The new space in the garden is fantastic and they do so many activities with the children, my son still talks about the chicks that hatched at nursery.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for almost 2 years and it's been lovely. I've really developed a relationship with the staff and I trust them so much. They've even given me advice and you know they are working hard with the kids to provide a fun yet educational environment.

This is our second child to attend Giggles Nursery, which means we are very happy with the place and truly can recommend the nursery to other parents. We haven't had any problems with communicating requests etc to staff. Every person in Giggles is very helpful and friendly.
This is definitely
the best nursery in the area and further!
